King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud has been sick for a while already - hence why his crown prince is basically the one governing the country in his stead...since 2017. If Israel really wanted to undermine Saudi Arabia, MBS would be the one suddenly suffering from severe health concerns. And I don't think there would be many who would shed a tear over it, be it within or without the kingdom.
