I played it last year and spent over 600hrs of gametime. Yes, it's quite addictive. Great to see it translated.

There are quite a number of characters to recruit in that game. Some you get eventually but others you need to complete certain quests so be careful not to let any quest uncompleted before you advance to the next chapter.

To save just right click, a new screen should appear and the save/load button should be there.

Haha, indeed. Man, I'm in love with this game. It's kinda refreshing to play something other then the usual VN stuff. I'm loving the characters and the atmosphere in the game is really awesome. ^^

I'll be pretty much recommending Kamidori too, although Rance for me is... ugh, there just can't be a time when those series aren't mentioned somewhere. :heh: No offence to the fans of course.

That reminds me, I'm glad that Wil is a normal guy here, I was afraid he would be some pervert who couldn't wait to jump on females but he is pretty down-to earth. When he sees a new female he gives a pretty normal description of her look.

No, enhancements are unique to every armor. That means you have to enhance every new set from zero. I would suggest you save any money and items for Yuera's Fire or Holy armor; Emiritta's Versatile / Holy; Seravy's Dark / Versatile.

Here a good tip to make the enhancements cheaper thus easier to get. Always complete a line first and try to do it continuously. I mean, after advancing one square, continue with the one right next to the last. If you jump from 1 square to another in a different line it will cost you a lot more gold and items. You can tell which was the last enhancement you bought since it will be highlighted.

Edit: Remember all stats bonuses are unique for the armor and are only effective when you wear said armor. Skills are the exception and they can be used anytime once you buy them.

Playing on hard mode.
Almost done Act4 and I still do not have enough money to really upgrade my armor: I just do not get enough stuff in dungeons to sell. I guess I should just stick everyone together to limit my potion usage. Aht (the golem) is a good tank but is so slow to use... Mana is also an issue during fights...

Melodianna took over Yuela as the vangaurd of my forces because of her higher mitigation. She does pretty good melee and also comes with spells vs those annoying ghosts (weak vs holy but almost immune to physicals). Too bad it seem there is only 3 routes in game - I want the whole city to be jealous of me going out with an angel :D.

Finding a new love in Suina with her 3 ranged water spell that does pretty good damage. Atm I prefer her over Emelita (whom often I leave behind as shopkeep).


Have a bit of trouble leveling Serawi as she is pretty much a dedicated healer. I try to let her finish off mobs if given the chance (esp bosses) so she doesn't fall too far behind. Aht "was" hard to lvl until I start hunting rym dragons where I can just let him tank and gain a ton of xp every round of combat.

The RNG leveling is a pain: a good level up can increase 5-6 stats (getting str+con or int+res would be the icing on the cake). A bad lvl might only increase FS by 1: which is quite useless.

I'm still in act 3, because I drag it out a bit with leveling. ;)
Some things:
- you can sell "treasures" in the church, but not in your store. Took me a while to notice my huge pile of treasures (gold bars, gold dust such things). But they give a lot of money. After that I had no problem buying some upgrades. I buy the early cheap ones for each armor I get, to unlock skills.
- It's easy to level up your casters (Serawi too) by one shotting ghosts in the undead forest. Visited that one quite often. That way I managed to keep them at the general group level
- I use the deployement points a lot. Deploy, cast, retreat. And switch a lot between characters during a fight. I hardly ever use potions now.


I would suggest you save any money and items for Yuera's Fire or Holy armor; Emiritta's Versatile / Holy; Seravy's Dark / Versatile.

Is 'Versatile' the multi-element armor? I got one for Emiritta (Sage Armor). So invest in that one?

Yes, that's the armor. That one has some good skills, IIRC, and the multi-element resistance is a nice plus. Not that it matters but, design wise is also one of my favorites :p

Ok... ch4 started off preeeeettty weird... Aht turns into a girl and immediately gives you some service, then gets put into stripper clothes... then Wil started licking Crayl's juices... O.o

Glad I set game to hard, because fights are starting to become easy now that I have access to various elemental weapon and spells. Characters no longer take 1/2 of their HP as damage every turn. In fact I am not even bothering with reloading during level ups unless I get a really bad level up with only 1 stat increase.

You can only make one key of each type and they will open all of their respective doors. No use limit.

I got my bronze key receipt when my (knowledge?) is high enough for it to appear under alchemy. Now I just need my silver key...

Note that the rym dragon can drop either fang or claw. Might want to save before killing it.
Any unit with range 3, such as the crayl with snipe, suina with her lv15 spell, or even serawi with an elven bow can attack the dragon (and a lot of bosses) free of retaliation.

I also discovered that demonic gear can be unequipped by hannah at the church if the decurse option is chosen.

I tend to use Aht more for cover than anything else. Stick him next to Uya because of Uya's ridiculous evade and almost nothing can hit Uya. Stack up Wil's battle orders and his chance to be hit goes to something like 15%, before counting cover too.

