Arisato: "You might as well come clean; Remember the Russian wet work team that got sold out? Well that's the kind of secret that stays a secret because if it got out, people get sent to Siberia; Your secret will get out after a pillow fight sleepover." Jim: ...alright, it is about time you learn something important. What I'm about to tell you is for your ears only...
Ever heard of the BU? It is the organization we brothers are born into, and only in death do we leave. We catalog the best women around, wherever they are and whatever their backgrounds. We identify their strengths, track their growth and disseminate best strategies to tackle them. For that matter, we need intel. This is where I come in.
My codename is Jim Bean. Agent Quadro-7 of Bachelor Union, MI:6 and Lezzad-trained. If Mutou and Shiranui cleared you, then I'll breech the rest of the worst mission I have ever undertaken. But I believe you now get the picture.
Preston: Yes, this is serious business. Our brothers depend on our information.
Arisato: >.>
It's not impossible; reading up to volume 6, the Author refers to a ton of American movies, everything from John Wayne classics, to 'Pretty Woman' :twitch:
Are the Japanese that familiar with American movies :eyespin: ?More like Kamachi stole all the best ones not touched by Gainax. So for allowance of breadth HnA spammed references from history, anime and fiction.

I have but one word.
ALLELUJAH/HALLELUJAH!!!! (that's two? Not sure...)
But yes... might have a use for her...
Though I think that every Butei needs a gun at least on her... You should get one for your ninja, even though it might not be of much use (or it might just be of better use than damn throwing stars... Ninjas of nowdays use swords AND guns)
Hmm....she has a gun. Check again :heh::heh:
But yeah, shuriken (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shuriken), kunai (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kunai), makibishi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Makibishi), kusarigama (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kusarigama), kodachi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodachi), tantou (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tant%C5%8D), smoke bombs...she's got a lot of things with her :D
OK, NEW OC PROFILE REMADE ALONGSIDE WITH A MOE PIC!
Yamato V.H. Alexandra (Repier/Inquesta) (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1x7RvgiIROTc-KeQWpJ-Yvzms9saKZQPsBHnb_FEqKe0/edit?hl=en_GB&authkey=CJv_qY0N)
Van Helsing, huh? And she's got quite a handful of skills :3
Ah, Yanko has a friend to keep her company in the shadows (when they're both terrified of a roach) :uhoh:
Manami: Isn't that the big monstrous creature that digs itself underground, regenerates quickly and spits acid?
Jim: ...is that a roach from outer space? :heh:
That's a straaaange roach :heh:

Styr AUG?
200m less range than the TAR-21. But yeah, that is still workable, though I would recommend you take the Kel-Tec RFB since they are both around the same weight, and the RFB has greater firepower with the 7.62x51 round.

Manami: *finds the picture* Aha! Here. (http://sc2armory.com/game/zerg/units/roach)
Yanko and Koyomi disappear screaming.
Manami: Hey wait! Its just a roach! :twitch:
Jim: Even a normal person would be afraid of that roach if it were real...

Are the Japanese that familiar with American movies :eyespin: ?
It's quite possible that the author have taken from Red October without having to call it Red October. And why do everyone assume that Japan is so consanguineous in its popular culture that they are ignorant of american and european movies and series? I mean, the Full Metal Panic author have made references to american movies too, Fumoffu have reference to Apocalypse Now and Hitchcok's Psycho, The Terminator is referenced every once in a while. And speaking of Terminator, Black Lagoon is full of western pop culture. Eden of the East have referenced Taxi Driver and so on. So while it's easier for japanese director to shoe in a reference to gundam or other anime, them being aware of western pop culture is not that alien.

I need to stop adding characters :
Name: Yang Huiyu
Nationality: Hong Kong
Age: 19, turns 20 later
Butei Rank: B
Ancestor: Ancient Chinese pugilists
Department: Assault
Ability: Light body skill
Weapon: A sword magnetically lined in the middle, able to split into two, multiple swordsplay techniques
Friends: Close buddies with Reyva
Background : A trainee-teacher from the Hong Kong Butei Academy who came to Japan for overseas training, she was noted by the school staff after defeating a gang of punks from another school with only a stick while walking home at night.
Initially obsessed with Reyva as she believes that the latter is holding one of her ancestor's weapons, she stole Grace one night, leading to Reyva chasing her through the campus before her failed attempt to hijack Reisen's boat. Drawing both her swords, she challenged Reisen to a swordfight, who defeated her with an oar despite her expertise in swordsplay. Believing that he knows an ultimate swordsplay technique (Reisen told her that he defeated her by reading her moves and keeping her on defence), she constantly harasses the latter to teach her swordfighting.
Since the incident, she has become extremely good friends with Reyva, going out on shopping trips regularly, and teaching her Chinese swordsplay to compliment the latter's swordfighting skills, earning the duo the nickname "the Jade Maidens of Butei". Also, she occasionally writes in the school newsletter, becoming extremely popular amongst the female students after penning the article entitled "Hand to Hand : How to defeat a dragon in 18 moves" and "Fist of beauties : The guide to punching like a lady". However, the editor of the newsletter fears working with her as her draft works often contain ostensible amounts of kanji, and are excruciatingly difficult to edit.
Currently, she is stalking Jeanne, who she believes that Durandal is also another of her ancestor's swords.

The Akiba Incident
Starring: Jim, Nemo, Hanzou, D-Boy, Coach, Noless, Xie, [OC Butei Masters I missed], Alicia, Karla, Reisen, Meikyo, Revy, Ayari, Kanari.
Butei Master Amy Noless has been circulating dossiers to track down the Orgel of Destruction - an impossible artifact made out of irokane shaped to resemble a music box. Its haunting tune is capable of removing any sort of energy within earshot, freezing anything and everything in a matter of seconds. No one knows where it is, no one knows whether it even exists, except Noless who insists it does.
Now that Connect has intercepted communications possibly showing that the item is on its way to Akihabara, things are beginning to move very fast. Joined by Alicia, Karla, and the Unamichi sisters, Jim must make use of his friends’ connections to the Japanese underworld to infiltrate a Yakuza gang, and tramp the pachinko palors for any clue that may help the Masters locate the artefact. All while Hattori Hanzou and Chan Wu break into the Diet to find how the Major of Tokyo may be connected to all this.
The enigmatic organization Management has begun to move. The clans are becoming restless. With the bloodthirsty mafia under Balalaika moving in on Japanese soil, blood runs free in once-pristine shopping streets.
Prepare for his hardest mission yet, Jim must. The fate of Tokyo, even the world, is at stake. But nothing can prepare Agent Quadro-7 for Izahara’s final surprise...Basically, I needed something OHSHI- enough to warrant the Masters moving in an entire mass. This should de-mothball all our OC masters at once, and then some from canon.
Also, possible avenues for loads of HK movie action thrown into this. Mmm... Infernal Affairs. :D

Sounds like a premise for some hilarity. Ayari is so going to blackmail Reisen into supplying them extra information, as well as introduce the twins to their parents' friends and beneficiaries (something Reisen refuses to because he claims it is going to put the girls' lives at a much higher risk, but actually not since it is going to make his life more difficult as he was trying to keep a low profile. His underground connections didn't mind though, since which ever of them he attends to, good customers are bound to follow).
Reisen : *shouting* NO! I said NO! Stop bugging me for that kind of information!
Ayari : *pretends to sniffle* You.....you are bullying us......
Kanari : *moves closer to her sister* When you are supposed to be taking care of us....
Ranbyou : ARE YOU BULLYING MY EX-STUDENT? And goodness! Her twin sister too! GO DIE!
Reisen : What? No! Wait.....MY BOAT!!
Ayari : *gives Kanari a high five*
*A little later*
Karla : I'll repair your boat, or what is left of it. But you have to help the girls.
Reisen : You three just enjoy giving me more work don't you?
Karla : You are their guardian too.
Reisen : That notion is a blackmail.
Karla : Think of it as a class outing.
Reisen : Wait. You just want someone to drive you home so you can party and get drunk, right?
Karla : Ehehehehehehe......

Question is... how the hell is that thing gonna have the permissions to fly over Tokyo? It'll also need to have some super far remote base, cause it's easy to track these Helis down....

Apart from ordinary behind the desk nerd skills I gave her... she only has the light magic (which as you've seen) fails at harming people... for now. 3 Skills? O.o

Y'know, if Little Birds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MH-6) and Blackhawks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MH-60#Special_purpose)are good enough for Delta Force (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Force)and the Night Stalkers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/160th_Special_Operations_Aviation_Regiment_%28Airb orne%29), why aren't they good enough for Butei? Both handle well and would attract somewhat less attention than a Hind - we already see that Butei in Tokyo has Blackhawks - or at least access to the same - and the JGSDF operates OH-6s as scout helicopters, so bringing in MH-6s is a possibility.
And if you need firepower, well there's always the Direct Action Penetrator variant of the Blackhawk, with miniguns and rocket launchers, as well as the AH-6, of course.
Side note: after recovering from his injuries sustained in Somalia, Michael Durant returned to service with the Night Stalkers, switching over to the AH-6.
Leave the Hind to the bad guys and Metal Gear Solid/Uncharted 2 style of epic boss battles.

I'm thinking of something as a mobile command base... not that sitting back at Tokyo Butei high with all the facilities is easier, but sometimes, there might be the need that the operator gets a gun and starts doing her job... also, having permanent access to databses in a car might be useful, thus why I think the two vehicles my Logi guy (Son of a rich guy...) will be these:
(Note, he's obsessed with BMWs... he's also got a similar catchphrase that he borrowed from a certain person...)
SUV (Modfied to have a control suite in the forward passenger seat, Connect member's there)

