a long long time ago when Dragon Ball episodes and Ronin Warriors episodes were on Kids WB at like 6 o clock in the morning i watched anime
Well a long time ago it was either Dragon Ball I watched (got introduced by my uncle which lives in Asia saying it was very popular) or it was Ronin Warriors which i also watched at that time but truthfully the anime that got me interested in more anime has to be Trigun..... a while back i was at camp and some kid had a bunch of Dragon Ball manga so i was bored read them and everywhere i see Trigun Ads So basically i just buy the first video of Trigun and was absolutely hooked After watching Trigun i searched up on watching more anime and Trigun is probably the only reason why im DLing anime from animesuki in the first place |

It was Urotsukidoji (Legend of the Overfiend)
lol, it was the absolutly most insane movie i ever saw, i was about 2 demon worlds fighitng over the earth world, and there was a chossen one that was going to save all of earth, but... oh bah it was a hardcore tentecle sex porno with bad ass ninja fights and tons and tons of crazy nudity... from that movie my love of anime "GREW" heh, err... well in any effect with out that id never have even gotten into Japanimation, so i thank the freaky tentecle sex people, and all the lovingly drawn boobies.. WOOT for HENTAI! yeah yeah so im creepy but i think it was acctually a good story... check it out ^^ |

For jap anime, I think Doraemon and Around The World In 80 Days were among the 1st I watched on tv. There might be other animes that i have watched b4 those but I can't remember.
The 1st animes that I bought to watch were Detective Conan and Hanayori Dango. The 1st fansubbed anime i downloaded was Love Hina. |

The first one where I knew it was anime is "Bio Booster Armor Guyver" (12 separate videotapes dubbed... :fingers: Manga Video NL). 1st subbed: "Ghost In The Shell". |

I cant remember what I used to watch on TV when I was a nipper (there were definately some anime shows slyly put on kids TV, cant remember them tho). The first thing I remember buying was Venus Wars, released by Manga Video (in the UK, dubbed *shudders*), which kinda got me hooked. The first subbed thing I watched was Akira (again, VHS release by MV). Much preffered subtitled stuff but only the odd release was available subbed at the time (bastard Manga Video :/ ).

Hellsing I blame it all on that show now it feels like I am obsessed by anime.. Rurouni Kenshin kept me up after that, it really took me a long time to get all eps |