Sharty saved me a few times with her Ultra Cat Punch gamble since it can do a huge amount of damage if the rng favors you, even if she can't normally hit the monster. Most part though i just leave her in charge of the store though, she makes me about 500-1000 a day now so she's fine there.

I've mostly found the best place for leveling is in the arena elemental fights. I got Uya and Suina up to about 28-30 during chapter 4-5 because of that. I stopped taking them to missions because they were 10 levels above some of the other group members.

I'm pretty sure i got it from ranking up from chapter 3 to 4, either that or leveling up my synthesis I forget. I tend to make a ton of random items since every synthesis counts the same as far as xp goes.

I'm trying to decide between Yeula and Sewari. I usually dislike blondes, but Sewari has grown on me. I've seen her route dubbed as 'Nothing Happens: The Route', and that keeps me from doing her route. On the flipside, I've heard that there's also something wrong (for the lack of a better word) with Yeula's route. I'll probably end up opting for her route, but I'd greatly appreciate if someone who's done her route would be as kind as to inform me if there's anything distasteful about her story (by distasteful I mean anything that people dislike about it).

Should I forget about enhancing items until I get a suit worthy of enhancement? Also, the stones that increase stats; is there any point in stocking them up or would I better off to use them as I get 'em?

I just use the stones ASAP on Wil. Because of the RNG nature of level ups HP/SP really doesn't matter too much.

Beside the shame of using it, no. I read that there is a boss at the very end of the set which removes the deadbeat status. There are also some overpowered items - not too sure as I have not find the need to use the dungeon at all (doing all the quests and getting 100% completion is sufficient atm).

You are probably way overleveled. End of Act 5 and my guys are only lv26, some lesser used ones are @ 22. While all enemies seem to scale in power, experience is based off the base enemy level (so a base lv 5 creature, scaled to lv15, would still not yield much xp when killed).


End of Act 5 doing Melo's quest: That place is no joke with frequent enemy reinforcements. Good thing I have a good array of Dark weapons to use against angels. Melo wielding a Dark spear killing other angels would be a nice scene in an anime.

Suina and her bowling ball is every angel's nightmare...

You can only use one skill of the same type. Flurry I and II are the same skill but the level is different (notice the I and II) which is why you can't equip both at the same time.

If you mean the Eushully Maid Feathers you can only get those from special event cards that appear on some maps. Just progress with your game and should not have problem finding them.

No, side-quest don't affect the heroines ending. However, they do affect the scenes for the secondary characters. Certain units, skills, weapons, materials, recipes etc. can only be obtained by completing certain side-quests. I suggest you try to complete them all. IIRC, access to the ex-dungeons is affected by both the side-quests and the number of members in your party.

I think it means they do not stack. The same happens if you equip a character skill that is already granted by a weapon.

Feathers I got off of hychuei @ the lake to the north east.

@ch6 atm and a lot of my money issues have been "solved" with the +1 drop rate bracers. Upgrading rooms and such still drains all my money away. Dungeons getting difficult again as Serawi's heal spell gets somewhat outscaled. Good thing I bought the seeds for the health potion plant.

Runic Forest? It's Amurent Forestlands, and then I forget the name but the free zone. Just a warning but make sure you have pierce or can get a lot of units to hit it fast because the thing has 99 Con and 99 Res and it has a habit of escaping the battle after the first turn.

The ero in this game feels a little out of place and awkward. Suina's seem a little out of character and Wil pretty much had a 3some with the crayl/crayanne in front of everyone... end up holding ctrl to skip past them.

Serawi get the projectile defense skill, making her a breastly tank vs enemy rangers. Esp useful at the Ruins where you get stones for the alter: as you get teleported (1 unit per turn) right into a room with 4-5 Kankuris that packs quite a bit of omni damage per blast.

Yuela becomes a lot better at what she does with Evasive II+Sword Flash AND Flurry I, as her sword attacks often hit 3 times per turn and flurry procs quite often. Have seen it proc twice resulting in 5 attacks in 1 turn... She once again took over the vanguard role from Melodianna.

Wil became more of a tank in my game with his 98 hp. Lack of damage spells (beside weapon inheritance) and my Wil doesn't have that strong of a str score. This was "fixed" when I got a troll hammer from the 100 trolls I killed on crayanne's quest with the pervail skill (+str+con at low HP).

Emelita is tbh, quite useless. I have trouble using her AoE and so far she only has range 2 spells, which is lacking compared to Suina and Uya's 3 - plus, Suina gets a bowling ball and Uya can actually evade attacks... Managed to squeeze some use from her by using her prismatic cloth with holy staff which gives a new no-FF AoE and +5 cons ring.

Did I mention the bowling ball is 100% amazing?

I did find a place where you can harvest Good Wood, though: Lake Passage in Yuma Lake. Good to farm before picking up the quest.

