Do people that write these stories even play video games? I mean, I'm not going to ask if they make games, since if they did, they wouldn't be writing something that wouldn't pass a college literature course, but seriously, at least try a LITTLE BIT to design the game in your story? I'm not even talking about "There is no way the devs would make it so the protagonist gets to unlock some secret power-Kirito-crap". There is a problem with the fundamental aspects of the game. Also, seriously? Tanks move slower in the town/city areas? What?

And no, even if we just think inside the story, unless every proper video game company has already died out, no one would bother to play this unbalanced game.
Therefore, people would not find this fun and would not suggest this to their friends.
Unless the big plot twist is that her friend is actually trying to torture her, she is mentally unstable, and that all of the people playing the game are just figures of her imagination.

The entire point is the Devs never expected there to be anyone who would make such an obviously garbage build and then stubbornly try to play it. Maple isn't some sort of Pro God Gamer, she's an airheaded schoolgirl who stumbled across this by accident. Tanks moving slower in town/city areas? It wasn't expected that someone would dump stat agi all the way down to 0. A more normal build has the difference be almost unnoticeable. The Devs didn't DELIBERATELY leave a way in the game to become "Kirito" it was a clearly unintended way to set up. If this one episode is all it takes to make you overreact like this, you're not going to find anything you'd consider better in later episodes so you may as well stop here. So you know where your back button on your browser is. Continuing beyond this point is your choice and if you do, any further disappointment is your fault and no other.
