At this point, it's just an announcement of an announcement on 2 February. So it may very well be that at that point they'll announce a production for Summer. Time will tell...

I'm pretty sure the movie was announced about a year ago, but I thought they canceled it since it's been so long without any news. Glad to see they didn't.

And yeah, looks like Toei is dusting off the franchises for an over due comeback.
