So the script is out, as well as several pages, but not the whole thing yet. nonetheless, it comes from the two most reliable early posters. also, the script and the scanned frames match up.
still, since so many of us have already read the script, i might as well go ahead and make this thread. enjoy the poll (options suggested by ShadowClone)

Bleach Chapter 264 Don't Say That Name Again

Spoiler for translation of the script for 264 by Nes Mikel:

Gin is looking at some sort of map.

Ulquiorra: "It seems that someone has arrived at the palace of Espadas."
Gin: "Whoa, this sure is a surprise. You actually initiated conversation with me. I had the distinct impression that you hated me."
Ulquiorra: "I hold no such grudges."
Gin: "Is that so? Then how about we become more friendly?"
Gin: "It's been lonely without Luppi ever since he died. We got along together good too."
Ulquiorra: "...This is..."
Gin: "Yep. Good, right?"
Ulquiorra: "You manipulated the corridors?"
Gin: "Hey now, I'm not that mean. Besides..."
Gin: "I hate sad stories."

Scene change. Blood dripping from Rukia's cheek.
BLEACH 264 - Don't Say That Name Again

A'roniro: "...What's the matter? You act as if you're so surprised."
A'roniro: "Kuchiki."

Rukia's expression turns really sour.
A'roniro is smiling a little.

A'roniro: "I'm happy. The old you would've died in an instant from that strike. As a commanding officer, I'm happy to see an old subordinate like you grow so strong."
Rukia: "...Where... until where were you speaking the truth?"
A'roniro: "The truth? Everything I said is the truth. What, did you think I was a fake or something?"
A'roniro: "Is it so odd that I will try to kill the very person that killed me?"
A'roniro: "Surely, you didn't forget."
A'roniro: "I am Shiba Kaien. Former Vice-Captain of the Thirteenth Division. My soul has been merged with a Hollow, and I am here in Hueco Mundo."
A'roniro: "Are you are Kuchiki Rukia."
A'roniro: "The very same woman who had stabbed me to death."
A'roniro: "Do you understand now? This is the reason why I tried to kill you."

Rukia flashbacks a little. She looks really hurt.

A'roniro: "Are you prepared to be killed by me, Kuchiki?"
A'roniro: "I'm asking if you're prepared to hand over that life to the man that you've killed with your own hands."
Rukia: "I am."

A'roniro stops smiling.

Rukia: "...But right now... I can't do that."
Rukia: "...I... I did kill you, Kaien-dono, with my very own hands. And I believe... that I will be unable to atone for those crimes, no matter how many years pass."
Rukia: "If you would be be satisfied by killing me, even in the slightest, then I would be glad to hand this life of mine over to you."
Rukia: "However... I am here in Hueco Mundo to save Inoue... to rescue my friend."
Rukia: "Until I rescue Inoue Orihime, I cannot hand this life of mine over to you, no matter what Kaien-dono would say."

Brief silence.

A'roniro: "Sorry! Just joking!"

He looks really weird in that costume of his. (laugh)

Rukia: "What...?"
A'roniro: "I'm just kidding! Sure, I want you to atone for your crimes, but to kill you for it?"
A'roniro: "Like I would want something ridiculous like that!"
A'roniro: "I told you. There's something only you can do."

A'roniro approaches Rukia and places a hand over her head.

A'roniro: "If you really want to atone for your crimes, then there's something I want you to do, Kuchiki."
Rukia: "Something you want... me to do...?"
A'roniro: "Yeah."
A'ronrio: "Kill all of your friends, and bring their heads to me."
A'roniro: "You don't have to worry about a thing. You know everyone's strengths and weaknesses right? Shouldn't be so difficult if they let their guard down in front of you."
A'roniro: "If you could do that, then I'll be totally willing to forgive you for your crimes!"

A'roniro says all this with a bright smile on his face.

A'roniro: "...? What's the matter, Kuchiki?"
Rukia: "...This time... you're not going to say that you're joking, are you...?"
A'roniro: "...Kuchi-"
Rukia: "Of course you're not joking... why would you ever suggest I kill my friends in exchange for your forgiveness and my life...? You would never..."

Rukia grabs onto A'roniro's hand tightly.

A'roniro: "Don't ridicule... Kaien-dono like that!"
Rukia looks angry.

A'roniro: "What are you saying?"
Rukia: "There's no way you can be Kaien-dono... there's no way Kaien-dono would say such things, he won't even joke about such things... Kaien-dono..."
Rukia: "He would never ask his subordinates to decide between the lives of oneself and their friends!"
Rukia: "There's no way... that the Kaien-dono that I... that everyone in the Thirteenth Divison respected... could be someone like you...!"
A'roniro: "What, Kuchiki! What are you saying! I am Kaien-"
Rukia: Don't say that name again!!!!"

