Sadly that will not happen. Based from the interview axz will not have a continuation that will lead to s5. AXZ itself is a complete story so that mean everything relating to AXZ will be concluded in this arc and s5 will be the start of a new story.

Adam is the first villain too lose.....TWICE!!! Miku saved Hibiki in the end. The episode wasn't as hyped than I expected it to be. It turned out the two alchemists weren't dead. They faked their deaths the get off of Adam's radar (though the whole plan was Cal's idea). So much stupid politics.

Someone told me that S5 should be Custodian Civil War and Hibiki is indirectly responsible for it. That would be interesting.
Looking forward in see X-Drive again and some new upgrade for Hibiki in ep13. It seems that Germain and her alchemist friends turn into normal humans after this. For those of you who don't know, the divine power that Hibiki had went back through the Gate. The power that Adam was absorbing into his arm is form Germain and co. |

Watched episode 11:
Hibiki and Germain cooperate to defeat Adam and Tiki... the Gungnir is really strong, would be very hard to win without it. Hmm, and I wonder why Germain did not summon the giant snake monster to fight Adam?

According to MAL there are 13 episodes, so one more to go although I am not quite sure why they couldn't end it in 12 given the ending of this episode.
That said this episode is triggering me. Even for Symphogear the amount of complete randomness was staggering. Apparently Hibicocoon stood dormant for two days. Guess they needed the time to bring Miku there. Genius armed forces, what did you expect would happen if you fire conventional weaponry onto a supernatural and most likely hostile being? Of course it will retaliate with far superior power. It was pretty funny that out of all places they inserted the anti-linker into her ass. Miku is our lord and savior yet I am shaking my head for their ace in the hole to be yelling at Hibiki. Typical America fires a missile onto an already resolved situation. Alchemists to the rescue, so they actually can be useful. At this point however out of absolutely nowhere they start singing. While their song is really nice it completely comes out of left field. Adam finally gathers the divine power only to ruin it first by making the unbearable pun and then by having Tiki tackling him (really?) while Hibiki punches it out of existence. After this the episode just cuts off and rolls the ED This episode and by extension the whole season had potential but if suffered from abysmal writing. |

In spite of the utterly random developments, I laughed when Adam complained Hibiki's god-slaying power wasn't fair. His warning that using her god-slaying power will curse her implies the series will take a Boruto route.

I was sooo legit upset...they could have give a god form for Hibiki better but noooo it is look just like a new type of Nova from Freezing.
Hooray for Miku again, that's the 3rd time she saved Hibiki from danger. The song that Germain and her alchemist friends was epic as hell, I can't stop listening to it. Adam expression at the end remind me of Dr Ver.:P

I'll give them this. This has been more unpredictable than the show has been in a while . They fight off giant Hibiki (along with firing anti-linker in the rear), Miku gets to help out, a nuke gets fired, the the alchemist trio is all alive and then end up dying, along with Adam popping up to get the god killing power, but only to lose it moments later .
This episode was just kind of wacky and hilarious. Adam sneaks up to get the power and then Hibiki smashes it anyways . Where the heck are we going to go for episode 13? It seems like all the problems are taken care of. Unless the angry Kazanari is going to show up and take it . Also...so are we going to have the UN in the next episode invading the US for firing a nuke at a country with no justification?

I just rewatched ep12 and realized that Germain drop her gun before she died. It could be significant or not. Looking forward to the last episode. I'm still grieving for Germain's death.
Hibiki and Germain made each other better people in the end. |
