I read through the thread rather quickly, so i may have missed it, but i don't think anyone mentioned another hall of fame seiyuu: Kawasumi Ayako. It's such a pity that she only had a few lines before her character (Elena) got killed by Clare.

Wonder if she'll voice another chara later in the show.

Ishida Akira, another big seiyuu is apparently also in this show according to wiki. Except he played Raki's older brother, so he didn't get much screen time either.

I actually recognized Hisakawa Aya and Toyoguchi Megumi's voices right away. I did notice that Toyoguchi's voice was harder to recognize than in other shows she played.

i totally didn't recognize Inoue Kikuko's voice as Milia tho. I wonder if she used the same voice as Zet's mom in Kiba. can't remember

It's kinda cool that Claymore is getting famous seiyuu even for small parts like this one. I doubt we'll see her voicing anyone else in this series though. She's too big to use her for another part.

Hah! I thought that it sounded like Orikasa Ai's voice. If ANN's info is correct, then this really is turning into the seiyuu hall of fame. Most of the more prominent seiyuu have been in the industry for over fifteen years! It's really a shame that they don't have more prominent roles.

Well, I asked a friend of mine, who's a Sailor Moon fan [Shinohara voices Sailor Jupiter there], what she sounds like. She says she's really nice and motherly, but has her psycho moments. I hope they were good psycho moments.

Well, you can hear her as Xia Yu Fan(elder one of the twins) in FMP:Second Raid and the evil woman in ep.6 of Jigoku Shoujo season 1 to know how evil and psychotic she can sound like.

To my best knowledge Galatea's seiyu is Ai Orikasa and you are correct Hiroaki Hirata ( Seiyu : Sanji Gojyo ) is guy he plays Collector / Rubel I had done an article on him here . I was planning to do an Ai Orikasa article but for the time being here is a picture of her .

I had no idea that Rubel was Sanji. They certainly chose an all star team of Seiyu's for Claymore - not that it deserves anything less.

The voice actor for Helen is Miki Nakasawa, and the actor for Deneve is Hana Takeda according to Wikipedia.

Wow! Just one great seiyu after another on this show!

I'm hoping more of the Sailor Senshi will be showing up as Claymore later. We've already had seiyu who I first knew as Ami and Makoto, now I want to hear the rest of them again. Maybe Minako, Rei and Usagi won't have to play villians.