Rukia snaps.

Rukia: "Mae! (Dance!) Sodenoshirayuki!!!"

A'roniro grins and takes up his sword. The hilt probably looks like Nejibana.

Scene change to a Renji that looked as if he noticed something.

Dondochakka: "W-What's the matter, Renji?"
Renji: "No, it's just, now..."
Dondochakka: "Now.... now what de-yansu? Please don't scare me like that yansu!"
Dondochakka: "Even without that, it's already all scary yan..."
<CLANK> (sfx)
Dondochakka: "SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"

Dondochakka falls down what appears to be a hole.

Renji: "Dondochakka? What the hell are you doing you mo..."
<CLANK>

Renji falls down a different hole from where Donodochakka fell.
Renji: "ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON?"

Scene change. A plume of smoke is rising from the ground.

Renji: "Cough! Cough! ...Dammit... what the hell was that stupid hole for...? Where... where I am anyway...?"
Voice: "Kuhahahahahahaha! I can't stop laughing!"
Voice: "I prepared a bunch of traps, but I would've never imagined someone would be stupid enough to fall for the most simple one!"
Voice: "Oh, excuse me. I suppose introductions are in order."
Voice: "I will it say it only once. Let's hope that your puny brain would be capable enough to remember it."
Voice: "I am the Eighth Espada..."
Zael-Apollo: "Octavo Espada, Zael-Apollo Grantz."

ギン「なんや珍しいね　君がボクに話しかけるなんて　君・ボクのこと嫌いなんと違うの？」
Gin: What a special occasion, you actually talking to me. It couldn’t be that you really dislike me?

ウルキ「まさか」
Ulquiorra: Of course not (*SARCASM!!*)

ギン「そうなん？それやったらもうちょい仲良うしてくれへんかなァ」
Gin: Really? If that’s true then maybe we can be friends.

ギン「ルピくん死んでもうて淋しいねんボク　あの子とはよう話合うてたのに」
Gin: I’ve been lonely since Luppi died. He and I got along pretty well.

ウルキ「…これは…」
Ulquiorra: …this is…

ギン「あァ　良えやろ」
Gin: Ah, nice isn’t it?

ウルキ「回廊操作を？」
Ulquiorra: Corridor manipulation? (*I’m assuming he can change where the passageways lead to…like making Rukia head toward Kaien?)

Gin: No no, I haven’t done that. I would never do something that mean. Besides…

ギン「悲しい話嫌いやし」
Gin: …I hate sad stories…

場面転換・ルキアの頬からしたたり落ちる血
*Scene changes to Rukia and blood running down her cheek

264.Don't Say That Name Again

アロエ「…どうした　随分と不思議そうな顔をしてるな」
Aroe: …What’s wrong? That’s quite the confused look you got there.

アロエ「朽木」
Aroe: Kuchiki.

ルキアの目の下のクマがスゴいです
*The dark circles under Rukia’s eyes are really dark.

アロエはちょっと笑顔
*Aroe laughs a bit

アロエ「嬉しいぜ　昔のお前なら　今の一突きで死んでた筈だ　部下の成長は上官の喜びだよ」
Aroe: I’m delighted. If it were the old days you would’ve died in one stab. Seeing their subordinates improvement really is a superior’s happiness.

ルキア「…ど…どうして…どこまでが…本当…なのですか…」
Rukia: …w…why…just how much of what you said…was real…

アロエ「どこまでが本当か？　全てだよ　贋者だとでも思ったのか？」
Aroe: How much of it was real? All of it. What, did you think I was a fraud or something?

アロエ「俺がお前を殺そうとする事が　何かおかしい事か？」
Aroe: What’s so strange about me trying to kill you?

アロエ「忘れた訳じゃ　ねえだろ？」
Aroe: You haven’t forgotten, right?

アロエ「俺は志波海燕　元・十三番隊副隊長　虚として霊体融合して虚圏にいる」
Aroe: I’m Shiba Kaien, former vice-captain of the 13th division, who fused with a Hollow and is now in Hueco Mundo.

アロエ「そしてお前は朽木ルキア…」
Aroe: And you’re Kuchiki Rukia…

アロエ「俺を　その手で刺し殺した女」
Aroe: The woman who stabbed and killed me.

