I guess that may be the case. People thought that he has some feelings for Kallen in the scene they had. I didn't see that. If that was the case, Kallen turned him down by saying "you're welcome". She isn't interested. I hope Gino just dies, who knows maybe then he will do something for the plot.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if next episode they gave him Nonette to kill since she still hasn't showed up at all in this battle...

Well, she did, in episode 2. But she's just such a softie for Lelouch's charm with the ladies.

The reason Tamaki's had a death flag with no follow-through is because he has done virtually nothing usefull. If he ends up defending the Avalon from whomever in the next Turn that luck may very well change...

Plus I know it won't happen, but I would have loved to see Kallen radiation-wave the Damocles into oblivion.

You are saying her third appearance will be silent death. Most likely that's how it will be.
But I want to hear her voice even once in this anime.
Besides maybe knight of nine is Schneizel's some kind of bodyguard. It reminds Monica and Charles.

Heck, I'd also expect her to show up just to get caught in a FLEIA possibly as well, while flying in her super KMF.
