And yet for all that condensation, it doesn't feel like all that much actually happened in the epiaode despite everything being done on fastforward. Maybe the first volume of the novel is just poorly paced and the adaptation's decision jump through all of that get next one where something actually happens my work out in the long run. On the otherhand that call might have resulted in the patchwork scene transitions and the MC's verbal diarrhea which is moving at mach 2. Whatever the case I hope pace gets reigned in soon and plot starts flowing better.

Ryo-tas art on pixiv is starting to pick up so she's more popular than I thought. I saw one drawing named "Occultic Oppai", that made my day. lol So for what's it worth, it's nice that she doesn't just get weird reactions out of people.

But there are only 2 volumes out, unless the next episodes going to be really slow paced, I'm sure we'll get more detail on the first volume events alongside the second. From what I've heard, the first volume is mainly just separate introduction to the characters and they barely interact with each other like in this episode.

Well that most certainly was an interesting watch. I wasn't exactly expecting the huge tits. Also it seems to throw a lot of happenings at you like BAM! I do not necessarily dislike this method of storytelling. Need to know what happens next though.

i am sorry, but this one is really struck me to be a good one. like other member said, the complain about art and animation being bad is beyond me, it's in the good category at least but "if you don't like the art style" is different matter, the style has a sketchy lineart and no QUALITY whatsoever. Personally i like the style, it's not a QUALITY like Qualidea Code , it's the ART STYLE for sure but if some people don't like the style its fine.......it bring the style from LN quite well
for addition i'll put some my ryotas fanart doodle here Spoiler for Gamotan:

Animation's pretty good for A-1 pictures. The general consensus here is we tried to like it and we probably wanted to like it, but we just couldn't like it. ADHD the Anime indeed. Also, this and three other novels have been licensed for digital release.
EDIT: Episode 2 offers a little more mystery and intrigue with glimpses of a much bigger conspiracy.

Well, wasn't that so much better While the previous episode did get me interested, this was also a good showing of what the show has to offer.
Spoiler for Spoiler:
Honestly, it did a pretty good job in setting up the mystery, as well as the "everyone is doing their own thing" feel, which makes it even more intriguing as to when and how it will all come together. Also, it kinda surprised me that (at least so far) Spoiler for Spoiler:
Nice change of pace, really. Last edited by Requiem-x; 2016-10-15 at 14:12. |

Great improvement over the last episode. Characters have started to interest me and the annoying heroine with the giant tumors on her chest had low screentime. As long as it doesn't regress to what the first episode was again this series could be good.

So much better than the first episode. They slowed thing down and are starting to set plot threads up. These murders seem interesting and the detective seems like an alright character, so I'm sticking around.
