I didn't do that to look like a "retard." I did that out of pure humor and had no intention of insulting anyone. While I know that it may be insulting, offensive, and that I can't help if it's taken that way, you should not accuse me of making fun of handicaps, or hating them for that matter, since you have no "proof" of this occurence.

This was actually intoruduced as a toy, but ravers picked it up pretty quick. It's actually a superbright LED connected to a flexible plasted tube. There's a chip in it and it makes the LED go on different settings. If you run into them I would strongly suggest buying it, it's fun for both glowfreaks like me and pretty much anyone.