アロエ「納得したか？　“俺がお前を殺そうとする”事に」
Aroe: Does that satisfy you as to why I’m “trying to kill you”?

ルキア、過去をちょっと回想。死にそうな顔してます
*Rukia has a little flashback of Kaien’s dying face.

アロエ「俺に　殺される覚悟はあるか　朽木」
Aroe: So are you ready to be killed by me, Kuchiki?

アロエ「自分が殺した男に　償いに命を差し出す覚悟があるかと　訊いているんだ」
Aroe: I’m asking if you are ready to offer your life as compensation to the man you killed.

ルキア「あります」
Rukia: I am.

アロエの顔から笑みが消えました
*The smile on Aroe’s face fades.

ルキア「…ですが今は未だ…それはできません…」
Rukia: …but I am not able to do that…yet…

ルキア「…私は…私は海燕殿を手にかけました…その罪は…何十年経とうと決して消えることはな いと思ってお ります…」
Rukia: …I…I laid my hands on you…for that crime…I believe that no matter how many tens of years pass it is something that won’t go away.

ルキア「私を斬る事で海燕殿のお気持ちが少しでも晴れるのならば…　喜んでこの命差し出しまし ょう…」
Rukia: If killing me would lighten the load on your heart even slightly…I would gladly give up my life to you.

ルキア「しかし…私は今この虚圏に井上を…仲間を助けに来ております」
Rukia: However…I came to Hueco Mundo to rescue Inoue…to rescue my friend.

ルキア「…井上織姫を助け出す迄は海燕殿が何と申されようとも　この命差し出すわけには参りま せん」
Rukia: …no matter what you might say…until I rescue Inoue Orihime from this place…I cannot give my life to you, Kaien-dono.

しばし沈黙
*A short silence

アロエ「悪い！　冗談だ！」
Aroe: Sorry! It was just a joke!

Rukia: …huh…?

アロエ「冗談だよ！　確かにお前に罪を償ってもらいてえとは思っちゃいるが　その為にお前を殺 そうなんて」
Aroe: I was just joking! It’s true that I do sometimes think that you should pay for your crime…but trying to kill you because of it…

アロエ「そんなバカなこと考えるワケねえだろ！」
Aroe: …come on, there’s no way I’d even think of something so stupid!

アロエ「言ったろ　“お前にしかこなせねえ”事があるんだ」
Aroe: I told you, didn’t I? I have something that “only you can do”.

と言いながらルキアの頭をなでるさわやかアロエ
*As he says this he pats her on the head while looking all nice.

アロエ「お前が本当に俺に償いをしてえと思ってるなら　やってもらいたい事があるんだ　朽木」
Aroe: If you really want to pay me back I have something I want you to do for me, Kuchiki.

ルキア「やって…もらいたい…事…？

Rukia: Something…you want me…to do?

アロエ「ああ」
Aroe: Yeah.

アロエ「お前の仲間　全員の首を持って来い」
Aroe: Bring me…the heads of all your friends.

アロエ「心配すんなよ　お前なら全員の能力も　弱点だって知ってるだろ？　隙を突けば難しい話 じゃないさ」
Aroe: Don’t worry. I’m sure you know each of the weakpoints in the abilities, right? If you just create an opening it shouldn’t be too hard at all.

アロエ「そうすりゃ　お前が俺を殺したことは　きれいサッパリ見ずに流してやるよ！」
Aroe: If you do that, then I’ll just let the whole “you killing me” thing go completely!

相変わらずさわやかな笑顔で言い放つアロエ
*He says all this with his usual smiling face

アロエ「…？　どうした朽木？」
Aroe: …? What’s wrong, Kuchiki?

ルキア「…今度は…「冗談だ」とは仰らないのですね…」
Rukia: …this time…you won’t just pass this off as just another “joke”…

アロエ「…朽…」
Aroe: …Kuchi…

ルキア「当然ですよね…“自分を見逃す代わりに仲間を差し出せ”などと　そんなこと…じょうだ んなどで…言 う筈が無い…」
Rukia: It’s pretty obvious…there’s no way anyone would call…”giving up the lives of your friends to save your own skin” a joke…

アロエの手をグッと掴むルキア
*Aroe grabs Rukia

ルキア「海燕殿を　侮辱するな…！」
Rukia: Don’t you dare dishonor Kaien-dono…!

*Rukia gives him a scary face.

アロエ「…何だと…？」
Aroe: …What did you just…?

