Original creator (light novel): Ougyo Kawagishi
Original character design: Meruchi Nanase

Plot summary: The story centers around Yūki Akamatsu, a boy who joins the staff of his school's second newspaper. The editor-in-chief Ayaka Nikaidō immediately assigns him to the life (jinsei) advice column. Three girls — the science representative Rino Endō, the liberal arts representative Fumi Kujō, and the physical education representative Ikumi Suzuki — answer requests from students about whatever is troubling them.

Note: Kawagishi started the light novel series with illustrations by Meruchi Nanase in 2012. The December issue of Shogakukan's Sunday GX magazine teased that an "a__me adaptation" project was in the works yesterday.

Well the premise is kinda like a mishmash of Medaka Box and GJ-bu and I like the character design too. I don't have any expectations until they announce the staff but I can say the premise sounded nice.

When I saw the thread title I was wondering why there was french in the title but reading the synopsis didn't bring any answers

Calling the series a combination between Medaka Box and Gj-bu got me scratching my head, particularly in context of the description.

Unfortunately it seems there is not much more info at the moment, unless any other posters out there have read some of the series and can go into more details?

Same here. If anything, the premise sounds slightly closer to Hyouka if only for the common thread of writing (this time for a newspaper column instead of a club anthology).

To me it sounds like Sket Dance. I guess it depends on what the focus is -- club activities, helping students, or the relationships between the MC and the girls.

Kawaguchi is a great comedy director but the the screenwriter worries me. I just wqw the manga and it reminds me Gj-bu with more boobs, I hope the anime is different.

Arakawa does write a few good things, such as Spice & Wolf and Outbreak Company. Otherwise, his works were nothing special to begin with.

The MC's feet illustration... is totally wrong! It was just copy & pasted and they didn't even realize that they pasted girl feet for the guy... For some reason the guy reminds me of Keima appearance wise...

Okay, the staff is mostly passable, I'm a bit concerned towards the director: he may deliver some great comedies but from what I've checked the portfolio, his recent works post-Sket Dance were a little too heavy on ecchi, I wished he toned down that to his newest work. It's also nice to see Rena Maeda getting more roles besides voicing Nike from The World is Still Beautiful and while the cast is mostly composed of newbies, it might be interesting to hear voices I've never seen before (I'm interested to hear what Takumi's and Toyota's sound like).
