How come its getting so many 10's

I thought it was a 6/10ish episode.

Not because they did anything wrong, but just because its a slow part of the story. Those 10/10 belong to the hotttt episodes

Take it easy episodes can be quite refreshing IMO.

I didn't give this 10 because it did skip quite a bit of dialogue from the manga here and there. Such as:

Al didn't question Ed about him using people's lives with Envy's philosopher stone.

Al also didn't question Dr. Knox about his family. (which has me worried because the conclusion to that subplot is one of my favorite moments in the manga)

Marcoh's speech was also much shorter than it was in the manga, etc.

Anywho, good episode.

Wrath & Co. really have Ed, Al & Roy by the balls.

I got scared when Wrath stabbed through Al's armor. I cringed since the last time he did, things didn't end well. Its a good thing Al can't feel, to have someone bleed to death inside you.. horrific. But Al really should have said something like "please stop doing that" or something, lol.

Eastern Alchemy, I think, is going to become crucial to Ed & Al's fight.

This isn't the place when you have to say that, because we manga readers haven't done it in the past. We know what threads we can talk about the manga, and where we can't.

The point was that the army itself is in on it - not just Bradley.

I just noticed that there was a scene after the ED this episode and last episode, but not episode 27. Are there any more episodes that have something after the ED or no?

Quite a few near the start of the episode, though not as much as of late (apart from this episode). Do you not check after ED's or something?

Speaking of that scene, it's funny because in the manga Envy didn't see Ed naked. That was a nice little add-in. Made me laugh.

Good thing her panda but not the May girl was watching...the psychological damage caused would further ruin her image of Ed^^.

Anyway, the episode was good and I'm glad they kept in amusing bits such as the bickering between the Xingese characters, and the doc's responses.

I think there is too much comedy sometimes. It feels ill placed and throws off the darkness that is really there (good example is Izumi's coughing up blood). I understand why its done, and they certainly are funny, but sometimes its too much.. for me at least.

That's his personal taste. He finds stuff like that really cool. Didn't you see the sword he made for Ling?

There were other occasions were he showed his wacky sense of art, but unfortunately most of them were cut from Brotherhood. It's a running gag in the manga.