Agreed
Right. So. I wrote something again, with some inspiration spawning from the 'booru pages and a certain anime series. Take it as you will.
The creature’s maw opened wide, its almost comical looking teeth glistening terribly.
Mami couldn’t help but stare into the darkness before her. Her previously renewed
strength and conviction was smothered by the abject terror as she realized her death.
The darkness swallowed her, the teeth closed down around her.
No…
Charlotte paused, however, suddenly curious to the strange whistling sound from a small
distance away. Odd, it seemed to be getting closer…
Charlotte’s face lurched abruptly away, the side of its face erupting in a fiery blossom of
smoke and shell. It screeched in pain as it recoiled from the explosion, tearing itself away
from its momentary snack and facing the new threat.
“Wh-who?!”
“L’CHAIM!”
Over a hill of cake, a strange contraption soared over it at high speed. It was like a tank,
but comically stout and small. With a barrel that made up almost a third of its turret, rather
toothy-looking treads, and a large-caliber rotary Vulcan cannon in the back, the vehicle
crunched onto cake. The rotary cannon aimed forward, spinning up in anticipation.
Charlotte could only gaze upon it in utter confusion.
A voice came from within the vehicle, blasted through external loudspeakers, “You want
cheese? I got cheese right here!”
The Vulcan cannon roared to life, a heavy stream of 12.6mm bullet hell tearing into
Charlotte’s face and body. A short distance away, Madoka and Sayaka covered their ears
from the noise not unlike ripping canvas.
“There be magical girls here, and ain’t a single one dying on my watch!” the same voice
came from within.
“Quite.”
The rapid fire chatter of another weapon was almost lost amidst the roar of the gatling
gun, a single man suddenly standing next to Mami. Following a long burst of machine gun
fire, a small grenade belched out from an underbarrel attachment.
The creature Charlotte howled in agony, its body torn apart by the combined barrage.
With another screech, it dove for the tank.
“You two, out of the way!” the man with the machine gun bellowed, driving Sayaka and
Madoka out of their hiding space. They screamed as the tank suddenly lurched towards
them, bouncing off a strawberry and going airborne just as Charlotte’s face smashed into
the tank’s previous position. At the same time, the tank cannon thundered as a second
shell arced beautifully to pound into Charlotte’s head.
Though small and stout, the vehicle was heavy enough to smash the pastry the girls were
hiding behind into bits.
“Did I land on something? I could have sworn there was a white critter here,” despite the
question, the tank ground its treads into the crushed donut in an effort to get some traction.
“I think you’re clear.”
“Cool.”
By now, Mami had dropped to her knees, overwhelmed. As much as she wanted to stay
standing, her legs just would not let her. A strong hand grabbed her by the back of her
blouse and lifted her up.
“Second year student Tomoe Mami. You’re an A-ranked Inquesta, and you’ve even
passed my combat course, so why are you kneeling like a weakling?!” a familiar voice
yelled at her from right behind her. “You’ve still a job to finish! On your damn feet!”
“S-Sensei?!” Mami finally recovered from her initial surprise, staring at her teacher.
“Tomoe,” Coach nodded in greeting. “You almost lost your head.”
The tank’s hatch popped open, allowing a familiar man to crawl out, “Oy oy, don’t be
forgetting Papa D here!”
“D-Sensei too?!” Mami looked between the older men with incredulous eyes. “What are
you two doing here?!”
“As if I could leave my cute student to die!” the man pouted, leaning against the hatch.
“Our presence was requested here, so we came as fast as we could,” Coach explained
as he looked at the strange creature that was called Charlotte. “I doubt that thing is
human, so Butei Law Article Section nine won’t count here. D-Boy, finish that thing off.”
“That bitch is going down!” he ducked back into the tank. “Loading Armor Piercer!”
“But, this is a bounded field! Normal humans can’t just enter this as they please!” Mami
stared at the older man, terribly confused.
Coach just shrugged, “Someone else pulled us in.”
A terrible screech announced Charlotte’s revival. A deafening BOOM was their reply. The
127mm low-pressure cannon’s AP round not only flew straighter, but its warhead was
both dense and packed solid full of fantastically explosive materials. The Armor Piercer
round punched right through the cartoony face of Charlotte, driving through its body
before it exploded beautifully deep in its gullet. Despite all that, a new, unharmed copy
squirmed out of the dying one’s mouth like a shedding snake.
“It’s still kicking. I think we need to hit it again.”
“We need to hit it with something bigger. What about that big-ass cannon earlier?”
Coach looked at the blonde girl, “Well? Can we use that?”
“I… I think?” to say she was still stunned was an understatement.
“Oh! Oh! D-Boy has an idea!” the tank shuddered, the turret abruptly raising itself as the
treads were somehow retracted and legs folded out of the chassis. The gatling gun folded
out to become one arm, as another folded out to reveal a revolver chambering a giant
metal spike. Within the turret’s view slits, a monocular “eye” glowed. “Bring me closer! I
want to hit it with my spike of DOOM!”
“Ridiculous, but that’ll probably work, knowing you. Tomoe, could you help us?”
The request seemed to snap the girl out of her daze at last, “Y-yes! Yes, I can. I just
need to look at the spike first…”
She approached the transformed tank, laying a hand upon its pile bunker spike.
“H-hey! Be gentle, okay?” The eye swiveled to look at her.
“Of course, D-sensei,” Mami looked up at the turret and smiled.
She placed her other hand on the spike and did nothing else. She smiled again, a happy,
quiet, and grateful smile. Unseen by the driver, the spike began to have magical glow to it.
“I will prepare the cannon now. D-sensei, please get ready.”
“Don't be afraid, dear: stand up, be proud, and clench your teeth. The choir's singing, and
it's time to face the music and release yourself from this distorted love!” hunching low, a
pair of wheels slammed into place at the tank’s ankles. They screeched like squealing
tires as they dug into the strange ground, propelling the tank forward with surprising
speed.
Mami blinked, at both the parting words and the strange vehicle. She smiled though,
nodded, and turned to face her foe. The witch, Charlotte, squirmed and writhed like a
wounded snake. Yet, it still lived.
“This is it. I will end it with this last shot!” she held out her hand, a single rifle sliding into
her grip.
“Tiro!” a golden glow encompassed her weapon, her rifle transforming once again into a
cannon even bigger than before. Even German artillery pieces paled in comparison.
“Finale!”
The very earth trembled as the cannon fired, just as D-Boy’s tank cleared a high mound
of meringue. For a moment, it seemed to hang there, just as the cannon blast slammed
into the tank’s back. Rather than completely obliterate the vehicle, however, the shot
seemed to boost the tank forward.The tank, with its pile bunker arm cocked back and
burning red, screamed towards Charlotte with blinding speed. All the while, D-Boy
bellowed his mighty warcry:
“MAGNUUUUUMMMMM~ OOOOOPPPPUUUUSSSSSS~!!”
“Oh hell, he’s yelling random things again.”
The pile bunker spike slammed into Charlotte’s face like the fist of an angry god, the
blazing tip tearing through the witch’s body as if it were soft jello. The creature couldn’t
even let out another scream, its entire body inverted into itself from the sheer force of
impact. A short distance away, D-Boy and the tank landed relatively safely upon a chair,
completely ruining the furniture and whatever the hell sat on it (some kind of creepy doll,
apparently).
“In the face, ugly!” the pile bunker’s revolver cartridge popped open, letting a single
smoking shell slide out. “You fought the law, and the law won~!”
Charlotte’s strange body seemed to disintegrate like ruined foam, its polka dotted body
falling apart and shriveling up. As its final bits came to pieces, a blackened orb-like thing
landed on a ruined table. Mami was first there, gingerly picking up the Grief Seed and
staring at it. This was the prize of victory…
The world around them shimmered and wavered, shrinking upon itself not unlike its late
witch master. Madoka and Sayaka looked around them, seeing their world return to
normal. They breathed a simultaneous sigh of relief as Mami continued to stare at the
Grief Seed. So distracted she was, that she didn’t even notice D-Boy’s tank roll up next
to her. The clank of the hatch opening seemed to startle the girl out of her daze, though.
“Whooo man, I thought I’d seen everything in SSR, but that definitely took the cake,”
D-Boy grinned at his pun as he crawled out of the machine. “You missed a lot of classes,
girlie, but I see why now. You sure you don’t want to transfer to SSR? I’d be your teacher,
ya know? That way, I can keep an eye on you and keep you out of trouble.”
“Don’t listen to that loony,” Coach interrupted, suddenly next to her with his weapon slung
over a shoulder. He looked the girl, his expression surprisingly gentle. “Tomoe, it’s no
shame to ask for help. In the bigger picture, we’re all in this together. Be it shadow wars
or whatever the hell that was with the cakes and sweets, Butei stick together. So, if you
ever need it, just ask. We’re your teachers, so, we’ll do everything we can to help. Okay?”
“I understand now,” the blonde nodded softly, her hands wrapping around her prize gently.
For once, she felt like she earned it, and not for selfish reasons. “I understand that I am
not alone anymore.”
And never again.
Mami struggled to keep her tears contained. Many life-changing things had happened, all
of it so fast. It was absolutely dizzying; heartrending, even. After so long…
“Now then, your friends are waiting for you.”
She blinked, turning to see two girls waiting eagerly for her.
“Mami-saaaan~!” Madoka dashed over to hug her friend, burying her face into Mami’s
warm body. “That was so scary!”
“That. Was. Awesome!” Sayaka cheered, her hands clenched in fists of excitement. “First
was bang! Then the bam bam bam! Then BOOM! And the yelling and more shooting
and ratatatatat~!”
Mami couldn’t help but smile as Sayaka tried to emulate gunshots. Absently, she patted
Madoka on her head.
“But man, that snake thing was scary! Was that really the witch? What the heck did it
turn into?!”
Madoka snapped her head up; the worried look she had was absolutely adorable, “That’s
right! Mami-san! When that thing opened its mouth, I thought it was all over!”
“Yes, it was quite scary, wasn’t it?” Mami smiled again, despite the terrifying memory. She
had frozen completely when Charlotte came for her head, those glistening teeth ready to
chomp down… “But, I was lucky. My teachers from school came in to help me.”
“Ne, Mami-san? Are these your teachers?” Madoka looked to the two men in wonder as
Sayaka gushed over the larger machine.
The blonde girl gasped, bringing her free hand up to her mouth, “Oh my! How rude of me!
Please, let me introduce them! This gentleman here is Coach-sensei.”
“Coach-sensei?” Sayaka looked back from the tank, confused.
“It’s just a nickname,” the man in question shrugged. “Nice to meet you two.”
“And the one in the tank is D-sensei. It’s also a nickname…”
Still leaning out of the hatch, D-Boy saluted the girls, “Howdy, little ladies! Just call me
D-Boy! Thanks for looking after one of my cute students!”
Mami blushed at the compliment, “They are high-level Masters at the school. Although,
I’m not to sure how they got here…”
“That would be my responsibility, Tomoe,” like a spectre, Akemi Homura seemed to
appear out of nowhere.
“Homura-san!” Madoka gasped, clinging closer to Mami.
“I summoned them here and beseeched their assistance. When they heard it was you,
they agreed immediately.”
“But, why would you call for them?”
“You needed help,” Homura answered, brushing a strand of hair out of her face. “We all
do. You were about to be defeated had it not been for your teachers, right?”
Mami stifled a jerk, managing to suppress it to a mere blink, “How did you know?”
“I’m actually glad I called them. I didn’t want Madoka to see one of her friends be killed right
in front of her…” the raven-haired girl evaded smoothly as she glanced at the other girls,
her gaze lingering on Madoka the longest. “It took me… a very long time to understand that
it’s okay to ask for help, that I can’t always fight my battles by myself. I surmise you’ve
come to understand that as well.”
“Yes, I have,” Mami agreed without hesitation. “I just wish I had realized it earlier.”
Homura shrugged, leveling an even gaze at the girls, “So long as you understand. We
may not be friends, but I will not allow an ally to fall.”
“…Thank you, Homura-san,” Mami took a moment before answer, but she bowed her
head as she did. “That means a lot to me.”
“My only request, however, is to not involve civilians like them ever again. They do not have
our powers, and we cannot afford to split our attentions between protecting them and
defeating a witch. Our battles will only get more difficult from here on.”
“Hey hey, I know this doesn’t exactly involve us, but seeing as we took part in it, I felt I should
mention something…” D-Boy cut in abruptly, hanging out of the hatch by his waist in a
particularly awkward way. “You guys won! That calls for a celebration, don’t it? Worry about
those details later! Go party somewhere and cheer for your victory! You’re alive, right?”
The mysterious girl Homura stared at the strange man D-Boy, speechless and incredulous.
D-Boy just stared back with puppy-dog eyes. They stared, and stared, before finally Homura
backed off with a sigh. “Very well. A celebration would be called for, wouldn’t it?”
“Awwww yeeeah!” D-Boy pumped his fist, almost falling out of the hatch. Recovering quickly,
he added, “Heck, we’ll cover the tab! You kids just have fun, yep.”
Homura sighed again, knowing that she had been beaten here.
“For once, I agree with the Yank,” Coach shrugged, showing a rare smile. “Savor the victory
now, then get to planning later. I’m not too sure what is going exactly, but morale is fairly
important to any battle, right?”
“Hmm… indeed.” Homura looked over to the other girls. Mami smiled as Madoka chattered
on excitedly about what she had seen, with Sayaka cutting in occasionally with her own glee.
This step and the next… would be a dangerous one.
“Ne, where’s Kyubey?”

Right.

That is the craziest thing I just read. :heh:
Mil Mi-26 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mil_Mi-26)
Wouldn't that be better?
Question is... how the hell is that thing gonna have the permissions to fly over Tokyo? It'll also need to have some super far remote base, cause it's easy to track these Helis down....
THAT is way too damn big! 90 troops inside, that is about a quarter size larger than a Chinook! :heh:
If the Butei could get a Super Puma/Blackhawk transporting Reki, an MI-24 shouldn't be a problem with regards to size since it is only 8 troops, and it is better with around 2000kg more max takeoff weight. The BH is for transport purposes while the Mi-24 is a dual-purpose helicopter, functioning as a gunship and as a transport.
As for housing, I was thinking of rooftop pockets that are run by the Logi department, or they are housed in Haneda Airport.

Two words.
Fuck. Yes.
It's the same amount of win as Side Dish and is that a Metal Slug I see? Win. Much win.
...uh, but technically Vulcan cannon should properly refer to the M61 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M61_Vulcan); however thanks to Gundam every Gatling gun is now called a Vulcan -_-
I also feel amused at how the Metal Slug keeps landing on Kyubey. XD

....what part of Butei being Law Enforcement did you not understand? In the light of day, after some sleep time, I am reminded of Butei Law Section 9: No Killing. Using helicopter gunships in urban areas is a great way to increase collateral damage, both property and human, and result in much killing.
This isn't Iraq, this is Japan, even if violent crime is drastically on the rise. But consider - even BOPE don't use gunships when invading the favelas.
If any air support is even needed it's going to be a Blackhawk, or a Little Bird, carrying snipers, with possibly a machine gun at the most.
The other problem with a Hind is that it's iconic of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and thanks to the Rambo movies, iconic as the bad guy chopper. You roll downtown in pursuit of a suspect in one of those and you'll get much panic from the public.

Not a attack helicopter actually, but a ground support helicopter with guided missile capabilities. So we can put in enemy walkers and killdozers for the S-class Butei to perform like Raiden - cyborg ninja style. :heh:

There was some talk of a Hind of transport and fire support. Furthermore, while the Hind does have troop transport capabilities, for the most part it is employed as a helicopter gunship.
The problem is that such things are overkill for Law Enforcement usage, and tend to cause tremendous collateral damage, and the chance of killing someone is very high, which conflicts with Butei Law Secion 9: NO KILLING.
And FFS what's wrong with Blackhawks and Little Birds? Again, if those are good enough for Delta, and the Night Stalkers, they are damned well good enough for Butei.

