Everyone knows its Anko. Although Kurenai a close second. To bad you said ninja because the hottest character is Ayame. Honorable mentions are Sakura, Hinata, and Tsunnade.

My top five from in ascending order:

5. Tsunade - She may be a little old, but she's stacked, smart, and strong
4. Sasame - I like cute red-heads...and she's a cute red-head
3. Hinata - Anyone as cute and shy as that with the ability to make your heart explode just has to have a spot on the list
2. Anko - Dude...metal mesh body netting...that's all that needs be said.
1. Temari - She's got the attitude, the body, and a really big fan...she kicks ass...hands down.

Kin deserves an honorable mention, but I couldn't see bumping anyone off the list for her.

Anko all the way. Tayuya is second, even if her run was short lived. Sakura comes third, she looked very nice with her hair up in the recent Shippuden Episode. Ten-Ten is quite cute to, so she'd be number 4.

Spoiler for Manga: -I am going to go on ahead and nominate someone that never gained much of a fanbase and that is: Yugito Ni. -Shea appeared in chapters 312-313. She died in 332. -She had that intriguing Ice-cold glare and a good image appeal. Also she was the first and so far the only female Jinchuuriki in the series. -Her age was never openly given but she was likely in her early 20's. -Aside from the things mentioned above, she was the most recent ninja from the Vilage hidden in the Clouds. According to herself she was the 2nd strongest in her village (the Kage there being the 1st). [OPINION] She deserved better than a pathetic death that was given to her. __________________ -When all else fails, ram them with a force of an 18-wheeler.
