Anyway, this whole episode was hilarious . From the opening skit (and the way they went back to the old protagonists) to the crazy Edo nonsense bits to Choromatsu's self awareness, which was SO EFFIN' TRUE .

Oh my god, the new ending version is for the F6!! Oh dear, oh dear... XDDD I can't wait to hear the rest...
I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't do a Valentine's Day Special, but the Choromatsu segment almost made up for it. The jidaigeki skits were funny, too, but there was an unforgivable lack of Osomatsu and Karamatsu. I mean, come on, how can the corrupt official character not be played by Osomatsu? Especially as even the joshimatsu skit mentioned Osoko doing time for embezzling money. Anyway, the main dish was Choromatsu Rising, and it was hilarious and spot-on. Oh, poor Choromatsu, don't worry, I think most people understand your plight more than you'd think... I wish the other brothers had more screentime, but I guess the skit had to feature the two most shamelessly scummy brothers to play off Choromatsu's excessive self-consciousness. Todomatsu, you're such a horrible person, and I love you for it. And why am I not surprised that his self-awareness is all pink and sparkly. And Choromatsu's plan of going on a trip to find himself was probably funnier than intended on Kamiya Hiroshi's voice (or was I the only one who had a sudden Honey and Clover flashback? ) At least he's more honest about it than Choromatsu. Btw come to think of it, so far Karamatsu has had the most success with women, no? By a certain sense of "success", anyway. But he did get a date on Christmas (OK, so she swindled him, but it was a date! after a fashion), he managed to get a girlfriend (she was a flower monster, but a girlfriend is a girlfriend), and did in fact get married! (...to the flower monster, but hey, don't sweat the details) Maybe perhaps he even got to do the deed...? (she was a flower monster? doesn't matter, had sex) ...Nah, probably not... Episode 20:
LOL, this episode was funny. Glad to see that Iyami is still relevant in this show. The delinquent segment in the first half of the episode was also priceless. Comedy gold material.

It never pays to consider what meat is in a kebab! Still, we've not seen Hatabou for a while, so it's always great when they bring in the other cast members again. Iyami is always awesome... SHEEH! |

1) Karamatsu... why... the pants are one thing (one horrible thing) but those shoes. Imagine the amount of money he spent on those.
2) I kind of expected the brothers to eventually shrug and start digging in, I mean it's a free meal! But I guess they're not that low yet... 3) Ichimatsu confirmed as... er... furry? Not quite... 3) Oh dear god, the yankee skit. Oh dear god. -Irino Miyu needs to work on his delinquent voice. One hundred more "KORRRAAAA"s for you! -the outfits. The outfits. -Osomatsu's entrance. Just... that scene... -Just when I was wondering what we'd have for "喧嘩上等" (basically "come at me, bro"/"bring it on, dude", the stereotypical yankee creed) XDDD I should've known. -Also, this: -the Karamatsu vs Osomatsu fight, that was pure genius. -Ichimatsu taking the gag to its logical conclusion -Ichimatsu confirmed as... catsexual? never mind -My sides still hurt XDDDDD 4) And woooowww, the second half got pretty heavy meta right there. Also, poor Suzumura Kenichi, I wouldn't be surprised if he had to schedule like a week of treating his throat after recording Iyami. 5) And then the post-ED segment...... By the way... Tottie...? And the ending.... the meat has spoken! |

Episode 21:
This episode...awesome. Why? Because they made the game of mahjong thrilling with the timing, background atmosphere, and game play. The facial expression of the guys was also really funny. Actually now that I think about it, this show can make any ordinary event, thing, etc into something more crazy than it should be LOL.
