The wallpapers can be gotten from this game at Square Enix: Reaper Quiz.

I've taken the liberty of adding them all to a zip which I've linked to here. Has both wallpapers offered, with all resolutions (4:3).

Go to C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Skins\おてつだい (assuming you kept the original filename and location) and edit the Ayuka_CD.ini with notepad. Scroll down and replace the japanese message.
