I think it depends on where you get the keys from. Afaik the majority of the Steam keys do not expire until you use them. And yes, you need to install the Steam client to run the game.

If it's a Kickstarter key, it should not expire. A quick search informed me that there were cases where third party keys (like from Amazon) or bundles sometimes expire. Should not be the case here though so you don't have to worry about it. light will probably supply you will another one in the rare case that it does expire since you did pay for it after all.

On another note, looks like they're using the iOS/Android version with this main menu. Missed them using "Letzte Bataillon" as the ost. Now they're using "Ω Ewigkeit" as the main menu theme.

It's been a long time since I played Kei route and I don't have any save files from that part but in general, Marie got captured by Mercurius, IIRC when Ren's guilotine got shattered by Machina. The rift she slipped out from after that is due to the wound Kemono-dono got when fighting Kei. Also at that moment, Mercurius had already made his deal with Beatrice to aid her. And also because he intends to strike his other bargain with Kasumi to raise the new Zonenkind in exchange for his aid.


As for Marie's decapitation curse, I actually can't recall either which scene was it where it was addressed lol. But in Kemono-dono's case at any rate, I think at that point he's practically immune to Ren's attacks. Usually before Ren hits Atziluth, him striking Reinhard with the guilotine just ends up in Reinhard breaking it with his bare hands and without a scratch so maybe it's simply because he's too strong......Don't think so though since the curse can affect even Mercurius...

Marie's curse doesn't activate when Ren is awake. Eleonore in Marie route didn't immediately die because she was still just a phantasm when Marie touched her. And in that moment she actually intended to kill Eleonore so Marie's intent doesn't really matter.

I remember Kasumi agreeing with the deal after Shirou joining the fight with Ren and Kei. Marie's part came before, if that is the case, since she helps Beatrice.

Shirou basically killed Kasumi's father because he was threat to Ren and Kasumi and as the one that is supposed to drive the protagonist to action and smash his everyday life as Mercurius put it, he killed him to protect to them, even though he had no direct motivation to. So if Ren was put in danger in the past, Shirou would act to protect to him, even if he didn't completely understand why he would?

Protect is not the right word.
To destroy is the word.

Shirou is Ren's apoptosis. He is there to shatter Ren's given state and to ultimately destroy him.
The cancer grow as the host grows. Eventually cancer will grow to the point that it kills the host, and the cancer dies too as the host dies. This how the apoptosis work.

The same way how Kemono dono and the Sanke will always destroy one another.

Also....as Apoptosis, Shirou is not "supposed to do something" per se so much as his very existence is detrimental to Ren's survival ultimately as he is the manifestation of the flaws in Ren's own desire. He is literally the cancer in Ren's body (for Atziluth entities, your own desire is tantamount to your own existence)

Just finished the VN and I loved it. It was a really fun ride and I hope more of Masada's works can get translated in the future. If this was anything to go by, his stories seem like ones I would really enjoy.

A few questions:

Do Ren and Rea remember their past struggle completely? Lines like "this moment is a gift from her'" and "we aleardy experienced our Memento Mori" leads me to believe so and if the answer is yes, to what extent? Does Ren remember his past life as Lotus including his friendship with Micheal and tragically short relationship with Anna? (She really deserves happiness)

How exactly did White Anna lose his eye? During his breakdown in Marie's route he claims he lost it due to a client, but in an extra story Reinhardt takes it. Not to mention that in Rea's ending, he's shown to only have one eye during his fight with Bey.

The broken eye was left there to rot the whole time. The neuron infection that lead to it was what eventually lifted the limiter on White Anna's body too. (You know how are body restrains ourselves so we don't end up hurting ourselves?)

KKK is a what if story. Yes, it takes place after omnia vincit amor. Basically the main enemy in KKK appeared, if the cast lose then it's KKK, if they win then Eternal Recurrence returns once more and Rea route happens.

Anna at the wedding is not what she actually look like. She's just so happy it felt like she returned to the time when she's younger.

Rea is not "TRUE" route...Rea is the ending for Dies story path. KKK is simply another storyline. Both are canon. After all, the mobage does look like it'll continue from KKK end

If anything, because the Mercury retconned Hajun out of the existence in Rea route, Naraka will be retaliating in person in the future of the Rea route.

There is nothing not canon as I said. Both path splits, whether they beat Dai Roku Ten or not are considered canon storylines and yes.....both storylines are still unresolved since the mastermind behind Dai Roku Ten is still around in each



I have no idea how the mobage will tie both paths together though since it mentioned that it continues off Dai Nana Ten's world and that until now, refers to KKK ending.

The Mercurius you see before the final battle....The one walking around Gladsheimr, talking to Heydrich and the LDO etc....that's his avatar of sorts. Not his real form. His real form is only seen when he fights Heydrich and it has never left the Throne.

The Throne is the central node (formerly an actual technological device but long since converted into what is defacto the metaphysical "source" of existence) of reality occupied by the reigning Throne God that encompases all existence.

As for the womb thing, his avatar apparently has a "normal" human birth. Why....I dunno. Gives him kicks maybe

His godhood begins at the end of his life, but even in the very first iteration where he's supposed to be born still a normal human he's already an avatar of his god-self. It doesn't make sense. I figured as much with regard to "Rusalka" simply being a typical chuuni nickname, but thanks for the clarification. Though it is a bit strange that in her oath to serve Reinhard, she refers to herself as "Rusalka Marie Schwagelin", while Bey uses his real name, "Wilhelm Ehrnenberg".

