I think after a few more days of listening to her talk in 3rd person I would of "accidentally" kicked her into a mob of zombies.

You know I find the 3rd person talk cute at times but thats generally with kids of younger age and rarely do I find it cute on adults(think only person I can think of is Yasuko from Toradora) I didn't care much for it here with Asami for some reason.
Altho I couldn't say I'd kick her into a mob of zombies tho.

Yes it is. There even was translator's note in one of the chapters

But wasn't she purposely correcting herself to say "This Officer" because she started to refer to herself in the third person a lot. Might have just been a translator thing but thats how I remember her from the chapters with her. She got better though and I'm still surprised that out of all of them she was the one that thought of fireworks. Seems like an obvious answer for zombies that react to sound and heat.

No, the point was that she just had graduated from police academy and wasn't used to adressing herself in third person. That's why we always get this "Asa--, I mean, this officer!"
