xxBANGitsaly as said before the renders seem defformed to me
Furude Rika it look better without it
Cyz good looking, I just have a little hesitatioin about the white areas around the render.

I reworked my first try: C&C would be welcome.

The efects is not bad, having all the lights glowing at the same time makes it a bit unrealistic though, so, I would go with V2

The font is a LOT better, I still think that those white line below the render look a bit out of place, just think about this, if the lights are glowing, the light source should be coming from below, but in the render, the light comes from above, you can still fix that by working a filter/lighting efect on the render, just have in concideration that the glow should be coming from the moon.

Is it me or does the Harui render looks quite squished? Try to keep proportion when resizing it.

@JR: Looks great! The left part of the wavy thing in the background looks too sharp compared to the rest of the background. Other than that I think it's good to go. :') Love how you did your name btw :'D

@Manju: BLUE! <3 <3 I like the glowy effects around her, but the spots and splatters behind her are too close too eachother(looks like pepper and salt xD). Another thing would be adding some depth into the background. I love the idea though. :'D

JR - too dark on the sides. Needs a bit of lighting.

WMB - Great! Just against those dark spots on the renders left side.

*blinks* :3 I thought the fireflies took away too much of the attention I wanted on the eyes, but now it kinda looks like a hodge podge of blinking >.< i dunno xD. C&C appreciated!

@Frail: The nice soft glow is nice. ^^ Feels warm and fluffy. :3 I'd love to see what you'd put for the empty space. :'D And I kinda like the blue down there, kinda gives it contrast.

@Kat: Also loving the soft glowyness. :3 Not rly sure what else to do with it. Lots of moon glowing going around. xD

EDIT: I got it 20% smaller in dimensions. Fixed my file size problem.

@Marcus: It looks nice, clean, and simple. :') The problem is the render. it's too blurred out compared to the rest of the sig. I bet it was already like that, but you should play around with some filters to make it sharper. :'D Great job and blue <3.

Marcus - Just like what ch3i said, the render is blurry
Ch3i - I would prefer it without the blinking eyes. O_O, it gets my attention

JRendell: I prefer the color of V3 but I would keep the way you writed your name on the V4.
White Manjun Bun: I would only rework the spot on the background.
Frailty: the blue light seem to be onlu on the render, I would add some on the background
Marcus H. the umbrella seem to blend too much on the background, otherwise it's good .
Ch3j You may want to draw attenetion to them, but the blinking eyes are too fast.

Now, my 3th version, I reworked my slice and some of the semi-transparency, C&C would be welcome.

@Gan: Maybe it's just my computer, but the whole animation is pretty slow. xD

Thanks for the comments, at least I know I'm not the only one to notice the umbrella blending into the background. xD I'll work on to it ASAP.

EDIT: Here's V3. I fixed the umbrella's edges and sharpened everything except the clouds.