You're not listening to a single thing that's been said, are you? This is NOT a military paradigm. We are not hunting Joe Al Qaeda in the streets of Mosul or Terry Taliban out by Garmsir. We are Law Enforcement. We are Police. Our job is to arrest suspects alive and deliver them for trial so that the criminal justice system, flawed as it is, can deal with them. We do not kill them.
For God's sake, this world isn't as crapsack as Tropa de Elite. (Which, to be fair, is a more or less accurate representation of Brazil and the locals feelings.)
Also, where are you getting your walkers from? The same place as your mecha dragon? This isn't Metal Gear Solid.
Besides, there's enough cool toys in current existing hardware. All it needs is creativity in use.
I've mostly washed my hands of this, but I do really have to question what fucking place armed gunships have in police work. It's about the same level of stupid as conducting traffic enforcement with an M1 Abrams.

Car chase with M1 Abrahms are awesome!
But coming back to a more serious point, the main reason I was thinking that putting in some sort of mecha wouldn't be too far off from RL.
The BigDog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BigDog). One Could just pretend that the JSDF got some prototypes of em, engineered em to be bigger and meaner, added armor, a head for radar purpose, and so on, while guns are also added.
Then, we get some pissed off radical or I dunno, some extremist or power hungry guy that steals one of those mechs and threatens to do some SRS stuff with it.
As our Buteis were investigating on a previous case linked with that one....
YES.
But that's still a prototype only.
Yeah, I say we stay in the believable level, none of those Arm Slave, Labors or Gundam mechs, or Railgun-style power-armors.
Sanae is enough of a gadgeteer genius to build scouting drones that can be useful for Informa and Connect students. Yes, I mean some of those babies (http://www.tactical-life.com/online/special-weapons/recon-drones/). The gadgeteer perk is something she have inherited from her chinese american mom.

Trust me when I say the gun is a three-barreled 12.6mm Vulcan. If you can find supporting evidence that the Metal Slug uses the M61 Vulcan, I'd love to see it.
Of course, I actually used the Slug Gunner here, and the original Slug Gunner has a 180mm main gun and 60mm MTS-S/A gatling gun. Being a fictional vehicle, I figure there's a bit of leeway with armaments, especially if it's a prototype.

And a turret on joints that can lower to the level of the body, and the pilot is able to throw grenades. :heh:
But a tank like that has way too many joints and could screw itself up easily.
Otherwise, we can add this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XM1219_Armed_Robotic_Vehicle) to the mix of enemy vehicles.

The sub and the ICBM owned by Holmes are just as ludicrous, but that's that lol.
A car bomb perhaps? Since the Yakuza are reportedly using hand grenades, I think there might be a possibility that they might escalate into using heavier weapons like disposable rockets. Besides, the Hind's guided missiles are useful for taking out a moving car bomb than a sniper rifle.

Car bombs would be good, but what would they use it for? My only idea of a car bomb being actually used would be either:
To blow up something/a building
To assassinate some guy (a lot more probable)
In both cases, it's either better to disable the car, shoot off one of its tires or shoot the bomb itself... A missile would be overkill and add collateral damage to the already collateral explosion that thing would make.

Eh no actually. Letting a car bomb go out of control is a no-no.
The objective of stopping a car bomb is to minimise urban damage (in populated areas, people are still going to die, it is inevitable). Shooting off tires will make it crash and, in urban conditions, lodge itself into building and cause even more damage (lodging a bomb in a hole in the wall is worse than letting it explode in the open).
When the asshole doesn't want to stop, they bomb the vehicle so as to trigger its payload in the open, and if possible, in less populated areas. Advance warning will usually be given by heliborne trackers for residents to stay behind something solid or take cover - that is why car bomb incidents often involve the military because they are the only ones with the machine guns and anti-tank weapons.
Laying down concrete road barriers are too slow and are tough in urban terrain, unless there is a nearby police academy with the forklift driver still on duty. Usually, car bombs are parked beside populated areas or their main targets, but those that are driven at top speed towards their targets (called running bombs where I was taught, not sure what it is called over on their other side), machine-gun armed vehicles or missilemen from the military are called in to cut them off permanently.
Finally, unless this car bomber thinks like Marvin Heemeyer and is able to catch police off-guard, or is funded by politicians to gain sympathy votes, failing to trace a potential car bomber speaks badly of the local police force and their intelligence.
The sub... etc...

No, what I was referring to was that since Gundam called them Vulcans, almost any Gatling will be called a Vulcan, regardless if it's an M61 Vulcan or not. The near-ubiquitiousness of the M61 doesn't help either.
I've mostly washed my hands of this, but I do really have to question what fucking place armed gunships have in police work. It's about the same level of stupid as conducting traffic enforcement with an M1 Abrams.
Agreed, but it's not like we're both being listened to.
Agreed. This series takes place in more or less the real world in 2009, not in the alternate universe of Metal Gear Solid, which had Vocaloids running around in the Costa Rican jungle in the 70s and nanomachines implanted in soldiers.

Possible, but it'd have to be a one-a-season boss unit, seeing as how it's still experimental.
Chiming in on the car bomb, a moving car bomb would be a VBIED and would invariably be driven by a kamikaze driver of some sort, since the radio signals might set off the IED. Again this particular threat does not appear likely in Tokyo, given the levels of traffic congestion - as Terminator98 put it, a car bomb would be used either to assasinate someone, or driven up to a building, bomber leaves, and then blows up the bomb.
In which case if it's scenario 2, the bomb squad would be called in to attempt to defuse the bomb.
Also blowing up the vehicle is itself not ideal due to the risk of a sympathetic detonation, plus there's the fact that Tokyo's traffic volume means that more often than not said VBIED is going to be in traffic, which means that risking blowing it up and collateral damage to civillians.
I have somewhere a memoir of a Royal Logistics Corp bomb tech who served during the Troubles - I'll need to dig it up and reread. (Fun fact: The British Army's EOD techs are from the Royal Logistics Corps, not the Royal Engineers as always assumed. Old Ireland hands refer to them as Felix.)

Examples of the car bomb chases you mention would be helpful. In my research, car bombs are driven quietly to the target area and then left there to blow up (Oklahoma City, IRA) or charged at checkpoints/other targets and engaged by guards (Iraq, Afghanistan).

It's quite impossible to detect a car bomb until it starts acting like one, or security forces discover it by accident.
If it is the first case, then it's usually too late and the car will either blow up trying to get to its target, or it will just blow on target. Besides, car bombs are often used in public areas, so to avoid the damage, one only has two choices (if it's luckily, an electronic or remote controlled bomb, shoot some sort of EMP at it to disable it)... or kill the guy that has the detonator in hand.
Now, if one discovers a car bomb by accident (or figures out it is one), we have two choices. Immobilize it (so that it doesn't reach the target and the guy doesn't have the incentive to blow himself up), or diffuse the bomb (if the perpetrators haven't noticed yet).
Never heard of car bomb chases due to the nature of a car bomb... it's not meant to run away. It's supposed to come in your face and blow up.

Easier said than done. The problem is how?
Most people would just call the police. Attempting to defuse it is stupid. Immobilising the car would take some time, and when the bomber sees someone doing that, the person is either dead, or is part of the ride to hell.
Never heard of car bomb chases due to the nature of a car bomb... it's not meant to run away. It's supposed to come in your face and blow up.
It usually goes when the terrorists are prepped but they are almost being pounced upon. They would just go run for their desired targets.
Those terrorists will military training should be familiar with the tactic of staggering/leapfrogging from point to point so as to avoid suspicion or lose their tail. Supposedly they are moving from point A to point B, but got discovered before reaching their destination at point D. They would then rush there, and that is where the interdiction squads from the military come into play. Losing police officers would be a shame, and ramming the vehicle is more dangerous as this is a bomb-laden car. The best solution is to wax it in its tracks if road barriers cannot be set-up in time.
Also EMP might not disable the bomb - it has a higher chance of detonating it because of the electrical surge, which is the requirement to trigger the explosive.

Even in the insanely improbable event you somehow:
1. Detect or know a car bomb is mobile
2. Locate exactly where it is
3. Have this ridiculous attack helicopter ready and nearby
4. AND Arrive in time...
It's still ridiculously overkill, as a guy hanging out the door of a Jet Ranger with a high power rifle or machine gun could easily just pump bullets into the engine to stop the vehicle without any issue. With the bonus of probably being MUCH less likely to set off the bomb with a stray shot then frikkin cannon or missile fire from a gunship. Have the criminals in the series used large formations of armored vehicles? No. Do they use mass artillery no? Do they have giant supply lines of clearly marked logistic vehicles? No. Which means there is no reason what-so-frikkin-ever to be using an attack helicopter it's firepower will do nothing but raise the chances of unnecessary deaths and generate bad press. It does NOTHING in a policing environment that could not be accomplished by a marksmen in a civilian helicopter.

C.V.: Saeko Chiba (Nadeshiko Fujisaki's voice range in Shugo Chara!)
Background:
A second year student from the Tokyo Butei High, Mayumi have a rather long ancestry tracing back to the Tokugawa clan. Her direct ancestors have long abandoned the use of the Tokugawa name in daily affairs, especially after the Meiji restoration period, opting to choose the way of modern businesses and expand their horizons, using contacts and monetary influence to gain their favour by opening their arms to Western influences. Besides the practice of modern businesses, her direct ancestors retained their practice of performing Taoist rites in the aftermath of the Edo period, dealing with clients that vehemently believed in the supernatural.
Still, the family, natives of Tokyo, played the Japanese aristocracy card, and Mayumi is no stranger to the traditional practices retained by the family. Females in the family are raised to have some class, sometimes out of reach of the common folk, but not exactly pictured as typical yamato nadeshikos that formed part of the Japanese culture. Although she is trained to fight and all, Mayumi has also been encouraged and “go out there to see how the world is like”, possibly because the family doesn’t want their girls to be vulnerable, and possibly because as a way to buck the sheltered trend some aristocrats love so much. She has also been sent out to deal with all the crazy that happened when someone complains of ghosts appearing in the backyard, often for no cost.
Being one of the family members that adopted Taoist-based exorcism practices, Mayumi sees being in Butei as a way for her to “expand the horizons” like her immediate ancestors have done, taken literally. She has been doing all her can to widen her knowledge for “useful purposes”, although SSR itself presented the extremes of personalities varying background can present themselves with, such as dealing with the rather meek Shirayuki Hotogi or the extensively complicated Jin Yamazaki. Mayumi have opted to stay out of her home, choosing to stay in the girls’ dorm in the same block with a couple of friends.
Personality:
Mayumi regularly hangs out with friends at karaoke joints, shopping for the latest clothes, doing pretty much what a teenage girl does, although with a touch of class. Even though she came off a wealthy background, Mayumi doesn’t see the need to flaunt her wealth since achievements at the end of the day that matters, and she have seen enough of folks doing rather pointless self-flattering end up in the ditches. Whether that’s the effect of real life or revenge dramas, they have a lasting impression on the girl.
However that said, the girl have a rather playful side which might bound to annoy some people, playing a tease that will often hangs the carrot for the rabbit only to take it away at the last moment. Mayumi is not afraid of making fun of her friends, taking that as a form of entertainment. In addition to this she’s quite a vocal critic, often using them as counter-points for criticisms leveled at her.
Her anger management is quite good, with the girl being able to keep a cool facade for a good part of the time, although there are clear limits. While Mayumi is thought to be quite delicate, she’s not afraid to go rough when the situation requires it.
Abilities and Skills:
Mayumi’s abilities is a somewhat strange blend of exorcism based on Japanese Shinto purification, and Taoist practices, inherited from the family. Her element is mostly centered on the control of fire. She focuses on the use of paper charms, or imbuing the spell as part of her attacks with the sword, using the element of fire, combined with her knowledge of Chinese martial arts. In practice, she has been known to use fire as a way to “coerce” anything from humans or supernatural “stuff” into giving up, however, she does not have the ability to throw fireballs at anything. Mayumi would have to have physical contact with the object to start heating them up.
Close-up and personal is the style she prefers, using her swords to cut down people using slashing techniques and movements more aligned to the smooth flow of Chinese martial arts, using speed and agility compared to brute strength, although she uses the tantō as a stabbing weapon to strike when her opponent least expects. However, she would switch to the tantō and the handgun for situations where the use of the katana is not permitted due to space, although she admitted that the handgun is more of a way to buy time or throwing the engagement into open space to unleash the full extent of her attacks.
Facts:
* Despite her upbringing, she’s the type that watches stuff like dramas and whatever is usually on television, although she’s quite fond of noir films.
* She have considered her family’s influence to be on a scale much lesser compared to Shirayuki’s. In addition to this, her family line have essentially split of the main Tokugawa branch, having practically nothing to do with the main Tokugawa clan today.
* Speaking of Shirayuki, Mayumi have remarked that “the shining star of SSR” often “acts in a very strange manner” when it comes to anything that involves Kinji Tohyama. She have heard of how close they actually were, though the girl things the guy is the one that needs to do something about it before everything goes out of control.
* Mayumi is pretty current when it comes to computing technology, often saying how suddenly every computer game went shiny compared to those previously.
* She can still have her patience stretched to the limit when it comes to Jin Yamazaki.
* Often spars with those like Kaede Fujita, Aila W. Cairns and Shirayuki when it comes to swordfighting.
* Unlike what the portrait seems to imply, Mayumi does NOT open her clothes before a fight. And no, that is used for some promotional gig, she prefers to have a regular kimono since “it looks better”.
* Many remarked that with her abilities, she can become a baker.

