O_O Whoa there, Snowman. I do NOT think the devs created the Darcsens for you to fetishize them. Granted, they are cute, but most of the VC girls are like that in some way.

Actually it's more along the lines of I like Darcsens for a different reason. Being born Native American, I've had my share of racism, stereotyping and judgement based on my ancestors ages ago, hundreds of years before I was born.

So seeing how Isara was treated by Rosie in VC1 right away, judged before she even knew her, I know how that feels. That's where my likeness for Darcsens really stems from, not my fault most of the Darcsens were girls

The video only show the last couple episode before the fight. Each character has 4 episodes and usually the CG are for either 3rd for 4th episode.

Quick question conserning the tank - are there armor and/or firepower upgrades, and if so, how many levels, and what does it resemble in the end? (Does it look like the Edelweiss, Tiger, King Tiger, Leopard 1, etc.?)

From what I've seen in the preview stuff, there are multiple tanks you can be using, though I'm unsure of the amount of specialization on any given tank.

Some tanks take 1 CP, others 2 CP, and some even 3 CP (they better be pretty damn badass to take 3 CP).

3 CP? That'd better be a DAMN Apocalypse tank, or something really close to it. I'm expecting my own Leopard 2A5 now. If it costs 3 CP to move, it'd better have loads of armor and firepower - enough to make the enemy think twice about attacking it.

2 CP is what I'm used to now. The Edelweiss is a commendable medium tank, and the Shamrock a decent light tank (though, my personal focus is towards hulking monsters with four treads, twin cannons, and 16-layer composite armor, so 'decent' and 'light tank' don't belong in the same sentence to me.)

1 CP I'll probably avoid - there are more powerful infantry units I can use (the Armored Car seems to be anything but, and the Light Tank's evolutions are... below par, IMO.)

I'll probably end up using those 3-CP monsters. While I like my infantry mobile (I'm a pretty big scout user in VC1 - though that may change in 2), my tanks had better damn well be able to take it, and dish it out twofold.

I haven't had the event for the Darcsen girl you are talking about and so far I have yet to beat the game so no access to any story for the mechanics. You really don't see her much at all.

You got a lot of choices for tanks, two type of light tank, you also got a utility armored vehicle, light and medium recon vehicle, med. and heavy tanks.

Weapons there is also the types that focus on power, accuracy, stat effects, and amount of bullets and they do change depending on what type of it you are using. Also now you only have one line of main upgrade while the specials ones are researched on a individual basis and you only receive one.

There is however, a really really huge cannon that you can outfit on your tank...almost like the barrel upgrade for Edelweiss. I haven't actually unlock the heavy tank yet, so I can't say anything, but from fighting enemy heavy tanks, I have to say they can take A LOT of damage...4 shot from the side and even when directly behind radiator is still two shots. It is definitely well protected.

No idea on the twin-cannon though,

Well, if there is no option to mount twin 120mm guns and missile launchers, there should be D:

Joking aside, at least having the option to clone the Soviet Heavy Tank from Red Alert 1 (a midsize tank mounting twin heavy weapons) would be cool. Though I will easily settle for a tank with loads of armor - if it can take two shots to the Radiator, that's just win.

cloner4000 Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2009	Spoiler for Rene: It's been a while, but the general plot of her story is that she's always with Magali and when of the guys confessed to Magali but she' was too timid to reject him and Rene helped her. But the bitter guy said that Rene just stayed with Magali because she's beautiful and she's not. Avan was angry when he heard that but Rene brushed it off, although her expression is quite sad. Afterward Avan heard a rumor that their is this Laundry Angel? basically someone who always washes student's dirty uniform and it's sort of a urban legend amonst students and rumor has it that it's a goddess. But Avan found out that its actually Rene who's been washing the uniforms and she explains that she does it because everyone worked so hard and she want people to smell the fresh uniforms. of some sort Spoiler for Magali: Her's I forgot most of the detailed, I'll correct any mistake when I have a bit more time, Avan found Magali in library reading lots of book and it turns out that she's quite knowledgeable of different thing said in the book, then Welkin pops up and said that there are book know ledges but also knowledge you learn by venturing out the world, so they decide to go to the nature and look for insects and Magali found an insect that's not suppose to be in Gallia and she was very surprised. I think I stick the beginning sections, I'll try to fill those up later Spoiler for marion plot will look it up: I'll take a look a Marion when I have some time, besides the fact that she's into Guns..I don't think there is any thing particularly stand out. I've been looking around, but once again VC2 videos have become scarce (or I just can't find them). There's a few characters I want to learn about. Spoiler for Characters I'm interested in: The first I want to know about is Lavinia, your tank mechanic. I read on this blog, http://ameblo.jp/val-log/, that she has some kind of connection to Avan's brother, Leon. Unfortunately, her personal missions are only available in a New Game+. Does anyone have any info on her? Second character I want to learn about is Mischlitt. She's one of the Darcsens, wears glasses, and is of the Armored Infantry class. I know next to nothing else about her. Does anyone have any backstory to her? Last, but certainly not least, there's Clementia Forster, the Imperial scientist who's accompanying Aliasse. She made her first cameo appearance in the VC anime, so I really want to know what her deal is. If anyone has any info on these characters or some other interesting ones, please let me know. Spoiler for Response: I'm instantly thinking that Avan is related to Leon, the Mechanic-turned-Racer. I never did remember his last name, but is that Leon, and this Leon, one in the same? Also - URL tag fail. Mischlitt sounds like a pretty heavy antithesis of all the Darcsens we've seen (well, I've seen), sans the OOC Isara. I mean - I've always had this picture of Darcsens being fairly non-confrontational characters, and seeing one that's not from VC1 (and not OOC) sorta surprises me. I look forward to seeing what her personality is. At the bitter least, my glasses fetish will be fueled. Having not finished the VC anime, Dr. Forster is somewhat foreign to me. The moment that Aliase stopped obeying her obeys she completely discard her and abandons her as a fail experiments. It seems the head master provide her with the money to do her research and that is the only reason she's there. Of coarse it might be different in the end.
