Anime reccomenadtion

1. Indiffirent protagonist but very awesome and cook

2. Cold hearted real villian who don't say long speeches and just kill heartlessly

3. "True neutral" or beyond good and evil morale protagonist

Everything appreciated, but the "fresh" anime is appreciated more i.e. anime of 2006-2009 years.

How are CG and DN refer to "neutral" side?
And for others thanks,I think I'll try Hellsing.
What do I have to start first?
OVA's, manga or what?

Maybe Canaan for 2, and 3, or Needless for 1, and maybe 2.

Kaze no Stigma for 1, also perhaps Blue Gender for 1 as well.

Well, they are beyond good and evil. And it doesn't matter where you begin.

Black Lagoon hits 2 and 3 pretty well, and it would hit 1 if you consider Revy to be the protagonist instead of Rock (they sort of share the role).

There aren't many series for us, lovers of the true neutral alignment out there. The one that approximates the most to this is Kino no Tabi. Kino is a traveller who equally gets along with heroes and villians, and makes a point not to step out his role as an observer with the lives of the people Kino meets, unless they represent a direct threat to Kino's person.

Similar to this is Mushishi. Ginko also stays true for the most part to his role as an observer in all other matters that aren´t related to his object of study, the mushi´s.

I recommend Kara no Kyoukai. It fits one and three and also two somewhat and just won 5 categories in the Animesuki 2009 choice awards.

Preferably a male protagonist who's older than 15.
But I bet that there are no series with such parameters.

Well the protagonist is a female, but she's hardly a girly girl....

Okay then, I recommend Samurai Champloo. It fits all three.

By Hellsing, I hope you mean Hellsing Ultimate and not the sorry excuse of a TV series.

You can read the manga or watch the OVA, but forget about the TV series (really, you won't miss anything...). OVA (called Hellsing Ultimate) follows the original storyline (i.e. the manga...), and trust me, you will never get bored of watching.