Save before going to the manor during the chapter. It automatically triggers a major angel battle.

Playing a macro game isn't really working out and I solved it with a 6 pool all in...
As my stock of potions are low, people would start dying if I am to play the defensive. So I just sent 1/2 of my group deep into their front to snipe the target.

Got to here in turn 4* with a swift proc with both Wil and Serawi, made the mission somewhat trivial.

I have trouble using her AoE and so far she only has range 2 spells, which is lacking compared to Suina and Uya's 3 - plus, Suina gets a bowling ball and Uya can actually evade attacks... Managed to squeeze some use from her by using her prismatic cloth with holy staff which gives a new no-FF AoE and +5 cons ring.

It depends really, some things don't have elemental weaknesses to take advantage of, and if they do well she learns nukes from every clothing pretty early on so I just switch to the appropriate skills. I swear I spend more time adjusting skills in combat now than anything else. Well adjusting accessories too.

Most items are decorative, some does have effects to make you atelier better and some need to placed in a certain rooms to unlock scenes for the characters.

You may have noticed the stats that appear for each of the four rooms once you decide to place furniture. These stats affects many things such as recipes you learn, chance for mutations of items, how much materials you need to create a new item, number of people you can place in the shop, prices on the shop, etc, etc.

There are also some items for the garden / backyard that give you items once some times has passed. One of the most important items for the backyard / garden is the hot spring. This one unlocks a lot of scenes for the characters.

You made me feel dumb by telling me he (she? - because the senko tells me foxes, if they ever reach 9 tail stage would get a human female body... but then "he" is not voiced in game...) can use claws. Managed to grind him out and used something like 15 potions >.<. Very bad luck with counterattacks and shield procs (used angel shield+dark resist).

The fossils I sold. The barkeep tortured me into making him 50 fruit spices in ch7 with a time limit, followed by 50 of all 3 potion fruits and that netted me another all purpose thingy that does different things if I place them in different rooms.




Eliza is totally overpowered with Angelic Command which gives +5 to every stat, plus she has very high stats to begin with. Those combo attacks that crit for 100+ per hit (out of 3) are indeed game breaking.

An event triggers when you meet certain requirements telling you to go look for something in the first forest (i forget what it's called, it's the first area you go to in the game after you leave town). Not sure exactly what those requirements are (probably level requirements or Workshop requirements), but the scene is a kid asking you to help him. When I got it, player character and 3 main heroines were all level 15 or above and all the areas of my house were upgraded to 4.

Indeed Crescent Moon is omni. Don't forget that Crescent Moon is better stat wise and still has 4 level ups as well.

During Chapter 2? I think it was you should get a choice to watch Yuela do her sword practice. It's a pretty obvious choice too, I think the options are leave her alone or want to be more than friends. To get Serawi route you decline Yuela and go with her to cleanse the poison areas. You end up on Emelitta route if you do neither of these.

You can click the little button at the bottom right of the inventory box and it will organize it in different ways. I have it set to Usable for weapons so the first page is where things the character can use will be. I was kind of surprised that Aht can use Sharty's gloves. It was good that I leveled sharty up to 25 so I could activate her quest since it gave the pattern for the holy gloves with 18 str 18 int etc etc.

I tend to use everyone now, Wil and Uya at 40 and Sharty now at 35 after leveling her a lot. Everyone else is now at 38 almost 39. At this point I can't stock enough in my shop fast enough for it not to be sold instantly no matter who I put there so I just leave the default shop keeper there and switch party members a ton during battles.

I just got Eliza and I was quite happy with the fact that she has a 3 range omni spell. Also going through all the areas and getting them complete that I have accessible. Hopefully I can get enough materials to build back up some kind of stock, though I still need the 10 super supplements for the twins. Those are a pain to make.

Sharty is pretty useful since she has flight and adventurer. I really need to get the ability to make Wing Bracelets to give flight. Personally the hardest unit i find to use is Paraskevas. His command cost of 26 is brutal.

I haven't played the game all the way through, so I can only answer the first question.

I think the game is fantastic overall. I really enjoy the gameplay; it's pretty linear but semi- open-world, the battles are fun, the gameplay mechanics have depth allow for a lot of flexibility (i.e. it's not necessary to min-max your characters if you don't want to), and I like figuring out how to arrange my workshop and figuring out how to create various items. Maybe someone who's completed the game can give you a more definite answer, but I hear there are new endings and events you unlock by completing the game multiple times, including a harem ending.

To me, the gameplay is by far the best part of the game. In comparison, the art, plot, and writing aren't as good -- they're not bad, but not great either. Maybe this applies a bit less for the art -- the art is good, I think, but it's not remarkable. I enjoy the soundtrack so far, but it doesn't particularly stand out from other games (I really enjoy the music in Alicesoft games so take this as you will).

IMO, the only "bad" part of the game is that it gets somewhat tedious going through all the menus as your battle strategies become more complex.

