The director announced is Tsutomu Mizushima. The anime's tagline is "I wonder if we were friends."

So, it is one of the crazier Mizushima shows. I a`m perfectly fine with it unless it turnes stupidlike Mayoiga. So far it deoes not seem so.

I picked it on a whim and was surprised how much I liked it.

The plot is absolutely bonkers, in a good way. Obviously makes fun of the 5G conservationists with the introduction of 7G in this anime destroying the world, or at least Japan. All kind of crazy stuff happens like people getting turned into animals or old men becoming young. What happens to people seems to change based on either where they live or where they were born, so I'm looking forward to what kind of weird transformations people from other places underwent. One of the elders talked about people being turned into trees but it might been a rumor.

Also, strong yuri potential.

This show's a winner if you like weird anime and cute girls.

It reminded me of Sonny Boy. There's probably a method to the madness of the new world, but I'm not going to understand it.

Can't really say that much actually developed in the episode, but it is the first episode, so they have to explain that everyone turned into animals because the plot wanted it to happen and somehow get the girls on a train, even though 4 of those girls didn't even say anything to their parents before disappearing, so well, there goes some additional stress to their families It was a pretty forceful episode, but now that we've gotten the introduction done, I am hoping it gets good Like seriously, this season is looking to be pretty atrocious. I'm clinging to straws here. As for the comedy... Meh. I guess it wasn't painful. The guy suddenly turning young was okay. Rest...
