Umm, kind of both, IMHO. If I'm not confused, that Natsuki figure came with the first edition of one of the R2 DVDs for "Mai Hime". Some of the other discs had similar figures of other characters in the series.

I think that's a different one that one is volume 6 or 7 where she's dressed in her school uniform holding her book bag. I'm looking for Natsuki in her biker suit