New OC remade and done... she's actually got the shortest OC profile of my 4 chars, and yet, she took me the most time. Something's wrong here.

You'd think we'd have gotten used to this after 4 years of Khrack. :heh:
In other news, I am considering a crossover between Aria and Trope de Elite 2, which would involve Rafael Nascimento, once he recovered from the gunshot wound he suffered in Tropa 2, being sent to Butei Japan for his own safety, as he wanted to uphold the law, following the examples set by his father and stepfather, but given that both Congressman Fraga and ex-Colonel Roberto Nascimento are on everyone's shitlist, joining the Policia Militar would not have been very safe.
I would then tie this into Sheba's OC Yasmin, whose brother was former BOPE - and thus would have known Nascimento...
Thoughts comments, etc.
There's the issue of timeline to worry about, since Tropa de Elite 2 is explicitly set in 2010, and the HnA novels pretty much point to the year 2009.

just one year difference. ;)
Besides... I was thinking of something else as a crossover. As some of you know, I'm also working on an IS-fic parallel.
HnA and IS Crossover?
Sypnosis would be that some mad scientist was able to create "IS inhibitor".
it's a black box tech that basically shut downs all the IS units within its vicinity.
And here we go with our own OCs and perhaps cannon OCs meeting... WITH THE ISverse!

He won't, because I already did.
Nitori Technologies (Nitori-Tech for short), in conjunction with Kawashiro Development Group and Kappa Heavy Industries have produced a number of weapons and force multipliers that a certain pair of Butei Masters are frequently contracted to test.
Some equipment includes:
Weapon Cache Boxes - easy and simple storage of special under-barrel weapons that attach to the Advanced Combat Rifle (a placeholder weapon for now). Their contents are easily identified by a large letter printed on the sides of the boxes, and include weapons such as shotguns, grenade launchers, and even rocket launchers and laser devices. The current problem is that there seems to be a strange and very loud voice announcing the attachment's name upon opening the box.
NT-SV-001 - Currently an unnamed vehicle, it is a vastly miniaturized tank with room for one man to drive and fight. Armed with twin three-barreled 12.6mm Vulcan guns and a 127mm low-pressure cannon, the tank can churn out incredible firepower and absorb damage that could normally kill a man. Fast and furious, the tank is a force multiplier of massive proportions.
NT-SV-001X - A slightly larger and modified version of the original SV-001. It drops one Vulcan gun, but replaces it with a hidden weapon. The greatest and most significant change is the inclusion of a proprietary transformation system that allows the SV-001X to convert from tank to walker vehicle. This form offers greater flexibility at the expense of speed, but it also reveals the pile bunker spike that replaces the previous gun. Unfortunately, this model has thinner armor to compensate for the increased weight from the transformation system. There is talk of a second prototype, in which the general size and armaments are increased.
Currently, no models are available for public or private use. Test models have been leased to contractors for testing.

You know very well I would NEVER go for a full port, at most, I'd suggest that a OC is loosely based on the character, that's about it. For HnAOC, I have slightly broken my principle by picking the genderswap of existing characters from existing intellectual properties, going by the reasoning that if no official genderswap spin-off series is released, it is fair game for me to use them. Which is why I did not mind Kyonko so much 'even tho I think Itsuko needs more loving etc...)
Also Nikola Tesla is merely a suggestion because imo he embodies the archetype of the mad scientist, so should the most hardcore Amdo student or master.

When I direct port Ryoushi, at first I just thought of taking what I need and implant them onto a new character, but in my head I feel like it's kinda pointless because I will always refer to that character as 'Ryoushi', and there's a disjointed feeling calling him anything else.
Well obviously I'll still shave off parts that wouldn't fit into this universe, but the general character is there.

Adding bad guys :
Name: Adelina Weishaupt
Nationality: Scandinavian
Age: 26
Butei Rank: -
Ancestor: Adam Weishaupt
Department: -
Ability: Illusion Control
Weapon: Her eyes, whip with hallucinogenic drug injector at the tip
Friends: Flavius Constantine XVIII, Metatronius
Background : A long descendant of one of the leaders of Illuminati, she has inherited not only the looks of her ancestor, but also the mysterious eyes which allows her to hypnotise others by just staring into her opponent's eyes. Not only that, she wields a whip that allows her to sting her opponent with a hallucinogenic drug, allowing her to hypnotise her opponent with greater ease.
Having the control of many countries under her hand, she is unable to do it alone, hence she had the aid of Flavius, a descendant of the first Christian Roman Emperor, and Metatronius, a cybernetically enhanced post-human general of the Legion of the Eye. The technologies used and wielded by her organisation are two to three decades more advanced than the cutting edge ones being used in the world right now, and along with the unique powers handed down by her ancestors, she is said to be ruling the world in one hand.
As Holmes had taken up arms against her, she sees it as her imperative to put things right again, starting with destroying the Butei, then the EU, then Holmes himself.
Name: Flavius Constantine XVIII
Nationality: Italian
Age: 25
Butei Rank: -
Ancestor: Constantine the Great
Department: -
Ability: Strategic Command
Weapon: Dual Spathas
Friends: Metatronius, Adelina
Background : Being a descendant of the first game changer of Roman history isn't easy. Neither is controlling the world alongside the most powerful person in the world. Flavius may have been much less powerful than his ancestors, but his ability to command any division, no matter how small, to victory against all odds had put him in favour with Adelina herself. However, Adelina has not controlled him for unknown reasons, allowing him a free reign of doing whatever he wants and where-ever he goes.
As the Commander-in-chief and strategist of the Legion of the Eye, he has organised assassinations, political pressure, and various conflicts so as to secure monetary and military resources for his own use. Although targeted by various intelligence agencies around the world, it is unknown to them that he, in fact, is controlling the agencies' movements against each other so they would not focus their efforts on the Illuminati, allowing them to secretly recruit and brainwash the strongest and smartest people in the world into the Legion, so as to maintain the Illuminati's grip over the world.
Name: Metatronius
Nationality: ???
Age: ???
Butei Rank: -
Ancestor: ???
Department: -
Ability: Hysteria Savant Syndrome
Weapon: ???
Friends: Adelina
Background : A human with dubious origin, most of his body is no longer intact, instead fitted with various prosthetics and mechanical parts that allow him to run faster, hit harder, and jump higher.
It is thought to be that he is a complete robot, until it turns out that he is serving unquestioningly under Adelina. As most of his body parts are mechanical, he is able to constantly use the infamous H.S.S for long periods. The technology that was used to build him is extremely advanced and coveted by EU, but his standing willpower and unquestioning loyalty to his Lady had made him a rather formidable foe.
If there is a need for him to take to the streets to complete a mission, his mechanical parts can be interchanged for smaller and sleeker ones, allowing him to look like a normally sized human being. If there is a need to protect his Lady, he can don a full combat order of heavy armour and weaponry to take down any number of enemy, as long as he is still thinking and standing.
Legion of the Eye
A sizeable but effective mercenary army consisting of the best soldiers in the world, many of these troopers are either forcibly conscripted through Adelina's Illusion Eyes, or are paying back their Fortune's Debt (soldiers of fortune who are disabled, but given prosthetics so they can do what they do best - fighting). They are split into two different troops - the Fingers and the Fist :
Fingers : Former spies of various agencies like the CIA, KGB, DGSE, etc, most of them saw the early parts of their careers doing the dirty work for various governments. A large number of these are abandoned by their handlers due to various reasons of secrecy, they are plucked from their hotspots by other Illuminati Fingers and given a second chance in life, usually to serve as a mole in other intelligence organisations. Their field experience is no doubt invaluable, as much as their desire for revenge against their former handlers and agencies, making them an invaluable asset to Adelina and continuing her plans for world domination.
Fist : The best soldiers in the world, these men are either brainwashed by Adelina first, then her Illuminati technologies, or simply mercenaries wanting to fight again and are hence given mechanical prosthetics. Operating out of various parts of the world, these men conduct special operations in the uniforms of other militaries and armed groups so as to start or stop major conflicts. As such, there are a number of Butei dropouts within its ranks, making it a lethal, if not dangerous force to be reckoned with.
Persons of Interest, as targeted by EU
Senator Izahara - A major politician in Tokyo, Izahara had made many enemies and friends. Unbeknownst to him, he is secretly being manipulated by staged events conducted by the Fingers posing as his political advisors and "concerned citizens" to do the work of the Illuminati. He knows about the existence of Illuminati and wants to get it out of his turf, but he doesn't know that he is being played against the Yakuza (especially the Inazuma-gumi and Umikaze-gumi, where Ayari/Kanari's parents came from) and vice-versa by the puppetry of Adelina.
Reisen - Initially seen as a thorn in the flesh for helping out on a couple of Metro's operations against "terrorist groups", his resourcefulness is seen as an asset by Adelina, must to the consternation of Flavius who believes that he should be killed. After the death of the Unamichi couple, Adelina sees it as a perfect opportunity to even out the playing field between Izahara and the Yakuza, by doctoring a non-existent will putting him and Karla as an official guardian to the twins, permanently removing the Metro ISD's director who wants him dead through a "heart attack", and redirecting the blame of the foiled operation on the dead director. Though it is not as planned that the twins will succeed and helm a merged Yakuza against Izahara, Adelina views it as "sufficient" as he continues to give Izahara problems in search of "evidence" for the death of the Unamichi couple.
Tsuzuri Umeko - Gifted with the power to subvert others simply by looking or through interrogation, Adelina seeks her for her eyes, which she views as an "alternate version" to her own.
Ranbyou - Her tenacity and incredible skill is viewed by Flavius to be a more "human alternative" to Metatronius should he fail one day, hence she is also on the list of "recruitable targets" of Adelina.

Well, there's still more fukou da to be had.
Alright, here's my suggestions for change;
-> Arisato still has Eagle Vision, but no longer connected to the Assassin's Brotherhood. They still want to recruit him though.
-> Arisato's previous connection to the other Butei members is during his time as a spy. Where Butei's are relatively cheap to acquire assets.
-> After being burned, he's dumped in Tokyo and is seeking Asylum by joining Butei High. He has the skills, but not the mindset- All the Butei law and charter business is annoying, but until he can get his old job back- he has to play by their rules. This way- I can keep his status as being burned, but also allow him to interact with other Butei characters... I can't do that with an Ex-Butei status.

HAHA oh man, you used p3p Minato as your oc. 8D You even used his name!
Yes well, nearly all of my creations have their roots in a character that is already in existence, be it in games, animes or TV shows; so I don't want to over complicate things for myself and sometimes just use their exact names and portrait because otherwise there's this disconnected feeling when I call a character 'A' but in my mind I'm thinking of 'B'.
Mah, its doesn't matter wheter its exist or not since its only my creation and its not bad sometime to think outside of the box.....
Yeah, it is not bad to think outside the box sometimes. But this one is so outside the box that the character and the organization just one-upped the light novels' big bad. Which don't sit well with me and perhaps a couple of people here. People who made sniper OCs followed the tacit rule to not have their characters outperforming Reki. This is to avoid e-penis waving like "My sniper is better than you lalalalalala!!!!"

And keep the balance, you say? Usually, those aiming for a Utopia (unless the organization's name is just for show) want to create a perfect world, free of war, misery, injustice, etc, etc...

Mah, its doesn't matter wheter its exist or not since its only my creation and its not bad sometime to think outside of the box.....If they are not going to interfere... Why create them in the first place?
Also, most of the functions of that group (except non-interference which is bullshit, my experience with working with giant groups is that they always have some kind of footprint) is already performed. Even for the h4xx leader, EU has too.
So a) no reason to exist b) no proof to exist given what canon has written and c) if you think we accepted the level of h4xx from canon, I believe you must reconsider. I may be looser in my standards, but I do know that everyone else has been disturbed by the jump in power between Aria arc and Shirayuki arc.
Canon becomes unreliable to set as the standard as a result, because we have taken over from the author. This thread is also self-regulated, so to think outside the box in this manner, is to end up outside the thread in the first place.
I have a place for such material though. We call them crack, and we hide them in little corners like the one that I mentioned to you.

Oh, boo. The suffering of someone who can't draw. : D

I'm starting to draw from a tablet recently, but because of my lack of a steady hand, most of my best drawings will be at the league of "really good sketches" because I can't make a steady lineart. ;_;
Oh, boo. The suffering of someone who can't draw. : D
Oh believe me, if I inherited my father's drawing artist genes like my two brothers did, I'd have gone a lot wilder. Yes, that kind of wilder. Violence and sexyness.
Now that I have slept, my mind is clearer:
Mah, its doesn't matter wheter its exist or not since its only my creation and its not bad sometime to think outside of the box.....
Not bad to think outside that box, I mean using the Count of Cagliostro is kinda cool, he is one of the fascinating figures of the early modern period (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Early_modern_period) along with Saint-Germain, John Dee, Rabbi Loew (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judah_Loew_ben_Bezalel) and D'Eon, I would have done it if I wanted to. I myself have been thinking about throwing in the Templar Knights, their treasure and the Thule Gesellschaft (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thule_Gesellschaft) with a slice of Freemasons. Influenced by Umberto Eco's "The Foucault's Pendulum", all that. Because I think it is interesting to use the mysticism part of both factions (Templar Knights and Nazis).
But, imo, you'd have needed to tone down your guy, I mean SSS and G25 is too much. And using EU as a pawn, that's unecessary, when you could settle for running their own plans without ever encountering EU or having worked with them ever. And that would have been fine.

Hurry up with your moe main OC flamez... It's a she right?
No, he's male. A normal and hard working with no super powers :rolleyes:
The thing is, I can't really think of much to add to the profiles of the OCs I have to in the "waiting list" :heh::heh:
And then there's the annoyance that even if I draw their look, I can't scan them...I'd like to fix that problem, but it seems it'll take a while :/
Okay, I thot he had a twirlier moustache... :heh: But imagine this guy with a maid army. :uhoh:
Yeah, hypothetically speaking, he'd be something between Dr Evil and Hank Scorpio, with a slice of Chandragupta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chandragupta_Maurya), so paranoid that he will only ever trust women as bodyguards. A villain for laugh sort of, paranoid, megalomaniac, vain, obsessed by beauty and very annoying, ruthless with the men and willing to make the ladies knows that they are welcome in his harem army. I also have been thinking about using a arms dealer loosely based on Yuri Orlov, knowing that Amélie's father run a weapon manufacturing corporation. This = POTENTIAL FOR DORAMA!

Hmm. This seems interesting. Mind if I give a go? I'll write a fanficiton too. Please don't kill me for the clicheness of my character. Don't worry if somethings don't make sense, I'll start on the fanficition soon.
Name: Kanzaki H. Zackiriya/ Tohyama Zackiriya
Age: 16
Hair Color: Deep-violet
Eye color: Amethyst (Kinji's eye color)
Nationality: 1/4 British, 3/4 Japanese
Abilities: Quadra, Hysteria Mode, and Irokane user
Weapons: FN 57 x 2 (20 round standard), Irokane Butterfly knife, dagger
Bueti Class: Assault.
Butei Rank: E
Bio:
Born from the two Level S Butei of Kanzaki H. Aria and Tohyama Kinji. Zackiriya was born in England and stayed with his single mother, who for some reason stayed away from her child's father. Growing up, Zackiriya has noticed this and saw his mother hurting for Kinji, this planted a seed of hate in Zackiriya for his father. Zackiriya swore that he we would exact revenge upon his father for the pain that he caused his mother.
Zackiriya is a Quadra like his mother, and can enter Hysteria mode like his father via arousal. Due to the fact that he was near an Irokane metal source since birth (as a fetus he was near the Irokane that was embedded in his mother, and has been near his mother and the Irokane even after he was born), he is able to use the spiritual energy within any Irokane source, but he has no spiritual energy inside of his own being.
He is a master marksmen and Aru=Kata fighter, but this is all downplayed by the fact that he is extremely lazy (the fact why he is rank E). He avoids girls like his father does.
He goes to Tokyo Butei High and is a student of the Assault course, the course that his father teaches.
So what do you think? Any criticism (as long as it isn't plain out trashing) is welcomed! I couldn't really find a fitting model from any other anime, so I don't have any pictures. Please wait patiently for the first chapter.

Your gen 2 character COULD be lumped with us by doing one thing...
Space and time travel accidents/whatever.
But we'd need something to explain this... As far as I'm concerned, HnA hasn't shown any technology that's able to do that yet.
That, and it might mess up your fic.
Instead of having a big father with him, he'd witness his father's and mother's love, and it might turn into a variant THIS:
17 Again (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/17_Again_%28film%29)
But the thing is, it's actually their son coming back for them... although it would've been funnier and moer if it was a girl... XD
OH, AND YOU MIGHT LUMP SOME ACCIDENTAL Mother-con and Dad-con! YEEEEESSS...
ahem.
On a side note, Chapter 1 is nearly finished, keep a heads up for it.

...
After all, I, Jim Bean, am an unfortunate individual.
Because of my injuries from the Gobi Desert, I was unable to attend any of the events in Adseard.
Which meant that I lost to Gertrude 0 - 14, and had to play her Punishment Game for the rest of the festival.
Starting backstage with Aoko's band doing backbreaking work.
Then I got shot by Elizabeth testing a new spell.
"Sorry, Cousin!!"
That caused me to stumble through the curtains into Gertrude and Yanko changing, earning me a hail of bullets.
"IDIOT! PERVERT!!"
I escaped to the class Ninja vs Pirate Cafe, then realized that I lost Elise's sweets.
"Aren't you getting a little bold, Mister Bean?"
That led to several misundertandable comments...
Èlise: Not to mention that Jim appears to unlock my route as of this moment.
...which turned Chrysanthe into Tempest Mode.
"Ara, up to that thing again, Jim? :)"
Ricola intervened.
"That's impossible-aruyo!"
With things that an 8 year old girl shouldn't be saying.
"Cos I'm going to be Jim Bean's bride, aruyo!"
So I was stomped on by a werewolf.
"WHAT POISON HAVE YOU BEEN FEEDING MY INNOCENT IMOUTO, YOU DISGUSTING INSECT?!"
Gertrude then dragged me to the closing bonfire dance, which was great.
*BISH*
Until Hartmann dropkicked me out of the blue, which was bad.
...
As you can see, I am such an unfortunate individual...
"We have a winner!!" The presenter cheered as she waved the winning ticket with Jim Bean's number on it. "A romantic trip for two, to lovely Venetia!! Congratulations!!"
...What?

Well, I do understand why one should be avoiding gen 2 (since its harder to write a fanfic), and things do go astray once in a while. Well, my main plot is Zackiriya trying to exact revenge on his father Kinji, and along the way figures out that his father had another child with another woman (another harem member), and then things go to the dogs. Still thinking on events and writing as of now.

I find it amusing that Kha and Terminator think that anything will happen between Jon and Rachel.
Relationships are as follows (abridged, fuller version out later):
Jon views Rachel as a younger sister and so watches out for her as a big brother ought to.
Jon and Michelle are still feeling out their relationship, from friends and mutually teasing each other, to something more intimate.
Jon gets along with Tomomi and admires her skill with a rifle.
Jon and Derek can talk about cars (to a limited degree).
Jon thinks that Yves and Kaede make a really cute couple.
Weeks after releasing Amélie, I have had this lingering feeling of unsatisfaction, the images I have used for Sanae and Fio are fine, but not for Amélie imo. Moreover, Nene needed a concurrent for "that" area, and I needed to differenciate Amélie and Erin even further; while giving Erin a reason to criticize Amélie and more ammo to start shit with the french girl. Also, Oppai. So I picked an image that suited more the mental image I have had of her, so now she is the Ojou + Tall dark-haired Bishoujo.

