Sadly without subs, the only thing I could really understand language wise was the line - 'why are you so kind (etc etc)?' the rest for me was just guesswork, but glad it was pretty close to Deathkillz's analysis (see spoiler above!)
BUT, Spoiler:

Eh? Murder Princess is not a Gonzo production. The studio doing this OVA is Bee train (you know, the guys behind the .hack franchise, Noir, and currently, El Cazador).
This is in fact the first Bee Train production that is not directed by Kouichi Mashimo (he's directing El Cazador at the moment).

Fate
Episode 5 was slow paced, but it is natural since this one gives answers to the main mysteries surrounding that world and nicely setup that Alita and Falis's bond has grown-up beyond friendly affinity.
I mean this is BEE-Train, and it's famous series likeNoir, Madlax, El Cazador de la Bruja, and lastly Avenger, are starred with a couple of female leads who get to meet with each other by turn of fate; the device of destiny is the most used-up in BEE-Trains' stories. Spoiler:
The last thing left unanswered until the final episode is Falis v.s. Cecilia. Spoiler:
As for Cecilia... Spoiler:
