Yes Kyoko is indecisive. I have not seen the last episodes nor read the manga yet, but it seems to me she has chosen Godai and has been waiting for him for months / years. I may be wrong though
But Godai seeing being unable to say no to anyone, dating for years Kozue who he doesn't even love, taking 5 years to decide what he wants to do from his life, struggling to get Yagami or the other tenants out of his room or avoiding the subject everytime he has something important to tell Kyoko is starting to be really annoying.
He had absolutely zero character-development.

IMHO Kyoko’s indeciveness has more to do with the drunken confession which Godai later claims was a joke , Well a little spoiler /summary

Spoiler for Summary:

- Kozue dumps Godai has a brief fling with Mitaka but she understands Godai only hearts for Kyoko

- In a strange turn of events Mitaka gets engaged and is married

- Remember how Soichiro and Kyoko met well its sorta a dejavu . Godai start teaching there a young student Ibuki falls for Godai very much like Kyoko .Ibuki wants to marry him . She sows the seeds of jealousy into Kyoko who finally acknowledges her feelings

- Ibuki's father is a big shot who hates Goadai He even makes a deal that if Godai leaves his daughter alone he will get a top notch job . Godai proves himself in front of Ibuki’s father but refuses the job Meanwhile in a drinking binge Godai and Sakmoto end up owing a Buisness establishment tons of money

- To pay back Godai has to work in a strip bar run by the joint when Ikkoku Residents find out they start blackmailing him and mooch on him . Increasing the amount he owns there he also starts baby sitting strippers children . Godaitells Kyoko he has a job ,but is actually working as an usher/babysitter in a strip joint

- At this point I felt the show hit a all time low , Godai is a certified loser but this was too much . Here it crossed the line from Drama / Comedy / Slice of Life to a cheesy Shojo . But the ending is worth it : ) There is a very beautiful line said Godai’s Ba Chan which stole the show

She funds their marriage from her savings and gives Kyoko her Ring before they get engaged . This next line was the most beautiful line I have ever heard in an anime

I always planned to give it Yuhsaku’s bride . Please take it with my blessing

I raised Yuhsaku ever since he was born .

He has got a few holes in his head but he is a kind man at heart

Shinn Asuka - I've never hated anyone on any anime series, each one has some sort of a role in the series itself. But this character is so annoying that I don't know why they created him. It seems like he was created to mimic Kamille Bidan. I hated him soooo much that I didn't.... couldn't even finish GSD.

Call me hasty and irrational, but I'm just going to make a pre-emptive strike and name Makoto Ito of School Days before the show even airs. Every single thing I've read about him (and it's a fairly considerable amount by now) just makes me want to hate him more and more. To directly quote from Wikipedia, "he has gained the dubious honour of being regarded as one of the most pathetic adult game protagonists ever".

That said, I'm sure I will derive much enjoyment from reading blog posts regarding School Days. Here's hoping for one of the infamous bad ends.

Asahina Suzuka (Suzuka): I hate this character, but it's the director's fault. She's so stingy and angry 90% of the time and I had to go through 26 episodes of this. If the anime is 13 episodes I would've actually liked this character.

Maki (Seto no Hanayome): She's actually really funny but half of the time she annoys me when she's not funny.

Shikijō Saori (Mahoromatic): She's just well...annoying and not funny.