ルキア「貴様などが海燕殿である訳が無い…海燕殿が部下を試す様な冗談を言う訳が無い…海燕殿 が…」
Rukia: There’s no way you could possibly be Kaien-dono…Kaien-dono would never joke about those things just to test his subordinates…Kaien-dono…

ルキア「仲間と自分を秤にかけるような言葉を吐く訳が無い…！」
Rukia: …would never say something that would make you weigh the lives of yourself versus your friends’…

ルキア「私が…十三番隊の誰もが…心から尊敬した海燕殿は…そんな方では断じて無い…！」
Rukia: I’ll be damned if the Kaien-dono that myself…and everyone in the 13th division respected from the bottom of our hearts…was that sort of person…!

Aroe: Wait, Kuchiki! What are you talking about! I AM Kaien!

ルキア「その名を二度と口にするな!!!!」

*Scene change to Renji seeming to notice something

ドンド「どどっ…どうしたでヤンスか恋次!?」
Dondochakka: Wh…wh…what’s wrong, Renji!?

失恋「イヤ…なんか今…」
Renji: Nothing…something just now…

ドンド「も〜〜〜〜〜何なんでヤンスか！　ビックリさせんでほしいでヤンス！」

this seems a bit predictable, chad gets wiped out by noitra, renji fights number 8 and rukia fights number 9, perhaps ishi will fight 7 and ichigo 6 ?

well ichigo has to fight number six because number six is gunning for him. as to ishida and number 7...

btw, now that we know who 8-10 are for sure, we know that in the pic from a ways back when they were sitting arounf the table, they were not in order because 9 was at the end of the table next to 10 while the big black dude was sitting in between 8 and 6...


lol got along well with luppi-kun... that does make gin sound like a lecher! maybe he just like how sadistic luppi was?

Does Gin consider Ichigo and co as a potential threat then why is he manipulating the corridors . Aizen wasnt bothered or that concerned by the intrusion into HM . That makes you wonder has Gin any intentions or plans ? OR he is simply being Gin the way we like him Devious & Sadastic

gin's scene was the best part of the chapter. i wonder what ulqui means by "manipulating hallways"? is he trying to help ichigo get there faster? or...?

i don't know what to rate this chapter. the fact that gin is there makes me want to rate iut a Matsumoto (not only cuz it fits, but because he's one of my two favorites). but the Kaien-Rukia part was too slow. and then Grants comes up in an all too typical "new enemy cliffhanger" that annoys me. hmmm.... i think maybe only an inoue or yoruichi this week...

yeah, again, the lower levels of a poll end up being people's faves. i'll have to make the next one, funniest characters or something. then tousen can be at the bottom. nobody likes him.

Gin mkes villany look good . Bya was the so called main villain of SS Arc but Gin took all the spotlight away from Bya . Gin might just let the intruders live so he can amuse himself .

Yeah thats what I meant by manipulating 'corridors ' hallways . Think he is bringing the intruders faster to the palace . This asistance would be a bane or a boon I dont know . IMO fighting more lower level Arrancar would give them nessecary experience to fight Espada . Chad and Ishida have never defeated an Arrancar before HM .

IMHO this statement means its not a good thing I may be wrong here

I wonder if Gin considers Orihime being separated from the one she loves a "sad story". IMO he's helping the group advance further into Hueco Mundo, probably only because it amuses him, that's just how awesome Gin is.

Anyways, yay for Rukia and Renji getting to fight already, it's about damn time, after one meh-ish month of Chad. Can't wait to see if Renji can fully control his Bankai now.

So Ulquoirra and Inoue is lonely, wonder if they're going to form some kind of bond and Ulquoirra will will help her escape or something.... He isn't that cold hearted for the change to occur, he's actually quite rational.

So..was Luppi ranked 7th then ? It would make sense, because he took over the 6th spot, so the most logical way for that to work would be number 7 moving up, right ?

Anyways! The whole Kaien deal is becoming extremely confusing and I can't wait to see how this ends.

Kaien seems to be an example of the hollow side being the dominant half of the soul. As it stands there isn't much room for Rukia to win, barring a highly unexpected buff. I'm going to guess she either gets captured(drawing parallels to ss arc, which isn't a good thing), or the 'real' Kaien comes through temporarily and will cripple/halt himself to allow Rukia time to flee(or in a less likely situation, kill him).

Yoru has been out of action from quiet sometime . It would have been better if Yoru accompanied them like SS arc . Is Yoru out of action due to her foot injury inccured during her fight with Soi and agrrivated during Ulqi/Yami Scouting .

i like how gin says he is lonely, like under his constant smile lies a lonely soul ( and cliche stuff like that ). Makes his character more interesting.
