Nisio Isin x Hikaru Nakamura's Juuni Taisen (12 wars) novel gets TV anime adaptation. Nobuhiko Okamoto has been casted. Studio will be Graphinica.

Excellent production values. Directing, music, and animation are spot on. Funny, dark, interesting characters, and an amazing twist. Though I kinda wanted to claw my eyes out when Bunny was on the screen, he's just become my favorite character.

I watched the first epsiode and not sure how I feel about this yet. 12 characters and most of them seem to have some dark personality.

Given the context of the anime, I'm guess we'll get even more violence from now on. That girl with the twin guns got the most highlight so far. Usagi's voice is pretty recognizable in this.

Since the jewel only reacts with stomach acid, couldn't you use antacids to slow it down?

This was great, glad to see more of Nisio's stories animated. I was expecting Bunny to be the last to plan ahead but he surprised me.

If it's one kill per episode, we're not gonna get to know most of the characters well enough to give a fuck. Action is okay, but it's not enough on its own.

On top of that the character that looks to be the MC (the sleepy guy) looks so fucking generic and boring.

Real interested after that first episode. I can't believe they spent almost that entire episode building up the Boar's character only to kill her at the end lol. Maybe this is something we can expect from now on!