I can't really comment on the translation because I don't know Japanese, but I don't recall being bothered by any of the lines as a result of poor phrasing or grammatical errors so I'm going to go ahead and assume this unobtrusiveness means translators did a great job.

Overall I think the game is great and definitely worth playing.

The game is pretty awesome, IMO. One of my favorites from last year. As Falick pointed out, plot & character wise the game is somewhat generic, a classic RPG line-up if I must call it something. Still, the game has some very epic moments you just can't miss.

Gameplay, this is where the game truly shines. You have a huge number of quest to be done, lots of allies to be recruited, a huge number of maps to complete, hundreds of items to create / obtain. So, most of your time will be spent in the RPG elements rather than on the plot. If you don't like countless hours of grinding for materials / EXP / items stay way from it. When I first completed (100% on everything) the game, my playtime was over 600hrs.

As for the routes. There are only three ending for each of three main heroines: Yuela, Emiritta and Seravi. All the other female characters get side-stories during either of the three main routes. There's something like a fourth ending for the game once you complete the EX-Dungeons but, it's more like an extended epilogue rather than a true end.

There is no harem route per say but, by the end of the game everyone is in love with Will (every girl has at least one 18+ scene) and stay with him. Not exactly harem route but, if you meet certain conditions a 4P with the main heroines is possible.

In short. Plot wise is pretty generic with some epic moments. Characters are all likeable and they get their share of development. Gameplay is godlike but, remember it requires you to grind for hours and hours if you are aiming at 100% completion.

Wil is a tank with group buffs and a combo attack with everyone. His stats are actually very good, you just have to take into account that every chapter at rank up he gets a boost.

Weapon wise its not that bad, you have earth/omni/phy/dark. Whenever I start using the demon hammer I always recall the scene in WC3 where Arthas picks up Frostmourne...

Mine starts to shine in ch6 and 7 (he is good at 7 but is often overshadowed by overpowered new characters). He is kicking ass in ch8!

Ch7 is so long with so many side quests... all these collection quests (10x of every cloth, etc) burns extra time to a point where I skipped the free dungeons.

I really don't feel like doing those Bar Quests so I reloaded and avoided the bar once he gave the fruit spices one. I already need too many apples for the damn 10 Plant Supplement quest.

Edit: Finally managed to do the M ranked 1v5 arena with my level 39 Yuela. Evasion 2, Prevail 3 and Pierce 2. Equipping a Reyshia shield for shield 2 helped as well. Those damn robot rockets were brutal. Sadly she went up to 41 so she's out of my roster for the next few missions until the 39s catch up.

Edit Edit: Ragsmuena and her Interdimensional is amazing. Making farming those apples easy.

Bowling ball is a reward for gathering 20 wood+good wood (or was it good/refined?). Its a dark weapon for Suina which decreases her movement by 1 (just equip another weapon if you are moving her), but comes with 40 str and 20 crit. It also has a chance to instant kill enemies which procs 10% of the time.

Edit: the death effect can also proc off other spells as long as the ball is equipped.

Ahh I hadn't even thought of using Displace for things like that, it would definitely speed up my farming.

You need a lot to notice any difference, I think I have almost every space with +tools now and I can make make materials at 1 to 1 now.

Edit: The Guantlet rounds were surprisingly easy. I kind of expected harder from them. Only one that gave me trouble was Suina because she kept getting charmed by the damn harpy.

Actually scratch that, the 5th opponent on Sharty's is a pain in the ass. A 5 range holy nuke and then double action attacks at close range. Serawi's was probably the easiest since with her fire suit's 9 range nuke she could sit in one spot and kill each opponent.

Do you mean trying to completely explore it right when you first visit? If so you can't, you need to wait for when you have Suina for Dive or Sharty for Flight. Though you should get a bracelet that gives dive too.

Yeah, which is what I said, you need to get Suina, she has Dive which lets her cross water. Flight can also be used but you won't get that for a while. I think you can upgrade Wil's armor and get Dive pretty early on too.

You should just get used to not being able to explore everything or do all the objectives on a level when you first visit it. It's pretty normal.

Oh, you are right, the healing spell comes from the holy robe. I had invested some points there. After all you don't need to wear it for using the spell. :)

Oh wow, I thought the abilities are attached to the robes: ie, if I do not wear the holy robes I do not get the healing spell. In this case I should just invest in all the prismatic armors because of their innate resistace, esp towards physical.

Make sure that there is not an event at Yuidora woodlands (that or forest of souls). Special "events" are listed at the top of the dungeon list.

Some quests span several chapters (ie: melodiana's quest does not end until 7 but you get it the moment she joins).
A lot of these character specific quests are tied to the quest-based class changes as labeled here (http://games.seiha.org/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=102&sid=8bbce9c5dcf7d4c1ea467539c548fff9).

