Considering the fact that Umineko is the successor to Higurashi, I'd honestly be pretty surprised if it doesn't get its own sub-forum.

But with the same guy behind the plot (right?), it's hard not to have great expectations. Higurashi was really something, after all.

That's really fast, they don't have that much material up till now. Two games, three with the one released in august. Perhaps they'll stay close to the game this time *dreaming*
Actually I wanted to play the games first, then the anime, but since it will air this soon~ xD

For the main cast. I can imagine they may consider using alot of the Higurashi seiyu. But i hope they don't. Not that I mind the seiyu of Higurashi. I just want to hear some new voices.

Awww, looks like the staff hasn't been released yet. Though it seemed more likely to be the same peeps who worked on Higurashi.

Personally, I've only read the three chapters of manga that have been translated, but I can't wait for it~

Did anyone notice that the plot of the Agatha Christie novel And Then There Were None (alt. Ten Little Indians) is similar to Umineko's? (ATTWN is about ten strangers being invited to a private island, and one by one they start dying o.o)
