Major Battles you mean? Still quite a bit:

Battle of the Coral Sea.
Battle of the Marianas
Battle of the Philippine Sea
Battle of Leyte Gulf
Battle of Okinawa - Operation Ten- Go.

And let's not get into the minor campaigns like Singapore or China.

On the subject of the event, I downed Northern Ocean Hime for the first time after three tries.

Team was

- Sendai K2
- BROse Kai
- Ashigara Kai
- Maya-sama Kai
- Zuihou Kai
- RJ Kai

I met the LoS requirements, so it's cool.

I obtained Kumano.

The Pacific War has had quite an enormous number of engagements. They'll run out of reward ships before they run out of operations.

With the introduction of the new combined fleets mechanic, I wouldn't be surprised if the next event end up having both the attack on Pearl Harbor and Operation Ten-Go.

And E-5 clear! I had a feeling she was changing to her final form too, so I swapped out that Ryuusei for a Reppu for good measure. And sure enough, final form ahaha.

E4 is actually less expensive than E3 to me. 16 runs, net loss of 7529/5691/1721/2524, 17 buckets. Great deal for 3 Akitsumaru. I think I will do E5 in a few hours.

Edit: Myssa, I now have no choice but to do E6. Shioi can drop there.

E-5 was pretty consistent for me based on my farming runs. It's either several south route in a row or several north in a row, so not much to think about there. I don't mind taking the north route though, compared to E6 those night battle nodes in E5 are pretty tame.

But anwyay. After killing the 2nd BB Hime for the 5th time, with most of the fire was not even flagship protection. I started to think that the Dev is trolling with us

Actually this happened during Spring as well. Klash had a theory that the BB hime then WAS doing flagship protection, its just that, being a boss herself, the "moving forward" animation was never added to her. So I can see it happening with this event too with the second BB Hime in E-6.

By the way, man, just when I'm farming the stage, E-5 decides to give me the middle finger. Criticals everywhere, and when I get to the boss node somehow, I can never get an S rank anymore.

Actually, I'm wondering what the difference between drops is between E-5 and E-4. Is there a ship there exclusive to E-5? Because the latter's proving to be a stupidly annoying with its night battle nodes, which often wreck otherwise perfect starts.

The only issue I think I had with E-4 was how it usually gave you Carriers for its S-rank drops.

If you really have a farming goal, then farming 8 akashis(7 if you already survived spring E-3 or E-4) is probably a long-term investment. This way you can repair 20 other scratched ships at the same time.