And while researching about D'Artagnan, the actual historical figure and Dumas' character, I have found out that, he was a Count (making Amélie technically a Countess when her father will pass the title to his daughter) and he is green-eyed, which computes with the new picture I have used for her. Bastille Day
Starring: Jim Bean, Elise Kujo, Frankenstein
Bathed in the July heat of summer, and summer holidays just around the corner, Tokyo Butei High is ablaze with rumor. The Golden Witch of the Botanica Librarium, has gone missing. But they are already slow. Jim Bean is on the case!
T minus 14 days...
From scorching Edo to beautiful Taiwan. From sunny Singapore to the ruins of Sri Lanka. Through the Cape of Good Hope and into the powder keg of an African nation on the verge of civil war.
Retrace the steps of a wolf seeking her home.
Each turn brings a new clue, each stage a new page in the journal of a romance baptised in fire half a century old. And each fight clarifies the frightening premonition that Kujo may well be walking straight into a trap... willingly.
To catch a wolf, you must think like a wolf.
With Elise so far ahead, and Butei Masters close behind, Jim Bean must thwart both friend and foe with brain and brawn, even if it means going beyond the point of no return. Even if it means accepting help from ghosts of the past.
The world is no consequence. The oopa is everything.
Through the fire and the flames, the question now stands...
Can Jim make it by Bastille Day?
~~~~~~
Yes, I also finished Gosick. And yes Marcus, I decided to skip the oopa hunt and go straight into the meat of it from Jim's perspective. It's still part of the prologue though. :D
And why Bastille Day? It has special meaning for Elise, that's why.
My suggestion is change the anime ending back to the novel's, which took place from 1939 to 1945. That means Kujo and de Blois idled around in Sauville long after graduating, then the war hits. I know it would make them a lot older, but I think that's fine. It also avoids the problem of them risking being nuked.
As for that sea route in Bastille Day, its a hypothetical trail that Victorique would have taken during the 5 years from 1939 to 1944 to reach Edo Bay, as sea would be safer than trying to trek through a continent at war. Along the way, she would have lost the ceramic pipe (she was still carrying it in Albert's tower) for reasons yet to be discerned. I placed it to be lost around the Cape of Good Hope, and recently it was bought out by a business man in Taiwan who paid such a very very handsome fee for it that news was carried on the internet. Elise recognized it, and decided to track it down herself. She threw a tantrum that sent Bean wading through chocolates to hunt down the elusive Metal Oopa as a distraction so that he would be thrown off her trail.
As we can see, Elise managed to slow Jim down by a week. Now he has 14 days to find the wolf cub, or he's going to miss the special day. His only clue is an invite to the art auction, and his only help is a girl who was helped by Victorique on the way over:
Uh, hello, I just join and this thread happened to catch my attention. So I'm wondering are you all still accepting new entries?
Wild Goose
2011-07-06, 01:07
yes we are.
Basically the focus of the thread is twofold: generation of OCs to play in the Aria universe and writing stories for those OCs to play in the universe.
Generally we try and keep everything more or less self contained so that we don't trip over each others toes, while some creators are working closely together on a more or less shared universe.
Think of it as the Dark Knight Saga and the Green Lantern Movie - standalone stories that can be linked into a JLA movie. Or better yet, the Iron Man, Thor and Captain America movies, leading into Avengers...
Ok, cool. I'll get to work on my character right away.
Name: Dan Leonardo Slate
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Nick names: Blank Slate, Stubborn Slate
Nationality: Half English and half Irish
Department: Snipe
Rank: B
Ancestors: No one of particular importance
Weapon (s): Walther WA 2000 sniper rifle, a rather large bowie knife and seath that is strapped to his back, twin uzis (just incase of a close encounters) and a couple of hand and flash grenades.
Ability and Technique: Extreme focusing/enhanced reflexes i.e. the world around him grinds to a snails pace but Dan can still move at the same speed, kind of like bullet time. This can only be triggered during times of dire situation and or as a last resort. Dan dose not have total control over this ability and cannot keep it up for very long.
Equipment Tactical harness for knife, uzis and grenades as well as extra ammo clips. Basic medi kit and a pair of aviator sunglasses.
Character quotes: -You think that's funny do you mate? How funny is it gonna seem when you're picking up your fucking teeth.
-Boohoo, you're braking my fecking heart.
Ok time to talk about the character.
Dan's appearance is as his nickname implies is hard to tell at first glance, in other words he isn't that easy to read. His hight is 161 cm, has blue eyes, which are sometimes covered by a pair of aviator sunglasses (apparently they help him concentrate) and he has short dark brown hair. Butei uniform or not he is always found wearing a woodland coloured camo jacket. His build is average but deceiving, leading people to underestimate his physical abilities. There are also two noticeable bullet hole shaped scars on his chest.
Dan's background starts to become of noticeable statues when his grandfather joined the newly formed SAS. Fast forward a few decades and Dan's father who had also join the SAS had moved from Ireland to London to live with his newly wedded wife. But that didn't stop him from fulfilling his duties as a 2nd generation SAS solider.
When it came to Dan's turn at life it was a bit of a rough road. Not earning many friends Dan's father and grandfather alike had many enemy's and they where not to happy to hear about the 3thd generation of the Slate blood line. 2 weeks after birth Dan was shot in the heart by an unnamed assassin, but due to some miraculous twist of fate Dan survived, this was also the triggering point for his ability, which he would not discover until 16 years later. Dan was to join the SAS just like the two Slates before him. He was personally trained from the age of 10 by his father and his old service buddy to prepare him for the army. The training was tough and Dan had all but learnt to drown out the verbal thrashing he got for his screw ups. In short Dan was being groomed for the military.
When it came for Dan to serve his necessary time in the military to qualify for the SAS Dan had doubts. He wanted to join and fight the good fight, but he wanted to do it of his own volition and in his own way. So he boycotted the whole thing and decided to sign up for the Butei instead.
Annoyed that his only son didn't want to continue the family's name in the armed forces Dan's father became increasingly hard on Dan. He was even more furious when he found out that Dan joined the English arm of the Butei Academy, calling it a waist of resource.
Dan quickly rose through the ranks and attained a B rank, thanks the the years of training prior. Other Butei students called him blank Slate for his hard to read personality and general lacks behaviour.
During a routine scouting mission Dan was betrayed and shot in the heart once again, this time by his partner; Thomas Hunt an A class Buteo who had also killed another student that day during his escape. Again Dan managed to survive and awoke the following week in a hospital bed. But things were not as they seemed, the world around Dan has become slow but in real time Dan was just moving abnormally fast. This was caused due to Dan heart having to work over time on two septate occasions and constantly changing rhythm to keep him from flat lining. This also earned him the nick name stubborn Slate among classmates, for his refusal to die. This also started a sudden change in his personality.
He went to live with his grandparents in Ireland for a few mouths until he was put under investigation for killing a suspect in a recent car jacking/murder. The charges where dismissed after Dan's and his grandfathers alibi matched up. Dan was also dropped for promotion to A rank after physical harming suspects upon apprehension on multiple occasions.
After 4 mouths Dan heard that his former partner and now rouge Butei; Tom Hunt was hiding somewhere in Japan. So Dan filed for a transfer to Tokyo's Butei academy in a search to even the score.
Although his nickname is blank Slate his personality is anything but. His nickname only comes from the act he puts on when he is around people that he is not very commutable with. In true terms Dan is a charismatic, easygoing person. Dan has also inherited some of his fathers *ehem* Irish qualities, meaning his temper can turn foul easy and by Christ if he doesn't like you, you'll know.
Dan hates seeing people who are guilty get away scot free and he doubly hates seeing weak people being oppressed and has his own sense of right and wrong, which sometimes clouds his better judgement. Dan will never drop things no matter how trivial they may be. Dan hates awkward situations and conversations, he is also very bad at making friends, but if you do become one of his friends you'll be able to sleep easy.
Never one for letting a pretty lady walk but unharassed, Dan will try to flirt with anything that has an X chromosome, this includes; students, teacher single and married mothers of a certain age, he has never really struck lucky though. So much for luck of the Irish.
Ok, time to expand on his ability's
Dan's ability of enhanced reflexes make him an invaluable sniper. Using such ability's at will though puts grate strain on his body and mind, therefore he rely's on the situation to trigger it for the impact of the strain is lessened when mixed with high amounts of adrenalin. This then triggers a reaction that helps Dan think straight and calms him down a bit in order to regain control of the battle situation. Even with the addition of adrenalin Dan can not keep this up for more than a minute.
Dan is also trained in hand to hand and close quoter combat. For these encounters Dan has been know to draw and use his bowie knife but the sight of it usually causes the enemy to ether flee or surrender, he has also been know to use what ever he has close to him at the time as a weapon as well, which also explains the nicks and dents in the butt of his rifle.
Although trained to use them, Dan has only drawn his twin Uzis with intent to use them once, and that was on that fateful day when he was shot and betrayed.
As for his grenades their mostly for show, but they are live.
-Dan's hight is 161cm
-Dan was shot in the heart twice during his life time
-Dan's ex-partner was named Thomas Hunt
-Nobody knows the name of Dan's father, not even Dan
-Dan Hates kids and children
-Dan once created an experimental grenade that explodes the second the pin is pulled. He wrapped string around the pin so it could be pulled when thrown. It was discontinued since the force was not enough to pull the pin out but instead bring the grenade hurdling back to Dan's face.
- Dan once tried to chat up a married woman, unfortunately the woman was married to a big rugby player...... things didn't end well.
- It was believed that Dan killed a suspected criminal a few weeks after he was released from hospital. The charges were dropped since there wasn't enough evidence to support the clams. Some people still think he did it though.
-Dan was blacklisted from paint balling after it was discovered that he was freezing his paintballs before the matches.
-Dan's greatest weakness it the fact that he thinks he has none.
-He's scared of spiders but would never admit it.
-Dan thinks that the rule about Butie's not being able to kill is bullshit. This also further cements the suspicion that he killed a suspect out of anger.
-Dan has a very, very unhealthy obsession with WWII era weapons.
-Dan once got his ass kicked by a 7 year old girl
-He denies all claims of this. Nobody talks about it and if they do they make sure he's at least 50 miles away.
-Dan always takes 25 sniper rounds with him on an assignment. He always returns with none even though no gunshots are heard, nobody know what happens to them
-When Dan was dropped for an A rank promotion there was a rumour going around that the reason he was dropped was because he was hitting on the mayors daughter......... with his car.
-Dan plans on killing Tom when he finds him as opposed to apprehending him. He has not told anyone this.
So there we go. Let me know if anything needs changing or expanding on.
I'll post later, much later, as it's 0208 locally here (GMT +8).
But there's no way he could have been rejected from the SAS. For starters, he's 17 - British Army only allows early entry at 17 - which means that he'd have to run away from home and joined the army at what, 15? - before getting to Selection. Given how grandad and dad are old hands, I'm pretty sure once he joined the army they'd have been able to track him down.
Secondly - SAS, unlike the Royal Marines Commando, does not accept raw recruits - as I understand from my reading, prospective candidates need to serve 4 years before being allowed to apply for Selection. This contrasts with the Royal Marines Commando, which considers itself a Light Infantry Special Operations Force and thus accepts recruits to be trained up to Commando standards.
So, if he'd tried for the Commando, I think that given the age that may be the best solution for you, particularly as after Commando one could then move on to the SBS, but given the above you may wish to revise further.
@Top Gear
Are "reflexes" and adrenaline rushes really that important for sniper combat? At least to me, such things would seem useless or counterproductive. Snipers are supposed to be calm yes? And an erratic, adrenaline-fueled heartbeat would worsen the ability to fire in between beats, not too mention cause shaky, sweaty hands. A good reflex should be traded for incredible control, in which one can focus and aim a shot that wouldn't miss.
It's always looked to me like Reki is in a meditative state of mind, rather than an active one.
Another good example would be Iris from Material Sniper. By holding her breath she was able to achieve better focus and precision.
Originally I had quite a big background but though most of the technojargen would get in the way of the exposition so I took some really big pruning sheers to it. I would also like to mention that since the universe we are using for the grounds of this event is largely fiction based with rules that most likely defy the working logic of our own society. I.e. Kids running around with guns, werewolf Dracula and what not I thought that missing out a few key points wouldn't be much of a bother. But since you brought it up I shall go over it, still this is a fictional universe so the things that we understand as simple or advanced logic should takes a back seat.
A lot was also purposely left out for plot revelations sake.
I'm glad this was bough up. Anyway what you say is true to some degreed, but the focus mode gives Dan time to cool his head It's like the focusing power in Fear 2 and 3, when shit gets real it's really useful to give the player that much needed breathing time and it's much easier to snipe with it active than with out. That's what I was aiming for anyway. The whole adrenaline thing, I admit was shoehorned in there just to give it some kind of reasonable substance for being there. I.E. Dan's body goes; "shit I'm in danger! Better activate the countermeasures." But if that doesn't bode well with you fine people then I'll try and expand on it or give it a different form of activation.
Anywho, I have a character bio to revise.
I actually disagree quite significantly on this; while HnA ha moved away from Heroic Bloodshed and John Woo's Hard Boiled towards something more Hellsing, the general assumption that I work with is that unless explicitly stated, the world conforms as closely as possible with the real world.
The point I want to make however is that while certain things can be sacrificed for rules of cool and drama (bullet accuraccy, damage, penetration, richochet, tracking, hanging off the edge of cliffs, Maus ramming A-20s to death...*), there are things that cannot. Child Soldiers being run officially by any nation's army are a no-no, which wouldn't be allowed in the British Army because of regs, and again as I said, if he tried to pull it his dad and Grandad, being old hands with favors and connections, would be able to track him down.
(Yes, child soldiers are used by various insurgent groups across the world, including even the Mujaheddin and the KGB at one point in Afghanistan. But never in a national army formation.)
Just because there are vampires and werewolves doesn't mean that the rules of the world have to be thrown out. Take the Monster Hunter International books: there's vampires, luskas, werewolves, and even fucking Cthulthoid form entities, but the rules of the world remain in place. And it is awesome.
*I've been playing too much World of Tanks.
A lot was also purposely left out for plot revelations sake.
Ah, then admittedly when you start writing things will be more clear...
I looked for loopholes in the whole SAS thing and couldn't find any so I edited up his background to something a lot more believable. I also expanded on his ability a wee bit and added a trivia section for shits and giggles and to give you a taste of the kind of person that he is but I wouldn't take them very seriously.
My first short story since 2008-2009
I really need exercize, I started it since the 13th in the morning, I intended to finish it before the end of the Bastille Day in France, but I did not, being distracted from my task by family and house chores. Sorry
But it is not over in the world so I shall link it to you.
It's mainly OC
Author's Note:
It was a challenge to myself, and I can't say it was a success as far as time management go. My need to go in small details and give my characters lines that would characterize them correctly left me unsatisfied. But I hope I have given people a rough insight of my OCs' respective personalities. I still have another short in progress. And I am sorry to not have finished this Bastille Day short earlier, otherwise I would have beta-ed it by people with better grasp on English.
Take it as a side story, where characters in the background have their adventures too. As I finished it, I could notice that it was mainly Sanae's and Fio's, especially in the beginning.
Jim: And one more thing, Elise...
Bean tossed Kujo into the front seat, and then vaulted over the hood to the other side. He pressed himself into the machine as a secondary explosion erupted too close for comfort.
“Buckle up!”
Jim piled in and gunned the engine into full reverse; Kujo had just clipped herself into place when she was left whiplashed about the restraints. Jim swung hard as he jammed the brakes; the Lotus Espirit drifted a full circle then reacted to Bean’s flooring the machine forward. Shrieking tires echoed through the Titanic’s cargo hold, interspersed with dull booms of fuel caches igniting and splintering crashes of the Espirit smashing her way to freedom. Elise bit back her screams as bullets sparked and ricocheted off the car. The spy paid no heed, ploughing through hasty barricade and bouncing over infested corpses like a crazed beast.
Behind, a dull lurch and a firestorm filling the entire rear view signified that the retrofitted reactor had gone nova.
Up ahead, one of the Turned still not clued in to the latest news had backed up a prime mover into their way.
“Going down!” Jim quipped as he twisted the gear shaft. The Espirit retracted her wheels and flopped on her reinforced belly. Sparks showering in their wake, Jim lost just enough height for the vehicle to neatly slide under the high-arched truck. Momentum then carried the submersible onwards and over the ramp the boy smashed on the way in earlier.
For a moment, there was nothing but air whistling over the slowly tumbling car.
And the next moment, the chasing shockwave shattered out of the ancient hull like a steamroller, slinging bolts, debris and the Lotus in different directions.
Elise rolled about her seatbelt again when bonnet crashed and bubbled through the surface.
The machine sank like a rock amidst a meteor shower of debris shooting into the sea.
Jim crossed his arms and leaned back, letting the craft level out and drift on its own.
“Traffic’s a killer these days, isn’t it?” Bean surmised.
“That’s because you’re the worse driver I’ve ever met!” Kujo retorted.
That snapped the tension from before. Elise clapped her hands over her mouth while Jim let fly the mirth of the moment. And perhaps more had given way, for Jim found himself swathed in rich blond hair. Even the early vigor left a scent greater than any fragrance in an emporium. It was no squeeze; the Lotus had plenty of leg room, but only Elise could have fit into his lap. The Black Reaper closed his arms around the quivering Golden Witch.
“Elise?”
“…stupid Bean...” Kujo croaked, face pressed into his chest while scrunching up a bit of his tuxedo in her small fist. “What are you trying to do, charging through the middle of nowhere and pulling off a stunt like that…”
Bean brushed it off. “When was I not pulling stunts?”
[The rabbit is the monster’s heart.] Elise sang as Bean felt her fist tighten. [If the rabbit dies, so does the monster.]
“[i]‘Le Monstre Charmant’[i], huh...” Jim mused.
“I said it before, didn’t I?” Bean moved his hand to her shoulder. “No matter what happens, if you’re out having fun, I’m going to crash the party.”
His tone grew serious. “I am not going to lose my partner, again.”
Elise smirked into his shirt. “Silly Jim...”
“Did you find what you were looking for?”
Elise nodded, and fished out a tiny artefact from her pocket.
“That... must be some pipe.”
“As you already know, it belonged to my grandmaman and stayed by her side during the hardest times of her life. However, she lost it her trek to Japan.” Elise said as she turned it round and round. “It didn’t bother anyone, but a fortnight ago, the fragments of Chaos were suddenly assembled.”
“The art auction at Kaosiung,” Jim answered.
“And a certain lecture by Prof Sayanaki,” Elise added, bringing it up to the interior lights. There was no mistaking the golden metallic glint at the base of the pot.
“Irokane?!”
“The kind that can change the world for the better.” Elise spoke in a soft voice. “Or plunge it into eternal strife...”
“But that’s not the point...” She clasped it against her chest. “I am sure this pipe played a part in bringing my grandparents together... I will not stand by and watch some filth get his grubby hands on it!”
“With it confirmed to be a Relic, I’m sure Tokyo Butei will protect this piece of history wholeheartedly.” Bean agreed. “And we won’t be in trouble for running off like this.”
“As predicted by my fountain of wisdom.”
“And one more thing...” Bean reached into his arm-rest and flicked a switch that lay out of sight. A compartment by the steering wheel clicked open, and nestled within the velvet packing, was a polished spheroid from the depths of Akihabara.
“Metal Oopa!!” Elise squealed.
“Happy birthday, Elise,” Jim smiled.
“Very well done,” Kujo giggled, taking the item and balancing it cutely on her pipe. “You are a worthy investment for a minion.”
“And now, if we hurry,” Bean said as he checked his watch, then called up the GPS to his panels. “We can still make it for your birthday party and the fireworks.”
“You’re jesting,” Elise scoffed.
“No, I jest not,” Bean winked. “It’s just a straight drive from here.”
~~~~~~
The explosion from sea had made the boatman abandon his evening ruminate over cheese and chardonnay. As he watched, bottle in hand, a plume of smoke welled over the horizon, a lingering testament to an unsinkable ship finally sunk, again.
A speck in the surf caught his eye. He squinted into the orange sunset, watching the object drift closer to shore. Weathered hands brought his binoculars out as he clambered up the pulpit. He could see that it was big, almost rectangular, and cast a strange shadow over the waves. He dialled up the zoom and fine focus, wondering what kind of a creature would have a body like that.
Just as his curiosity could take no more, the Lotus Espirit jumped out of the surf, sprang wheels and rolled up the Bordeaux quay like it was the most natural thing to do.
The watchman dropped his spyglasses, looked at the spirit in his hand, and then tossed it overboard.
And the first wave of Bastille sparkles burst overhead.

