This thread will probably contain many spoliers so if you only watch the anime please exit for your own sake.

Anayway is seems like the curse seal or at least level 2 curse seal enhances a certain characteristic/power/attribute that a shinobi allready has, so knowing this just for fun what do you think a particular ninja's special power once his or hers level 1 or 2 seal is activated. Ill start things rolling.

Shikamaru - Obviously in level 1 it would allow him to increase the range of his shadow mimic jutsu. In level 2 he would probably be able to control the shadow cast by any object/being without having to use his own shadow. eg a tree is 100m away any he simply looks at the tree and makes its shadow grab an opponent who is under the tree. Also he would be able to make the any objects shadow into a shadow fighter that would take the form of a person and could punch, kick pick up objets etc.

Neji - In level 1 his buyakugan would have no blind spot (it currently does) and his kaiten would have an enormous range. In level 2 he would probably grow some extra eyes (dunno what for) and be able to shoot chakra like a bullet over incredible distances from any part of his body. This would enable him to hit and disable somebody's chakra holes from a long way away by simply pointing his finger and shooting.

Now that you get the idea give me some more examples for other ninjas.

Choji His pill in level 1 would give him 100x100 more power and so in level 2 he would have 10000x10000 power wich gives him a powerlevel of
100.000.000 !!

Naruto - Be able to extract more Kyuubi chakra without losing himself.

Neji - Have great vision. Notices the tiniest changes(giving him the ability to predict perfectly) in a huge range. Be able to make 'chakra blasts'.

Shino - Turn into a bug... can do all the things bugs can do. Can shoot and summon bugs.

Level 1 - Speed increases to like when he had the 5 gates opened.

Level 2 - Able to open up his 5 gates without damaging his body. Covered in a layer of chakra and is able to use this to repel anyone like he did with the Ura Renge. Veins popping out everywhere. Hair grows longer.

Neji :
Level 1 - Seal on his forehead spreads and covers his whole face and neck. Wider range of vision. No blind spot. And is able to predict movements like the Sharingan. (I mean after all, the Sharingan did evolve from the Byakugan......)

Level 2 - doesn't require spinning to activate Kaiten. Instead, whenever somebody attempts to hit him, he just remains stationary but the chakra itself spins and repels the attacker away. Useful for normal situations where he isn't able to spin because his legs are caught or something. This release of chakra during the spinless-Kaiten also attacks by damaging the attackers body and chakra holes like the Jyuuken fighting style does. Also, he can now use a move similar to the Mangekyou Sharingan. Hmm....maybe stop someone's chakra flow simply by looking at it. The seal on his head spreads to the rest of his body. Can do a 128 hakkeshou thing.

Naruto - Would turn out to a godlike character that would been impossible to kill with both Kyuubi and L2 seal.

Tsunade - She would been able to make bigger boobs on everyone and not only herself.
