Is this still being translated? And does it look like it'll be an OTP? Or does a True Harem seem likelier? Just asking.

Yeah, the prologue for volume 2 came out yesterday. From volume 1 the story seems to be strongly headed towards an otp ending.

By the end of the volume the main character and sensei are basically a couple, but he can't properly confess to her for a plot related reason. He doesn't seem to be interested in any of the other girls.

I too don't mind harem endings if the heroines are likeable. In this case, there are two main problems that could prevent one:

out of the other heroines apart from sensei, one is a 10 years old grade schooler, and another is the protagonist's blood related sister. I'd actually be fine with the latter, but the former...please no.

@Lex79: I actually say no all incest except the kind that involves cousins. And of course underage girls are also out.

@AP24: How are those of us who can't read Japanese going to read the manga there? It's a Japanese site that only has the raws.

Edit: I found links to LN translations on Novel Updates, but I also see that Volume 3 is already out and that Volume 2 isn't fully translated (only Prologue is done).

Edit2: @Lex79: By Volume 1 Chapter 2, we already have the homeroom teacher and the Student Council President confess to him (although since the latter is studying to be a nun, she doesn't want to act on her feelings and thinks of falling in love to be a sin). It's possible that Kuu-chan loves him, though. And there's also the gravure idol from his class, but she could just be teasing him.

Edit3: Alright, yes, I got to the part where Kuu-chan gave him the love letter and he then got that mail from his sister where she confesses to him. That's already four girls, not counting the gravure idol who might just be teasing him.

Sheesh, why this series writer even decided to put a 10-year-old girl in there is beyond me. Also, the other one could have been a blood-related cousin.

The tone of the series is quite comedic, half if not more of the dialogues are tsukkomi, so I think the author is simply trying to be over the top and play with tropes. I mean, the harem is a teacher, a gravure idol classmate, a little girl who

She has no hidden motives, she simply think that seducing her student is a sin she has to atone for, but at the same time she loves him too much to not act her feelings.

Finished volume 3, I think Kuu's arc was handled well. For a moment I also thought her mother would join the harem too, but maybe oyakodon is too much even for this series.

Finished kaichou's volume. It was a good read,and she seems to be the one so far who has the most credible reason to be in love with Saigi. We also got a new heroine and....a cliffhanger ending! Why author? I hate you now!

Finished volume 5. I was expecting it to be Miharu's volume going by the pattern, but all the heroines got a bit of spotlight. We have Shiya officially enter the harem, some backstory for Miharu and sensei, a lot of harem antics. The biggest development is that

Saigi "confessed" to Maka sensei and the two are basically a couple now, so I wonder if in the next volumes he is going to properly reject the girls from SID or the author will find a way to keep the harem going.
