First thought of the ep: they totally should have hired Minami as a management consultant instead of that woman. How can't she make a living with that kind of advice?

Still not thought on Tooru x Ohana. In fact, he looked kind of creepy there.

Oh man, that was awesome. So much fun!! The flow and all was wonderful.

Nako was beautiful and breathtaking in every scene. They are doing fan service right here if you ask me. It has some style and comes in excellent doses.

And from the looks of the next episode, it's safe to say things are going to fun for a while. I think (and hope) the drama will be turned up later on. I think it makes for an excellent mix. The characters grow on you, you see the slow set up of everything and then things get rolling. Like Toradora.

I didn't want to believe it, but it seems like Tohru really is starting to fall for Ohana. Minko has already picked up on it. Oh noes! the drama!

It was an excellent song and the ED sequence change was nice too.

yeah, Nako's "i can't believe i'm doing this" gesture was really great. it was very well drawn scene too, how her dress flowed.

I can relate to Ohana's response regarding her paycheck. If all you've been used to is a little sum of money per month, getting a lot more all of a sudden makes you think you have a lot, even if it's not much in the eyes of others.

And I'll add that she looked quite good in that Chinese dress. =3

From the looks of it, Minko will be getting some competition from Ohana, as Tohru seems to be quite interested in the latter. But, I think that even if Tohru confesses to Ohana, she'll turn him down, possibly even to not hurt Minko.

This episode told us that the old woman running the inn isn't so bad after all. Not that I didn't already know that, but still...

In first several episodes, I didn't find Ohana is attractive heroine.

I mean, her personality is too typical as this kind of story.

But now, I'm getting to be Ohana lover. Though she is something like the cats for me.

nah, they'll probably resolve Tooru then bring in Ko. Ko will show up very soon, as he's shown looking at tour books 2 eps ago, but Tooru's resolution will probably be in the next ep or two.

I somehow doubt that they're going to spend this much time building up stuff with Tohru and not have it at least play out over two episodes at the climax of this particular plot thread.

The Yuina thing was something that popped out of nowhere quickly, then dropped out of nowhere quickly once it was clear it was a misunderstanding.

Haha. Yeah. At the cliffhanger of episode 4, it was kind of predictable it was just a misunderstanding. But what was not predictable is that they only spend a single episode over it.

I'm just saying we shouldn't pretend as if the future of the series is already set in stone in our twisted minds. It's not that Tohru x Ohana has that much of a buildup anyway. I mean, you can't possibly consider every interaction between those two a buildup to this. If you eliminate those scenes, then the only buildup to this is the scene at the end of episode 4 and two scenes at episode 5, which combined might not even last 3 minutes.

Although...Tohru did comment on Ohana's physique...thrice.
