Really laugh pretty hard in Ep 9 after Kojiro crash his car with that lady the slow motion of him going bonkers and everybody watching had me dying in laughter.

Finally, Satori's getting more screentime. I've been waiting for her appearance - Green on the team, meganekko and voiced by Rina Satou - what's not to love? Episode 9 was enjoyable overall, especially Tama's forceful "WELCOME!". Let's not forget the episode 10 preview either.

Great episode. Lots of fun things, especially when Saya started going on about their grades and Miya instead of trying to defend herself just went that the Don is number 2 in the overall rankings <- Me thinks she got him pegged for her future as well

Did anyone else notice how quickly the Don jumped to Miya's defence when the sensei bonked her on the head for doing the thrust. She was obviously in the wrong (how lucky was Saya) and actually at first I was thinking that it would be the Don who would reign her in.

So funny how the fight for free food has now become the fight for his livelihood. Is this karma as payback for his naughty ways in the past? Hopefully it will kick-start him into a more productive sensei, but I guess atm he is still relying on Tama

Tama as always is too cute. At first I just thought the whole part-time work think was a bit of fun for the viewers, but it does show us quite a lot about Tama. For all her skill, she does still need her mask and stick. Then again I've worked in services as a kid and good lord I wish I could batter some of the customers I've dealt with. Still need to know how good Tama is academically. I think she ranks quite high as she does seem to be quite conscientious about stuff like this.

I can't wait to see how Tama and her dad are going to deal with the birthday. My money is on Tama buying him a present and being heart broken that she missed the special gift

This series is GREAT it makes me feel as if i know the basics of Kendo, i loved it so much i actually thought about buying the Kendo armour, but its very costly (lol) i also ebayed the shinai, but im scared customs might hold it as if im some terrorist with those sword-like things. if i win a shinai or bokken on Ebay, will customs hold it? i live in Australia.

well she is the lead girl for the series but the others are nearly just as important in the story telling

and thats quite extreme...you cant "know" kendo by solely watching this series

Sorry, but custom in your country may restrict its import. Both shinai & bokken are classified as martial arts equipments which are restricted import goods in your country. You should contact them for more info before you confirm your purchase from e-bay .
