Uh...That's such a good question...Well,I've never thought about it.But I would say...It depends.If you're talking about going out with a girl,cuteness wins,but if you're talking about doing "This",hotness owns =)

Its always the way,of course there is some exceptions, you may find a very small proportion of "hot" girls with not a stuck up or horrible personality, but then you may get horrible personality cute girls, i know someone pointed out this as an "anime stereotype" but i feel in real life its like that a lot.
one girl i knew years back was very shy but you could see she was really sexy but when she went all "chav" her personality totally changed she became so cocky of herself and would talk down to you, its just my personal experience which i felt after my post a few people agreed with me.

I'd say that it would be personality over anything else for me. Cute works to a certian extent but too cutesy and that makes me want to burf. Hotness is always a plus, so for the lack of other choices, I'll just stick with it.