Speaking of nicknames, with regard to Reinhard Heydrich, he actually had several nicknames in real life (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinhard_Heydrich) that would fit well with the whole chuuni theme. Admittedly I suspect Masada's referring to him as the Golden Beast was a reference to the fact that Heydrich was sometimes known as the Blonde Beast in real life. From what I understand, the highest rarity is 6* which is God rarity. The battle system will be similar to F/GO with 3 types of attacks and a special attack. There will be a friend system like most mobages. Not sure if I got this, but only the protagonist of Pantheon or a 6* rarity character can be placed in the leader spot. Each leader character will have different passives. Think he mentioned something about 5 characters per team. Characters who are close to each other can have a special conversation with each other.

・それ（↑）とは別に、パンテオン主人公はよくもてる

・パーティーは5人編成（5人＋フレンドキャラ1人なのか、フレンドキャラ込みで5人編成なのか、私よくわ かってない）
・因縁のあるキャラクターをパーティーに組み込むと、特殊な会話が発生する。たとえば水銀とシローなど。こ のあたり結構いろんな組み合わせを14歳神は考えた
・これ（↑）の特殊会話がよくわからないという人へ。ヴァルキリープロファイル２（シルメリア）とか、あと PSPリメイク版のサモンナイト３・４みたいな感じです。

・本編シナリオはすべて14歳神が執筆、期間限定イベントなんかは別のライターさんが受け持つ
・本編シナリオ、ボリュームある。「そういえば最初300だった～　300ではじまったんだよ～」とはパン テオン関係者のお言葉である。「話してて今思い出した」わろた

・14歳神はシナリオでがんばっているので、課金要素（度合い）についてまではノータッチ

・１章で敵に（ここオフレコ？）とかでてくるぞ！　そのあと（ここオフレコ？）戦だぞ！
・「でもまあこのときまだレベル20とかそのへんなので様子見みたいな」
・軽いジャブバトルとはいえ（？）1章でこのキャラたちと戦うんですかー！？

・マリィめっちゃ強い。マリィと練炭がいれば大概のことはなんとかなる
・マリィ強いけど、敵にも（マリィの強スキルにたいする）カウンタースキル持っていたりするわけで。という か別にマリィにかぎらず、色々カウンタースキルはある。

Interesting, when I read the Ren vs Cain scene in Kei's route of the visual novel, I always assumed Rei's weapon was more like an antique cannon, but this image seems to depict it as looking more like a machine gun or an anti-tank rifle. Also, interesting to see Kei and Rei there, but no Kai or Musashi, or the undead Cain from the visual novel for that matter- assuming that is all the characters that appear in the game.

Have some questuons about Merc's and Hajun's Law.
Merc's law was time reset because he wanted to experience the unknown. After he met Marie he updated it to Experience the Unknown and dying in Marie's hands. So can I assume that the law of Hadou God can change during the reign period?
My question about Hajun's law is how the KKK verse could actually exist? Shouldn't they be eradicated by Hajun passively?

No, from the very beginning Mercurius' law is to die in Marie's hand. He was 'born' as a god with that wish. It doesn't make sense, I know, but he's just that kind of being.

As for KKK's world, the world isn't fully eradicated because Yatou's Law still exist as Edo, even if it is just a small piece of land. The reason Hajun doesn't come after them is because he cannot perceive them, he can't tell the difference between all other trashes which are the whole universe.

It is preventing Hajun's Law from becoming complete. So yes, it affects everything even if the full defense is only in Edo (IE, if you die outside Edo, you die for good since Tengu Dou will erase your soul, but if you die in Edo, you get reincarnated by Marie's Law)

It does if Hajun wants to. Tengu Dou is just the name of his Law. For example, Muryou Taisuu destroys universes physically but it's still just an attack under Tengu Dou


Also, under Tengu Dou, the existing multiverse was actually greatly shrinking due to the number of permanently lost souls (souls = cosmological building block in Shinza) so yes, it affects the cosmology passively as well

That is kind of the topic of the entire arc after Yato exits the stage. In short, they all manage to resist Hajun's influence and go face him at the end

Hajun did go after the KKK cast, in a way. After Hajun's law is complete pretty much everyone is an embodiment of Hajun's law. And Reizen as Hajun's sensory made the KKK cast a criminal so pretty much everyone is out to kill them.

The Tumor literally used to be an actual tumor. Meaning a mass of whatever tissue Hajun's "body" is made of. So yeah.....for it to become a girl is all kinds of lol. Besides, everyone thought it would take on Habaki's form since he's its Sensory

Just a theory. I think that the throne holds all posibilities of the world similiar to Shiori just Hadou-ish. Maybe Hajun and the rest will be summoned because their chance for existence =/= 0.

It was never mentioned that the throne holds all possibilities. But Renhard and Ren were engraved in the Throne even though they never claimed it thats why I came to that idea.
Maybe Pantheon Hajun is a tamed or nerfed version.

If he is summoned from the possibillity of throne then it would most likely be a incomplete version of him.
And if this is really post Rea then my theory could explain why Ren is a god and why Kasumi is the strongest legion member even though they aren't childhood friends in Marie's world.