You get to make something via alchemy which turns Aht into a girl once the requirements are reached.

Oh wow, I thought the abilities are attached to the robes: ie, if I do not wear the holy robes I do not get the healing spell. In this case I should just invest in all the prismatic armors because of their innate resistace, esp towards physical.

Just in case, only the skills unlocked from an armor can be used anytime. Everything else will only affect your characters if you wear the armor.

The yuela one? iirc you deploy them in all 4 corners (there are 5 home bases on that map). All you have to do is get to the middle.

Well 500 isn't very much. I don't think I've unequipped the cursed shield from Aht since I got it. 5 Con and Res and Shield 2 was valuable back when I got it. A lot of the crafted Dark weapons aren't cursed. The only one I can think of offhand is the dark bow. Most enemies weak to dark are usually also weak to fire, maybe not to the same degree but close enough. I'm in the habit now of any time i see new enemies I check their resistances immediately.

Later in the game you can even buy decurse charms (for 1k each) so you can switch weapons on the fly, but by then the demonic weapons more or less pale in comparison to other equipment.

Those require S class weapon skill.


Of all the elements I find I severely lack the potential to deal out Wind (elec) damage for a good part of the game. Serawi's often on the lower end of the level spectrum because she spends a lot of time healing. There is not that many Wind base weapons compared to light/dark/fire/ice. Crayl + Crayanne feels a bit weaker than the rest of the party (unless flurry procs).

Edit: nvm it does work. I got a sum of 7 stat increase instead of 5.

what does marwen's ring do? It says growth rate x1.5 on level up but stat increase seem to remain the same when I try saving and loading with and without the ring...

Can you still get the costume triggered scenes outside of a heroine's route? I don't want to grind out all the costumes for yuela before NG+ :(





Edit: The Guantlet rounds were surprisingly easy. I kind of expected harder from them. Only one that gave me trouble was Suina because she kept getting charmed by the damn harpy.

Actually scratch that, the 5th opponent on Sharty's is a pain in the ass. A 5 range holy nuke and then double action attacks at close range. Serawi's was probably the easiest since with her fire suit's 9 range nuke she could sit in one spot and kill each opponent.

Check the weapon level. If your character's weapon level is lower than weapon you are trying to equip you can't equip that weapon just yet. Weapon level increases by use and ranks from E to M.

The ring will increase the number of stats that "level up" during a level up. Try to remember that all the characters have limits for their stats until you get to level 50 (some level 55) since that's when most characters get their 3rd title rank up. Will is the only exception to this rule since his limit will only be released at Alchemist Rank 9 regardless of his character level.

Notice the grey bar in the character's status? That's your current stat limit and your characters won't be able to raise their stats higher than that (light blue line) unless you use items (dark blue line). The ring is better used in combination with the necklace (x2 growth rate on level up) you should get later.

Normal title rank allows limited stats raise (unique to every character). First title rank up allows for a limit of 20 in every stat. Second title rank up raises the limits up to 50 in all stats and third title rank allows for 99 in all stats.

Also, remember the game uses a RGN system for the level up. During a turn the RGN will always be same for one level up regardless of character. This means Suina will always get the same level up bonuses in turn 1 (does no matter how many times you reload) but should get different bonuses during turn 2. However, if you level up Ath during turn 1 then leveling up Suina during the same turn will result in different stat bonuses.

No, costume h-scene can only be seen during the character's routes.

For Serawi just use her 9 range attack from going down the right path of fire armor. Bows have most elements so you can pick and choose to do that. Also if you're that far from the enemies they usually just sit there doing nothing since they can't relatiate or reach you.

I didn't have any problems for Wil's, but then again I think I'm on normal and you're on hard? The Dragon was hitting me for like 8-12 while I was doing about 18 a hit and we had about equal health values so I took it out. I can't even remember what i was using for equip but I think Master's Hammer, Maria's Heart, Tear of Mars.

I finally got Sharty's done though, Sanctified necklace and Devil's Shield, let the robot waste it's SP and then used the red feather and went back to melee it now that it couldn't use it's rocket barrage or holy nuke anymore.

Also yeah I figured that was the case for the weapons. It just annoys me that I can make these weapons and none of my characters are close to being able to use them. Then I do the Gauntlet Rounds and everyone gets better weapons anyway...

The elemental battles are *very* easy and my team always manage to get at least a level up per battle, sometimes 2. Some of those monsters even refuse to get out of the pit and I just snipe them off with range 3 spells.

Okay, I grinded some more silly quests that made me make 10 partisans and knight shields (which is actually quite easy to do when I abuse Displace from the senko). Rewards are statues which pretty much doubled my tools (+32 together iirc). The effects are immediately noticeable.

With ~30k profit per dragon hunt (killing dragon+nodes) I think I have unlocked all the scenes for yuela. Is there one for her default costume?

The gauntlet for her popped up after an event where her and Yuela talked. Still waiting for the dragon and sea monster ones to unlock.

Yuela's gauntlet sword has Flurry 3 which when combined with her other stuff is amazing. If only she had enough CP so I could give her Pierce 3 too.

I think it was pretty much just the girls that got them. Uya didn't get one either.

Xacual, thanks for your earlier help with Sunlit Clearing. Finally found out what was happening. The Reaper event wasn't triggering for some reason, so I was just wandering around the level and couldn't get out. It finally triggered randomly and I was able to continue progressing. Must have been some kind of bug.

Got done with more arena battles. Learning to abuse the AI by using the first round to claim a circle around the inner parts and then killing melee attackers slowly using range. Kind of cheesy but oh well.. at least they did not have to skip 15 turns for Crescent Moon to slowly regen their health :D.

Some recipes require both knowledge and sense to unlock. Since they usually require the same amount of knowledge and sense, its important to keep both are around the same levels.
Right clikck->info->lexicon. If you click on existing recipes it will tell you the requirements: let it be completing a quest, going through certain events, or through knowledge+sense.

Here's a list of the conditions you must meet in order to enter her route:

- You must see the event for Yuera in the Atelier. You will know there's a event for her if there's a star mark over her sprite. Choice event: Go help her.
- You need to unlock Yuela's armor size measurement event. IIRC, you need the Earth Armor recipe for Yuela.
- Saerabu (Fox Spirit) must be in your party as playable character.
- Merodianna must be in your party as a playable character.

If you fail to meet ANY of these conditions you will be locked in Emiritta's route.

- The Choice Event appears during the story. IIRC, she will go to do some training and you must choose to help her.
- To unlock the recipe for Yuela's Earth Armor, you need to level up Ath.
- The time limits for the Saerabu and Merodianna to join your party is before defeating The Reaper for the last time (Chapter 3).

Saerabu will join as a playable character once you meet the following conditions:
- Complete the Rosean Montain Investigation quest.
- Complete the 2nd Part of the Quest where you need to bring sake to Kohakuren.
- Will must be over Level 11.
- You need to unlock the event where Emiritta plays with Saerabu and some kids in the plaza.

Merodianna will join as playable character once you meet the following conditions:
- Bring the Glass Statue to the Church. Hanna will give you this quest.
- You should get recipe for a new item once you complete Hanna's quest. Create it and bring it back to Merodianna.
- Will must be over Level 12.
- See the event for Merodianna in the Atelier (star mark over her sprite). She should join your party after this.

I don't remember if it's possible for Merodianna to join your party during Chapter 3 but, try to meet the conditions above anyway.

The most important flag is to go help Yuela during the night training and refuse Seravy's invitation to accompany her.

They both give you the same information but paying the 30k, puts two treasures each worth 30k up in the top left corner of the level you unlock and a full mills accessory. So if you have the money you should definitely do the rich merchants option. Actually regardless you should do that one because of the accessory.

Pretty sure you need to be level 35 and in chapter 7. For Hotspring recipe it's sold by the merchant event thing in yuma lake. I don't know about the bed.

IIRC, you get the double futon for completing the objetives in some dungeon. I think it was one of the EX-Dungeons.

You know how you got a statue that boosts tools by a LOT after making the partisans? You get a slightly stronger one. Together they boosted my tools in the 60s range which lets me craft a lot of stuff (ie: grade A materials) using only 1 ingredient. Definitely worth it.

Those time limited quests may be annoying and silly (use Displace to farm!), but after doing the first one which got me the bowling ball I did not want to miss out a possible kickass reward.

Those chests are just Reyshia weapons right? I read that on the jp site so I didn't bother. After finishing Yuela route though I realized I really should have been killing those bosses near the end with Full Mils equipped since they always drop a stat up item.

Also Lily from the extra story NG+ bonus being able to use every weapon type is fun, though she starts out extremely weak especially if you decide to carry over levels.

If you are planning to play the extra NG+ quest and ex-Dungeons you have to carry over everything. So yes, I would suggest you carry over everything you can.

Her H event kind of comes late. You have to finish her storyline to get it basically. I think that's chapter 6 or probably 7.

You need to finish her storyline, Elizasleyn wasn't it. I think she needs to be level 30 to activate the final trial quest. After you do that, you'll get some events with her back home that lead to the h scene.

Each square of a level can have a different type. It's telling you to enter three squares of the marsh type. I forget which those were on that level, I got it without thinking just doing the level normally.

I think it last 5 turns. The gain was really minimal (+1 to stat, not sure if it gets better eventually, but I tried that with lv45 chars...).

Yeah I did, I mentioned in a previous post that I like Lily since she can use any weapon, though she's extremely fragile if you carried over levels and stuff. I didn't take Leguna or Stone Golem since to be honest I don't want him on my team.

Actually I was annoyed with the Hot Spring Adventures one, well more so than normal game anyway. Really showed me how reliant on my unlimited supply of potions and weapons and accessories for any need when you don't have them at all. Damn fish killed Suina my first try, and second try Paraskevas. 3 attacks each doing about 15 damage was just mean with how many of them there was at some rooms.

It seems like the Rumors of Demons quest dialog isn't translated. Every time a part of it's come up so far is still in japanese. I only know what it's referring to because the quest is in my quest log.

Yeah the equipment is pre set. They weren't that well equipped at least in my mind, compared to what my characters in normal game had anyway. I'm just more griping because I was used to checking weaknesses of monsters to equip the proper weapon and couldn't because I only had the given stuff.

You can right click on squares to see their type. And yeah it's at least 3 times.

That's normal, you'll get given a level 50 quest during chapter 1.

That girl is Yuela using Serika's costume. Those special armors came with the tokuten (bonus of pre-ordering) for the game when it was first released.

Emiritta's tokuten armor is Lily's (Himegari Dungeon Meister) costume and Seravi's is the protagonist from Princess of Darkess, IIRC. Yes, the tokuten costumes have an h-scene for them too.

I am also disappointed with the lack of conclusion with that. I am guessing maybe she rather become a reaper than to carry out her mission.
The game also does not explain what Disna really is as he lived for as long as Koha and Eliza. Maybe NG+ would answer some of my questions.
I expect NG+ to explain more about the outburst of monsters in the mines and the title of the game.

Treasures just sell at the church.
Bronze key you learn to craft when you get promoted as a craftsman. Silver key when you get Virtuosso, and gold when you start NG+.

Wow, Serawi's fire armor is plain awesome.
Sniping monsters with a bow from range 9? That is all across many of the smaller maps.
It's just hillarios to stay at your home base and snipe everyone without moving at all. :D

in second fight with dragon i got lot of exp just by having him attack me :D
just one attack from either side can give me 30 exp, luckily the dragon don't have ranged attack so i can attack him with magic, with skill "swift" and weapon "earth hammer" also lot of potion and ether in wil possesion sometime i can gain 90 exp in just one turn :D

My Serawi is more of a full time healer to save money on potions :(.

Enhanced Barrage (+20str, range 3) makes her more competitive. So yeah, I would say her fire suit is a decent investment if you want Serawi to be able to kill anything at all.

Well, the most broken thing I have encountered yet were those respawning fire temple guards.
Killing one would basicly give an instant level up to most of my characters (Yuela is like 10 levels ahead of everyone else...). So killing them one at a time, means 1 level up each turn and I think the limit was something like 70 turns.
I stopped eventually, because it was just getting stupid. ;)

You have to have your store and workshop to level two, did you skip the whole explanation event with Wil the first time you open shop? Go to your workshop, top left corner is remodel, then you will have an option at each area of your shop to upgrade them. Room and Yard aren't required for leveling up but it's good to upgrade them too since they'll provide you with recipes and the yard with items.

So went through the Shipwreck quest. Was surprisingly easy? I'd seen a ton of complaints about it on the /vg/ topic for the game and was expecting way worse, though Ragsmuena was massacring those dark elves with her holy scythe. Of course now I've unlocked another NG+ character to play with. Oh yeah warning for doing that quest, if you equip anything to Roka during those 3 missions make sure you unequip them afterwards or you'll lose the items. I had to repeat the mission to get back the spear I let her use.

On the other hand just tried to do the Hannah escort quest and those damn 9 range robots. I figured they'd attack Aht since she's closer but nope they actually did target Hannah as soon as she got in range. I couldn't even block her properly because she's smart enough to move around you unlike the merchants in that run away from dragon quest. I might have to devote 6 of my group just to block her at the start while I send Wil around closing portals and stuff first.

Edit: Bad part about the Shipwreck quest though was that it ruined my set characters, I went from having my group all 44 or 45, to now I have a spread of 44-50, not counting Eushally and the other three of course. Kind of a pain to get the others caught up again.

The rage status most likely come from the accessory which grants extra health. Lowers defense but increases attack.

Not sure but always buy the hotspring. Gives the hotspring scenes which unlocks new skills for party members.

+Element gives resistance upgrades. Stats are usually considered better unless you know you're going to be fighting some stuff with a high damaging certain element nuke.

I found the lake monster easy, I even took advantage of it and got some easy xp sacrificing people to it while the low levels nuked it. Erdgeist in the mine afterwards though I couldn't do. I got him down multiple times to 70-80 HP range and then just nothing I did could hurt him and his damn hyper regeneration doing 30 HP a turn was bullshit.

Yeah it's quite nice, Wil with 4 Con and 10 HP from gems. I was tempted to give him +1 move but I gave that one to Eme.

No bonus chars when you make NG+ if you dont get full clear. Full clear is very easy to do so why not?