Wait, how did you know Sayanaki has links to what would happen to Èlise?!
Are you a wizard? :eek:
Also, I have this idea that Victorique's pipe actually augments her detective skills even further (this ability is called of course Fontaine de Sagesse), but I never really told it to anyone.

He's not just a wizard- he's a perverted wizard.
With one sniff of a female character's undergarment, he can reveal her past and future, love life and what not.
... Yeah, absolutely.
EDIT:
In a barely related note, the trailer for the new Sherlock Holmes movie is out.
Including this anime and perhaps Gosick, and the BBC mini-series modern re-telling of the story, this seems like the year of Sherlock for me...

Are you a wizard? :eek:Let me deconstruct this mystery for you... /pipe
Wait, how did you know Sayanaki has links to what would happen to Èlise?!You know what else? I planned Sayanaki to have set the entire trap up, that included transmogrifying an entire village in South Africa with a parasite epidemic, igniting a civil war up north, and leaving a very obvious trail of breadcrumbs leading to a tasty bait, all to get his hands on Elise.
To gain the DNA of a Gray Wolf. :p
I guess the thing that would be different that Sayanaki has the help of Tricell Industries and Allen Wesker while Jim has Frankenstein's escort while he unraveled this mystery. Helps the mastermind escape after all. :heh:
Also, I have this idea that Victorique's pipe actually augments her detective skills even further (this ability is called of course Fontaine de Sagesse), but I never really told it to anyone.I drew inspiration for that from the special effects used in the anime when Victorique was solving the earlier puzzles. As she became less reliant on it, the effects faded. The hair changing colors was the final fragment in this Chaos, as it could be that the irokane has left her body.
I'm impressed. o_o:3

EDIT: MeisterBabylon is pitching yet another crossover... this time with a certain NEET Detective...
"Hmm... As if this type of day would never come after that action-filled escapade..."
"...I'm bored."
A ceramic pipe in one hand and a bag of sweets on the other, a girl with golden hair and stunning green eyes approaches Tokyo Butei High School's bulletin board. As the descendant of the Gray Wolf Victorique de Blois, the girl named Èlise Kujo inherited both the infinite wisdom... and the low tolerance to boredom... of her grandmother.
That boredom eventually took her to the bulletin board where Butei would pick up missions. But...
"These are not Chaos enough."
A short glance at the different pieces of paper and Èlise realizes that there supposed "missions" are too menial for the likes of a Gray Wolf like her.
"What is this? Fetching things at a certain time period? Surveillance? Profile research? What kind of tasks are these?"
In comparison, she has been assigned to several cases that are too dangerous for a student to go alone, and it often required several teams of highly-trained fellow DA (Detectives Armes in France). Not to mention her last ordeal with her partner Jim Bean, who is aptly called as the "Black Reaper" due to his constant exposure to life-threatening things.
Fortunately, there are no one around to hear her mumblings.
Èlise decides that it might be much better if she returns to her "secret garden"; she's already planning on reading some novels to spend time, and she could just think of what to do to a certain Black Reaper on the way.
Soon, a particular song plays on a device that hangs on her back.
Although partly startled by the sound (she forgot to tweak the volume controls after immersing herself in her sweets), she holds on to the book-sized electronic device while still clinging to the bag of sweets like a child squeezing her favorite teddy bear.
On the display are the letters NEET in a fancy cursive font on a maroon background.
"I don't remember being contacted by someone who uses this number or name..."
She pressed on the screen, not even giving a thought on who the other person on the line is, and she watches as the person on the other line — a young girl surrounded by numerous LCD monitors — speaks to Èlise.
"I'm glad you've answered my call immediately, Kujo Èlise-san."

How the heck didn't I think of that?Actually, its the other way round: after fully maturing under the influence of the metal, the gold irokane leaves her body, bleaching her hair silver. The natural color would eventually return, or it might not, that waits to be seen in Aria canon.
Now that Mrs Kujo is a grandma (that is often mistaken to be Elise's gray-haired imouto), we may never know. :p
Well... You are talking to the person who discovered evidence that Nanoha's present world belongs to the far future of Warhammer 40K, and that Ancient Belka was the Imperium of Man. :p
MeisterBabylon is pitching yet another crossover... this time with a certain NEET Detective...
A bored spy decided that he should start working on his end of year assignment. Maybe an easy one to get top marks for writing the perfect concluding report.
...Naaa.
Bean headed for the board. He actually missed seeing that thing; never had a lull day ever since July. Athra and Manami were hauling him all over the world, he ran into Prof Xie one too many times, and even Nemo had plans that he was unable to discuss with himself, lest that psyker in the Iron Avengers decide to rend his flesh...
He flashed back to Area 51, and his encounter with Morgraine Pendragon. His use of the Excalibur against a beast let loose by EU. His returning it to Athra.
"I will claim this blade one day. Until then, you may keep it. But know that your muddied blood will never unseal it."
Jim sighed. Maybe Elise would be interested in solving the mystery of the two Pendragons.
He didn't expect to get to tell Kujo about it, outside of the Botanica.
"Yo, Elis--"
Jim hadn't completed the greeting when Kujo ground her heel into his foot.
"--ITAAAI!!"
"You're late, Bean." Elise huffed as she stormed off. "We got work to do."
Didn't she like those rock candies? Jim wondered to himself as he straightened himself out.

It's been a while since the last post. The crack spreads further...
“Hanamaru?” Jim pipped up as Kujo and he went round the bend.
“You sound like you know this place, Bean.”
Elise began working her way through the afternoon crowd enjoying some backalley ramen.
“Once or twice,” Jim mused, reading off the graffiti that carpeted the scrapped walls. “I’m amazed it’s still open at all.”
Kujo bristled when she suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder.
“Stop!”
She bit back the instinct to scream in fright. “B-Bean! What are you...?”
Jim kept mute, watching the floor closely while moving his hand away. He could faintly trace a lone piano wire stretched across the floor over the girl detective’s shoe.
The next moment, he wheeled around and caught someone audibly with his backhand.
“Jim!” Elise exclaimed as reflexes moved her to see the commotion, and clip the trap.
A faint twang was followed by whistling air.
Elise barely had time to breathe, but Bean had his hand in and out of his jacket, intercepting the projectiles with a wide dagger’s sweep.
“Chopsticks?” Bean wondered as the sliced utensils and the man he punched earlier clattered to the floor in unison.
“Die!”
He looked up in the direction of that warcry and reacted again, sidestepping the charging hostile and using the momentum to beat the bayoneted rifle out of grasp, then slammed his shoulder into him. The unknown assailant recovered quicker than he thought, and skipped over Bean’s low kick easily.
Jim pulled out his 9mm and stared down the barrel of another.
The bespectacled attacker grinned from his end of the Mexican standoff.
“Jim!!”
“It’s alright, Elise,” Bean winked. “We all know who has the real gun here.”
His opponent held his stance for a bit, then shrugged as he lifted the airsoft M1911 to the sky.
“Not bad, for a traitor of the Imperial Army,” he admitted.
“How can I betray a force that I never joined?” Bean sniped tongue in cheek as he holstered the Walter.
“Told you, Major,” The other guy gathered himself off the ground, rubbing his jaw. “There’s no way you can ambush the real Akihabara Agent.”
“It appears that I am better known than I thought.” Jim oozed coolly as he moved between them and Kujo.
“But of course!” The other attacker smirked as he came up. “The government can blot out all media coverage, but down here, word always gets out. Especially about the man who the Fourth owes his life to.”
“That’s too much praise, good man,” Jim gestured. “It however begs the question of why would you then go through the trouble of attacking Mademoiselle and me?”
“You must forgive our lack of manners,” said the second assaulter in a regimented tone as he collected his rifle. “These are troubling times, and we must always be on our guard.”
“No bother, I didn’t even break a sweat...”
Kujo dusted herself off and turned to leave. “Come. We’ve wasted enough time on a couple of nameless half-wits.”
The first man winced. “Ah, sorry. The name’s Tetsu, and we call him the Major.”
“Bean, Jim Bean.”
They shook hands.
“And this is Madame Elise Kujo, of Tokyo Butei.”
The Major kicked his heels together and saluted. “Well met!”
Tetsu acknowledged with a nod and wraggled his aching jaw again. “Alice is expecting you.”

Like Athra and her team investigating the hidden village of the Kakashi. Jim Bean and Elise running into the NEET agency. Wise Guy enlisting the help of the now rogue Section (9) squad to retrieve something from their former Academy City employers.
But that's not my plan now. Was thinking of going back to Man on a Mission and working on that, or giving Nemo some limelight.

I suppose I owe you an explanation.
Well, I’m sitting on the floor at Narita Airport’s arrival hall, just a while ago some jerkass
decided to try blowing himself up and taking everyone here with him.
A situation I could’ve handled, well, I’m glad I didn’t have to since 2 escorts were sent here to
take me to the man-made island known as Tokyo Butei High.
Why the hell they had to send escorts boggles my mind, but I’m glad they did since handling that
suicide bomber would’ve been troublesome, especially since I’m still not feeling well after getting off the plane.
I’m just not too good with planes.
(I’m even worse with boats.)
But that’s besides the point, anyway, don’t you find it weird that the escorts they sent just
happened to be skilled enough to take on that situation? I certainly do.
But there’s no use troubling myself about that.

the premises of Hidan no Aria is wide from youkai, to androids to robot to vampire and werewolf and even vatican battle nuns aside from the royal butei and the butei. The armed prosecutors and even witch and sorcerer, magicians and warlock.
It's pretty bizarre too with the comes of magic users and ability users.

