<---------------- Still hasn't done his monstly EOs

So... let's see if I can do them in less than 3 hours.

well i used the last of my fuel and down to 20 lol cant sortie or do anything so event is over for me. on the bright side i completed the event on hard even though i didnt stock pile like i wanted to and started the event with 140k fuel. i got all the new ship girls , but i spent the last of the event farming for a dupe purin who i never got but also did a lot of e-4 runs for katsuragi. i managed to get her and her sisters so now ill just lvl them up for there planes. also i got 3 of the pasta dds might lvl them up a bit for dupes of there guns

Yup, Sazanami's mini icon also changed - usually those with seasonals won't get that change.

They all look nice! Except maybe Fubuki... she looks derpy to me. Also I like the new furniture.

Edit: Whoa, so they implemented LBAS for normal maps. Now to wait for info on where you can use it and how to do the unlock quests for it. :v

I don't consider those with less than 40 luck to be fit for CI.

TBH I'd rather have someone else who can do the same job without it AND bring something else useful, such as an extra torp. And if I really want someone with low luck to join the CI rank, then I'll just fix her up with Mayuru

It looks like it caps at 50% for skilled lookout

Ah. So the table is chance vs luck. So the skilled lookouts boost is fixed.

Actually, it seem than it will be in a future update. What we should look out for is not only on which map it will be available but also how those map will be modified; will LBAS become mandatory and will they add enemy attack like in event map ?

Hopefully it will be disponible on 6-4.

As far as the most recent conclusions go with recent samples, Skilled Lookouts is the only equipment that cannot bypass the luck ap, which is set at 60 for torpedo cut-in, 70-75 for mixed and 55 for gun.