I mean the quest Monster at the Lake, which apparently was on a timer (10 or 20 days) and the shipwreck mission costed me a whole 24 days (!!!). (3*8)

I am doing the 1st NG+ mine dungeon with my lv52ish characters. That place is not a joke at that level in the beginning when you get zerged by gargoyles (strong vs everything, phys do reg dmg and weak vs wind) and stone slayers which have an attack with doom proc. I started off defending the main base by overloading command.

Levels come by very quickly because I am fighting against base level 60 enemies - which can be a bad thing as not all of the lvl ups can be done with the +stats ring.

Make sure you're taking damage from the marsh squares. So characters with Flight or Dive entering the squares don't count.

Map 100% means exploring it fully, you're probably missing one of the hidden squares, there's a lot in that map.

I'm pretty sure she's always a "clone" since there's no event for her or Leguna for them to actually join you.

She has an event in the workshop where you can choose between child, teen and adult form.

You'll get an event in chapter 2 or 3 for the mines that require Wil at level 50. Then you'll get another level 50 quest I think in chapter 3 with the Shipwreck.

Yeah I was worried at first whether or not I can access a "lower level" NG+ dungeon. Ch3 gives you access to the shipwreck chain (be side to take off gear from Roka. tbh she is not that great and costed way too much command to use). Make sure
a) You have enough potions
b) you are not on any timed quests
before you advance. You may want to have a set of holy weapons as you will be fighting a lot of mobs with weakness towards holy.

The 1st NG+ mine dungeon requires Uya, Melo, Suina and Crayl to be recruited I think. Ofc you have got to be lv50. Be mindful that the mobs inside are lv60 and pack quite a punch (on hard). Its fun to have a challenge!

Another NG+ dungeon is opened after you get the candlestick to the left side of the warp-in at the runic forest ground free map. That would be the one I am about to do.

High level Lily is pretty fun to use! Blood suck II procs around 50% of the time giving her amazing survivability on top of reincarnate and evasion III. Using her against tough enemies is like rolling a dice to see if the procs keep her alive :D. Now, give her the bowling ball and the dice just goes wild...

I'm kind of holding off on using the mascot angels since they have such high command costs. It doesn't help that from what I've read all the characters fall behind Wil, the three heroines and Asmodeus by max level. Three heroines especially, I just got Serawi's critical snipe and her level 50 title gave me enough CP to get her ferocity 3 and pierce 3 to go along with it and focus 1. Not to mention her gauntlet reward bow giving Flurry 2. She's doing even more ridiculous damage now and I thought her 9 range nuke was crazy enough.

Something interesting I noticed, the stat salves sold by the church can be sold at your workshop for a lot more than you buy them for. I'm buying them from the church for 300 and selling them in my shop for 710.

That along with the normal random stuff I toss up in there is making me decent money and I'm not even really doing any farming.

The rest of your guys would work their way through the side through the hidden path (not necessary, but gives xp and drops). Having some flight and burrow bracers would help a lot.

It's been said before but if you run out of quest events and stuff then you probably need to rank up to the next chapter for the continuation.

Pretty sure it includes evasion too. Evasion, damage reduction and damage increase. In NG+ the heroines can get it. Undress 3 + Prevail 3 destruction everywhere.

On that mission I found out you can displace hannah with kohakuren, after I found that out, it wasn't too bad anymore.

Sharty is a lot like Yuela in that she relies on her bloodsuck skill to stay alive like Yuela relies on evade. Because her survivability relies on her own damage, make sure you're keeping her up to date with good weapons, it makes a big difference. My sharty was behind too at about 15 compared to the rest of my group being 30-35ish. I just took her to the elemental arena matches and let her get killing blows. Didn't take too long.

I kind of wish the level ups weren't random, I'm trying to use the marwen's ring I have as much as possible but doing the NG+ missions you really can't have it for every level up. That and my group is hopelessly spread out in levels now compared to before. Kind of annoyed about it too.

Sharty is kind of like Lily (in NG+). Gloves are amazing in a way that there are a lot of varieties and their stats aren't bad. Sharty may also be your best boss killer: at least I always use her against the reaper in playthrough 1 (before I have access to various elemental spells and weapons).

Her obvious weakness imo is the high SP cost of the cat punches. Bloodsuck II procs often enough that she can almost solo a whole room by herself if you are lucky enough.

If you don't like using her, she is an excellent shopkeep. :)

she is specialize in having light weapon but having darkness as her base now start looking for some dark type mobs and see her owning. She capable of being a tanker once u able to acquired her bracelet it boost her luck,she then able to land those critical roll like mad then it combine with her suck blood, she my favorite mobs farm just sit at base and let legion of monster come to u since being at base also recover u slightly.

You probably mean the chests right? Open top left and bottom middle. I've seen images of it around. It's pretty much think of the city map and where the various places in the city are. The ones you want to open are the ones that would be about where the bar and arena are.
