Terran need to load up Lemon Juices. Also, does anyone know where to upload Starcraft 2 replays? I recently played a PvZ where I wanted some criticism on how to improve my play from that. As well as playing a recent 2v3 (we were the 2) against Very Hard AI. Since my teammate left, I wanted to know what I could have done better as well. Since I lost about 14-19 Ultralisks from an army of Immortals/Colossi before I switched to Mutas/Corrupters and steamrolled.

Well, if you want quality, reliable advice, you gotta go to TeamLiquid. Can't say they're the friendliest bunch (relative to asuki atleast, you guys will always be my faves

), but you will definitely get the best starcraft advice there.

Uh.. I don't really like to go to TeamLiquid for opinions on what I could do better. I've never done it, nor will I (I do read guides and such). Since I'm more accustomed to you guys and Animesuki, I wanted to see your opinions.

I plan on smashing some bots to pick up my game play again. Last few times I did that I made very fundamental mistakes such as forgetting overlords early, forgetting to put guys into gas then forgetting ling speed.... oh... I also forgot to make queens -_-

I usually park myself in the AS channel.

i only found the +25k exp for 1st win for each race / day.

kinda experienced Time bonus but not sure how to get it.

There is a hard cap of 500k xp per game.

Shorter games gives more xp: a 6m game has ~+100% xp bonus, drops down to ~77% @ 8m and 60% at 10m.

The first 100k? resources you spend has a 1:1 resource to xp ratio, after that it is reduced to 33.33 (repeating ofc) % of its original value.

Games vs bots grant xp as well.

I'm gonna ask to get this straight:

Y'need the mothership core/mothership with the army -- in order to mass recall back to a nexus. Am I right?

If so, then I screwed myself up by thinking it's the other way -- where the core stays home and recall can be done remotely (like an Arbiter).

So just finished HOTS campaign in 1 night (about to sleep at 8AM lol) and my opinion is this (played SC1 10 years ago):

As for my abilities, Leaping Strike (as unlike Kinetic blast it has NO COOLDOWN) and allows you to escape as well. Oh and her energy regenerates so fast that she'll have 50 energy before the 10s CD is up. Got the passive that hits multiple targets with her normal attack just cuz. Next tier I got Zergling spawn (because I also went with swarmlings, it was fun having basically unlimited Lings as 10 respawn every 30 seconds). Also Mend, because it's a low CD AOE heal. I won't mention the other stuff because it didn't really affect my strat.

Also played on Normal and it was ridiculously easy. I killed all the enemy bases on almost every level, leaving remaining objectives a cakewalk (I know I sound like I'm bragging, but I suck at Starcraft so I'm basically saying that Normal is really easy).

Zergling Ressurrection works better with Raptors than Swarmlings. Swarmlings are basically a panic button to keep on hand if they hit your base while you're knocking on their door.

I probably shouldn't have played on Normal for the campaign, because the later missions essentially became F2 followed by A+LMB.

Yeah the recall is like the town portal in WC3. Grubby is gonna love it.

The MS core is such an amazing addition to the protoss race: its photon overcharge ability combined with recall and the fact that its an air unit accessible after the cyber core makes protoss so much more diversified early game: You can play a little greedier at the start, you can push with your slow units without the worry about base trades, you can harass or scout...

Spoiler for 1v1 game, spoilered for space: 1v1: your opponent went for a very weird 2 gate open. Since you can see a forge as well, I would expect it to be some sort of a +1 mass lot timing (he had full chrono but is actually just bad). The spines were right although you will probably want to get roaches out (+1 lots are designed to kill lings). Use queens/evo chambers to form a wall from your natural hatch to your main ramp so zlots cannot just walk right past the spines into the main. Since zlots cannot catch up to drones, I like to keep my drone in their base until the cybercore is done. Scout more often, poke into their base with a single ling esp if you scouted early aggression which never came. Later in the game you can run in an overlord or overseer. If you see no natural after such a long time, find out what exactly he is doing (in this case, hidden nexus - you should know something wrong is going on there). You could have killed him at the 10m mark if you had scouted and see he got barely anything. Get at least 1 queen per hatch for spawn larva. Your lair timing seems rather late. Hydras are no good without its range upgrade. If you need help pushing up a ramp, use an overseer to grant vision. Be very careful about forcefields. Your drone count is somewhat low for 3 base. Turn on the worker counter and try to have 24 per base. For hive tech aim for broodlords (do ppl still use infestors in HotS?). I am jelly of your special ultralisks // watched JD played this time. HE MENTIONED FENIX!!!!!!!!!! Fucking finally I'm glad that they gave Raynor some balls and actually had him give up on Kerrigan again, like he did in Brood Wars. Also I'm glad they didn't end up together at the end. I really didn't like the cliche troupes like Kerrigan hesitating to attack the bad guy because he transformed into Raynor and whatnot. Also I dunno if it's just me, but I liked her Starcraft 1 VA better. Also DURAN'S BACK! Is he the same VA?
