Everyone is a wizard
I'm looking for anime/manga where everyone(Or most people) in the world develop/have "super powers" preferably unique to each individual
Preferably an awesome male lead, like Hei or Accelorator(even though he aint a lead, this type of person) Preferably it not be "magic" though as they're pretty much the same thing, I'll still take em. Action/romance/whatever, no pure comedies(action/comedy for example is fine as long as it plays a small part) Examples> Darker than black Toaru no majutsu index/railgun Chrome shelled regios(Barely, but this type of thing is fine to) Needless Things like Fate/stay night, elfen lied, shakugan no shana would be a no, because it's only a few people with powers |

In a very similar line to To Aru Majutsu no Index, (including a grading scale for espers) there is Zettai Karen Children. However, while there is a very sizeable esper population there (and most of the protagonists are espers) it deals with a X-men like scenario where there is a very important conflict between espers and normals (although it deals with it in its own way).

Seconding KIBA, although it's 52 episodes, and read the fairy tail manga instead of watching the anime. SCRYED is also pretty good...as for a new entry, I'll recommend Busou Renkin-not everyone has powers but they do increase in number as it goes on.

Maybe Denno Coil?
The kids in it have some special glasses and they all can use some special computer power stuff in connection to those glasses. |

Fairy Tail for sure. I think the anime isn't doing too bad (it's got top-notch music, and recent animation has been getting better)
Others include: Rental Magica Negima recent OVA(the OVA totally rocks! don't bother with the anime... that's unless you can bear with it though) Law of Ueki (I'd call it fun magic. Everyone has different ability which kind of equates to magic anyway. The question is just: from which perspective do you look at it? I certainly recommend you to give it a try.)

Will give a nod for Faiy Tail suits the requirements pretty well. Both anime and manga.
One manga I'm not sure to recommend is Psyren as it doesn't exactly have a big cast of power users but more so than the likes of F/SN or SnS. Well the big plus for this series is the male lead, he's actually pretty damn cool. Veritas is another manga with "powers" but it's more so a martial arts fighting series with special abilites. The more interesting abilites are...well so far been unique to each individual but there are groups that have all learned the same martial art.
