What do you mean US? You mean translations like mangagamer? Because they work on Visual Novels not SLGS. SLGS take time and you need a dedicated hacker which costs money. It comes down to money. If your talking about fan translations they do whatever they want. You can't force them to do anything. If people start pestering them they'll just poof. Fan translations are never certain because of circumstances like never finding a hacker. Or the translator with most of the scripts disappears. But mostly because hackers are very hard to come by and people love their free time.

Nope. Games aren't popular enough or just too annoying to hack/translate.
