I would say that the bottleneck would be in the integrated graphics, but since the game is so old (judging by the requirements), but since even Chromebooks can play 720p - 1080p video (albeit on a lower-res screen), you should be fine there. The real question is what the game's dual core CPU speed needs to be. If it only needs 1 GHz, then you're fine, but I'm not sure if 1.1 GHz will cut it, especially since it needs at least 2.0 GHz single-core to run. Furthermore, are you planning on dual-booting Windows XP or 7? Since the Chromebook's specs are so low, you may even want to consider Windows 8 for the slight performance boost if nothing else.
Though, if I may ask, which game is it?

Going by the specs, the Chromebook seems equal to most netbooks (i.e. MSI Wind), but I doubt it'll play that game because of the possibility of bottlenecks. But then I used to play Half-Life on a Pentium II notebook with just 128mb of system memory, Windows 98SE and about 8mb of VRAM.

Game is called Mabinogi.
Thanks guys for your comments. Based on what have I've read from you good hearted people, a stock Chromebook would not run this game without dual-banding or specifically I just need a Windows-powered laptop. A decent quality, yet inexpensive Vaio satisfying the game requirement should do the trick right? Or you can suggest which laptop can run this game smoothly . Curse the gods Im not a tech-whiz....Im only good at budgeting. I should have the knowledge of that can says this is a great "bang-for your-buck".