^ That's what I was complaining about. You can't kill a person period, even if you have time traveling powers, magic or any of that. This restriction of character injury or death is reminiscent of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX.
I don't know the reason why magic has to barge itself into a series which could have been much better with only guns, artillery and police/military tactics. They could have shut down a Yakuza group that's holding too much power, they could have helped out in an insurgency in Serbia, they could even perform a reconnaissance mission for fellow Butei trapped in battle.
Hidan no Aria could have been a decent light novel series, but it just became Infinite Stratos with guns and magic.

I agree completely in the italic though I also like the bizarre fairy tail settings but really when I first pick up the manga and then the volume 1 of the light novel. I only think of it's ass kicking Kinji in being bad ass main character with guns but what the heck did I get in vol 2 near the end.
A battle with a crazy miko and tsun witch. They spam spells here and there that it become super crazy that I didn't understand and believe at first that it's the hidan no aria that I read :heh: :heh:
at least in the anime they didn't show the spam of spells which is kinda disappointing because it's the whole reason of miko vs witch but at least the anime show a little ground back to being normal though even if it's not normal at all.

Hidan no Aria could have been a decent light novel series, but it just became Infinite Stratos with guns and magic.However, if there wasn't magic, I'd have disregarded this series as a miltaku show and never bothered to create Athra and Jim Bean... even when now Jim Bean's the protagonist. :heh:
One thing to keep in mind is that magic in HnA is not so dominating the setting that vanilla action heroes can gtfo, like in Nanoha OC, where the only way a vanilla action hero a la Drake (Uncharted series) can win is to have the plot sucking his cock. HnA don't have flight and magic shields that stop everything from bullets to biological and chemical hazards yet. You can still have a Butei infiltrating to investigate a criminal circle (an embarassing mission I have thought for Yasmin is one where she had to go undercover and investigate a club suspected of abducting girls to be shipped overseas, job being done while she have to be dressed up as a bunny girl waitress) to thwarting a terrorist plot a la Die Hard, or getting in a three way treasure hunt a la Indiana Jones. You are free to ignore the IU plot (I leave it to canon characters) or the things like royal buteis, etc... Earth is vast, and I don't think Aria is the sole supercompetent Butei around, and even then she does have her share of problems.

Decently interesting snippet - caught my interest and I'd be quite curious to see more.
However, I should note that Narita Airport and Tokyo Butei High are place names; as such, place names are not italicised.
Anyhow, my further thoughts regards Aria - magic and thimajigs aside, one thing I like about this series is that, like Ghost in the Shell (specifically Stand Alone Complex, which IMO is the best-developed version of the GitS universe), there's a great scope for OCs and such to operate. Don't want to deal with the magic and wizards? That's fine - leave that to SSR and handle the terrorists and kidnappers. I use Section Nine as a guide - Laughing Man and Individual Eleven aside, they had a wide variety of cases, from hostage rescue, to counterintelligence, to getting crooks to implicate themselves, and with judicious application of violence and firepower.
Also... while it's fine to have all sorts of villains, let's face it - our OCs are supposed to be cops, so their opposition needs to be scaled accordingly. I use Stand Alone Complex as a guide: the strongest opponent Section Nine went up against was the Umibozu in episodes 24 and 25, and they got their asses kicked hard. They do much better against criminals, however...
so when do you plan to release your fanfics??? and where???

Lenaisian
2012-03-07, 04:37
I don't know if these OCs of mine will be qualified as new Original Characters here on this thread (because they're not buteis -- they're vigilantes hounding on the Philippine Islands being hunted down by buteis), but these are the new OCs in my first crossover project (I am working on this project, believe it or not, but as for now; it's stalled at 7.5%). This story also has certain elements from real events that happened in the Philippines.
ORIGINAL CHARACTERS (Hidan no Aria - the [NEW] Manila Kingpin Crossover project by Lenaisian):
Tomas M. Xavier - The new Manila Kingpin of only eighteen years old and the "grandson" of Nicasio "Asiong" Salonga (he was born from incest, but his heritage is still from Salonga himself). As the national leader of th vigilante group Tri-star Capitol Alliance, he is merciless when it comes to those who commited crimes but escaped from the law. He hunts criminals down, and brings them to justice his own way, much to the distaste of the Philippine Government. He is not yet in the priority list of any Armed Detective Academy in the world (as they are still fighting the E.U.), but the president of the Philippines requested the assistance of any armed detective from any academy in the world in order to get rid of him. He is also the leader of the Pampanga chapter, also known as the dreaded Mark of Lenaisian Chapter, much to the amazement of his comrade-in-arms. As leader of the said chapter, he gave up Tondo to the Black Eden Chapter leader Totoy Golem II. Even though that his and Totoy Golem's grandfathers had a struggle for Tondo in the past, they were good friends and also drinking buddies. They both share the same interests, principles, and they both are anime otakus. His armory in a safe house in Tondo includes an AKS-74u, a Springfield Armory Model 1911 .45 ACP, an AMT .45 Hardball pistol, a Russian-made AKM-47, a Norinco QBZ 95 rifle, a sumpak (the one used in the 2012 New Year's eve killing*) and a pair of trashpicks as his melee weapon, all of these are smuggled/illegally created into Philippine soil.
Totoy Golem II - The Tri-star's Black Eden Chapter leader, assigned in Tondo. He is Totoy Golem's grandson; twenty-three years of age. He may be serious at times, and show deep hatred against the armed detectives (his family unjustfully massacred by, what other people said, armed detectives), he is a kind-hearted right-hand man of Tri-star's Supreme Council president (none other than Tomas Xavier). He is also seen walking in Tondo's crime-ridden streets with "goons" around him (his close friends and members of the Black Eden Chapter), and is very strict when it comes to enforcing laws in his chapter. He owns a Danao-made revolver fitted for .38 caliber ammunition, a sumpak, and two Assassin Knives (he forged an almost-exact copy of the Assassin Knife from Crossfire, but he rarely used it.
Roman Miranda IV - Roman is the newly-elected leader of the Tri-star's Cavite Chapter; the Miranda's Black Dragon Chapter, assigned in Trece Martires, Cavite. The said chapter's former leader; the local warlord and Roman's father, Roman the Third, has joined the Tri-star Capitol Vigilante Alliance five years ago, in order to force criminals to change their way of lives... or face his wrath by summary executions. He (Roman IV) is known to be hands-on with his suspects, and is as brutal as his father would be in the heydays of the Black Dragon Chapter. The Miranda's Black Dragon Chapter are notorious for executing criminals according to the worst crime they have done... and dump their lifeless bodies anywhere they want to, without any identification (the suspect's remains had its head severed, fingers and toes removed, tattoos being peeled off, and a note with the Black Dragon logo written on the front and behind it, a warning to all criminals to change their ways, leave, or face their wrath). He owns a Ghost suit complete with a radar jammer (the Ghost suit, according to him, is not a cloak of physical invisiblity; it rather gives invisibility to those who depend too much on heartbeat sensors), an AKM-47, and a field shovel (he is known to be "Cavite's Killer Shovel").
Raul Disierto - The twenty-two year-old chapter leader of Disierto Pest Control Services, a chapter within the Tri-star Alliance assigned in Paniqui, Tarlac. he and his twin brother, Ronnie, are leaders of the said chapter, but not any member from their chapter had qualms about it. He always wear his "MOS getup: Global Risk Version" (an exact copy of the Global Risk MOS getup in Crossfire) even in the heat of the day, in fact, he had five sets of it in his closet. He and his twin brother doesn't believe in "summary executions", but their group being a part of the Tri-star Capitol Alliance is a total contradiction. He owns a Bizon PP19 sub-machine gun, a pair of Ruger Vaquero single-action/double action revolvers, and a kukri (the one used by the Gurkha Fighters).
Ronnie Disierto - The twenty-two year-old twin brother of Raul and also the leader of the Disierto Pest Control Services. While his twin brother does all the dirty work, he plays out as the group's most reliable informant... to the point that he made almost-accurate profiles of the five Armed Detectives that were assigned to do Tomas Xavier. He always wear his "MOS getup: Black List Version" even in the heat of the day, and some of his close friends and members of their group called him "Lourd de Veyra**," because his voice resembles Lourd's especially when singing covers of famous songs popularized by the band Radioactive Sago Project. He claimed to have met Jeanne d'Arc on his so-called "mexican standoff" in Paris a year ago, which Jeanne (later in the story) never denied. He owns a Thompson M1A1 (WWII type) with a drum magazine, a pair of mini-Uzis with aftermarket magazines fitted for 32 rounds of 9x19 mm ammunition, two Taurus Tracker .357s with speed loaders, and also a field shovel.
Angelo Dimaporo - The second leader of the Dimaporo Warlord Clan which holds territory in Sultan Naga Dimaporo in Lanao del Norte. He is the younger brother of the clan leader Valentin. Even on travels, he and his brother never had a day that they have never wore their long robes on (and even their hadjs), as they wear their own colored long robes over their casual wear. He is two years younger than his brother, but his experiences in fending off rebels, military personnel and wayward members of other warlord clans only with his favorite weapon: his Russian Rocket-propelled Grenade, earned him both fear and respect from the people across Mindanao. He is a kris holder; but he also use the kris to kill people, when in fact, the said weapon is only an ornamental display of power among the other Moslems.
Valentin Dimaporo - The leader of the Dimaporo Warlord Clan, and a former member of the Al-Qaeda Terrorist group assigned in the Philippines. He became a notorious figure in Mindanao when he brought justice to the victims of the infamous "Maguindanao Massacre***" by killing Zaldy, Andal Jr. and Andal Sr., members of the Ampatuan Warlord Clan who are the prime suspects in the said case; by open-firing at them outside the Philippine Supreme Court Hall. He escaped (after the killing) by using decoys of the same escape vehicle he rode in, then he rode a ferry to the nearest port in Iligan City in Lanao del Sur. He owns an AKM-47, and an Arab-made scimitar, which he uses as a melee weapon.
* - The 2012 New Year's killing was an event that involved a beating and a killing of a 20+ year-old man, who, according to eyewitness accounts, started a brawl that caused his death. The case is still unsolved
** - Lourd de Veyra is a journalist, TV host and the vocalist of the Radioactive Sago Project. He is currently the host of his own show, The Word of the LOURD.
*** - The Maguindanao Massacre is the largest mass-media-related killing in the history of Philippine Journalism. The said event involved members of the notorious Ampatuan clan of Maguindanao, including Zaldy, Andal Sr. and Andal Jr. The case had been on its second commemoration year November of the last year. The case is still unsolved.

Just sprung out from my head recently. I think Jim Bean and Élise Kujo would soon have another OC companion from another series... Mifune Nagasaki, weapons researcher and granddaughter of Yune Nagasaki from Ikoku Meiro no Croisée. :eyespin:
Still not sure if my fanfic series would even take off. D:
Hmm... Sounds like things are going to be... Menage a Troi? :uhoh:

Oh, thanks a lot!
BTW, I'm having dilemmas right now; whether to continue it or not, because... get this, I can't concentrate when I'm with (not entirely) stupid company... especially on my house. Tch, wish I can continue this project without any backlogs and/or apprehensions.

My fic has been stuck in limbo for almost a year now, I really need to get at least one chapter out. :heh:

Marcus and I haven't even made that first chapter, and I'm too busy with Infinite Stratos and Moretsu Pirates to start! :heh:

Oh, am I still that lucky? :confused: :)
... but hell, I just can't concentrate when I have my uncle/dad/mom/anyone older than me for company. I also have another stalled crossover project (a Zero no Tsukaima X Grand Chase Crossover project, in which I already had a title), and an original story project (which tackles a very offensive taboo: pedophilia). I really need some help (professional, personal, or otaku) on this one...

Hey! What if HSS has God Mode!? Something like turning the user into superman with 1000x boost on both brain and body?

True! I suppose he in that mode can make babies with all women in the world!
I suppose the requirement should be like facing human extinction to activate this mode.

In other words, throw him into the distant future, when the Reapers come knocking. :D

You be lucky, I had to format my hard drive and guess what? That one snippet about Preston's Science of Lingerie have been one of the collaterals. Fuck.
On the other hand, I wanted to write a story introducing the three gangs (Amélie's, Erin's and Kaede's) from Kirsten's point of view since her first day in Japan, since she is the n00b of the whole group. Cue the local population gawking over the scandinavian girl who is 185cm tall at age 15, and still growing. Huge schoolgirl indeed.
Imagine the hilarity from the height difference between Kirsty and Aria.
