From what I could see, I say it's from the official website.

Yes, Mai Otome Zwei does indeed have a manga. It has just one issue, and drawn by a different artist who did the work for the original Mai Hime/Otome & Arashi manga.

I looked out for it and you're right about the artwork

I do like the artwork for the original Mai-Hime, Mai-Otome, Mai-Otome Arashi and Mai-Otome Super H though! ^_^

If you still wanna read it then keep in mind that the characters are drawn in a loli style. And I'm not a fan of loli.

Yeah, I feel sorry too, as she was also my second favorite character. That she has to remain, forever, behind the fake queen (when not stuck in... Siberia with her fake father) sounds quite unfair to me, after all she has to endure to become an Otome. Even if Mashiro has deserved her place as well, and the fate of Nina can be seen as quite fitted for her crimes.

The problem is that Nina's sentences were carried out pretty much long before she committed any crimes. She was stripped of her nobility, and became an orphan.

Whats worse? Her part of the truth was never revealed. Although she did choose her fate, as opposed to a fate being forced on her at the end.
