There's another way: slicing or at least make the signature into many picture. For this one, you could do a 3, 4 or 5 parts, only 2 PNG24 part would be required and the rest could go as JPEG.

I personally hate Guilty Crown with a burning passion but I do have to admit, this sig is really nice. The pink lighting spiral effects and the purple-ish background really fits Inori.

Aww I liked Koominator better but Krytonis sounds like some alien god or something which is still cool ). The new Miku sig looks great but the hair looks slightly static. If you could blend that a bit then it would look a lot nicer than it already is. Also the text is kinda hard to read.

Again even though I don't like Guilty Crown, that sig is really good and probably one of your best yet. And yeah like everyone's been saying, don't over saturate unless your going for it. And if you're going for it, make it really stand out I guess.

but at the right bottom, there is a splash of blue which is not in harmony with the purple.
Maybe you could try to erase the line brush on Yuno (the one coming on her hands and her hair under her face), so we could think the line brush pass behind Yuno.
