This arc is miles above the last one, but I felt they could've done a little more with this intriguing storyline...having it so short makes me wonder if they could match this one with their next, especially what happened with the Nanamine arc.

There's still Eiji getting first. So damn exciting
and the anime's second season is confirmed, but lol who watches the anime anyway, the pacing is so horrible

Bakuman's gotten better again, and in this chapter, I just couldn't help but notice that they brought back what made Ashirogi Muto so good in the first place: the fact that Shuujin and Saikou are always on the same wavelength. How they got their new idea from something that happened to them irl and put it in writing is also something that made Bakiman good, and that was also how they came up with PCP to begin with, so it was really nice to see that again.
P.S. Kaya's looking better and better every chapter |

It seems like the arcs lately have been short in general. I'm fine with that. Glad we're getting something about Eiji again and also Ashirogi Muto facing serious adversity like we've become accustomed to. Nanamine never felt like any real threat. Don't think this arcs over. I think we'll still see the criminal's response and something has to come of Eiji reaching #1. Part of me doubts he'll be able to maintain it consistently.
We also haven't heard from Iwase or +Natural in a long time. Maybe because she's not that popular, and they've wisely opted to give more time to Hiramaru instead. |

I'm too lazy to check
but I believe they mentioned how long they have been working on a chapter which I forgot but I think it was the time when they decided that they should work hard on PCP first before making another series though PCP won't be getting an anime

That's too high. Not sure about the exact numbers but page 16 they said 7 years ago that crow was serialized. But ashirogi only start going pro at last year of high school I think (not sure). So 7-2 =5 ?

Dude, FUCK THE MANGA-KA (and that's saying something cause Nakai aside they're all awesome characters)
YOSHIDA-SHI IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE CHARACTER! He's always fucking with Hiramaru in the most roundabout, manipulative ways in order to get shit done, and now he's doing it with Nakai, it's HILARIOUS!!! Also Obata's art is still tops. Originally I was dissapointed in his more pared down style but it's drawn excellently and his layout and storytelling flows very well. Tite Kubo aside, he's the best artist in Jump now.
