The Numbarengers lay sprawled in a writhing mess around Skane, each attack failing to even make the self-proclaimed God Emperor flinch.

"Hahaha!" Skane cackled as he stepped closer to Cinque. The leader in turn was squirming away. "You puny Rangers are no match for the might of the 12 Labors! I shall crush you all like the pitiful bugs you are--"

"HOWDAREYOUDOTHISMYSISTERS KIIICKHAAA!!!"

The big man barely had time to look up when a blur of red and black slammed an outstretched leg into his humorus, forcing Skane into a long blackslide lasting several meters. kha dropped out of the kick smoothly.

"Ni-san!" Sein cried as she hobbled to her feet. The other Numbers slowly gathered round.

"Everyone still able to fight?"

"Mm!"

"Kha, how timely of you to show up," Skane spat. "I was about to go looking for the next challenger."

"Your path to destruction ends here, Skane." The Cleric glared with an eye.

"Tsk, talking all big-headed as usual, you lousy ripoff!"

With that, the bald Meister charged. But Kha hardly moved a muscle, taking the attack full in the face. Skane's fist crumpled through easily, and the Prophet cursed. It was an illusion. But to his surprise, even the Numbers around him faded out, and suddenly found himself engulfed into a massive beam of pink.

"I missed," Trieze panned as she floated down.

"Good work, Quatre, Trieze." Kha commented as he dropped the camoflage field set up around him. "That Shimmering Curtain helped me pull the girls out safely before Trieze launched the Heavy Barrel."

"Ah... I'm so glad it worked somehow," the shy pinked-headed bespectacled Number whispered anxiously as she followed suit. The other Numbers followed suit, strangely finding their strength returning.

"Good, good! Not too many injuries, otherwise Kia's gonna be sooo taxed putting you girls back together!" Said the tiny Maki, Kia's familiar.

"Maki-chan...?" Nove voiced, then spun around. "Oka-san!"

Kia, with her bloodline and Knight Armor activated, joined the massive gaggle beaming like she usually does.

"Oka-san! You're alright!" Wendi scampered up and glomped the elder lady.

And just then, Skane dug himself out of the crater he was in. "Who they hell are you intruders?!"

"I believe we haven't been introduced yet, deshou?" Maki smirked. "Trieze, you're the youngest, you first."

"Wagata. The Faceless Sentokijin. Numba-Trieze." Trieze replied quickly, without any expression or gesture.

Maki facepalmed. "Nonono... Not like that... "

"The Revived Sentokijin of Burning Wings!" Settie yelled, pulling out the twin beamerangs from her backpack, twirled them around and stopped in Batou stance. "Numba-Sette!"

"A- ano... The Shi- shi-mmering Sentoki- ki- kijin!" Quatre tried to spin around but almost fell over. "Numba-Quattro! Gome... "

"The Half Sentokijin!" Kha slammed his faceplates together and lashed out in a double-fisted fighting stance. "Numba-Tre!"

"The Invisible Sentokijin!" Maki squeaked as she twirled her little scythe. "Numba-Due!"

"The Graceful Sentokijin..." Kia sang as she lifted her veil and knocked the stump of her Power Key on the ground. "Numba-Uno!"

With that, all the girls and lone guy gathered up...

"KIDOU SENTAI DAIKAZOKU!"

...for one final pose.

"NUMBARENGER!!!"

Another explosion of fiery spirit erupted behind them.

Cheesy, Power-Ranger inspired dialogue, plus Skane was OOC, but the rest is .

Hmm... if you're going to use this general approach, then using a basic pre-aimed burst of shots from a charged magic blast. Since her control is bad, and charge-up takes a while, it's better to treat it that her spells are mostly delayed kinds, but when she charges, she uses it differently in that she shoots burst of weaker shots without control unless she has Rein. Since her defense is higher, you can make her kinda like a pusher, using regular shoots to distract, while her melee pushes into the enemy's close range and strikes with her full charged blast. Probably a little dangerous though.

The wings on her back rises, as her entirety was engulfed in flames. Her form loses herself, as she allowed her flames to consume her, her form one of a blazing fiery falcon, like a Kaiser's Phoenix.

Basically, imagine as Agito turning into a mass of fire bird, shooting through the enemies and as the bird's fire slowly dissapears, it flies up, spins around and poof, Agito comes back.

Just imagine... J-Phoenix + G Gundam Shining Gundam + Kowloon Gundam combi.

"Canals?" Subaru asked as they rounded a corner towards the other side of the terminal. "What did you mean by Can-"

They were greeted by a surreal scene... water, an entire lake to be exact, popped before their eyes, with the light of mid morning shining on the surface of the clear and clean water. On the surface were small craft, crewed by a single rower of either gender.

"Gondola passing thru!!! Gondola passing thru!!!" beckoned calls from passing operators, allowing them room to pass.
It was a somewhat graceful ballet on the water's surface- cargo boats with two or more rowers lumbering among the speedy, light, one-rower transports that could carry about 4 or six passengers. But none among the craft on the water was as graceful as the one that almost everyone had their eyes on.
"Hey, isn't that..." one nearby bystander spoke as he pointed out a white gondola among the flow of craft

"Yes it is..." another one pointed out.

Our party now looked at the pointing fingers of the people on the dock, towards a white and blue version of the small boat, with a fine woman on the oar, wearing what seemed to be a pure white dress with blue trim, with a blue, gold and white ribbon up front, with matching sailing hat and cute shoes. The Camera then zooms towards the face of the woman, showing blonde hair tied into a single braided length at her back, aqua blue eyes and such white skin, the color of unblemished and untouched snow.

"That's Alicia..." Rinae spoke. "Alicia of of the Snow White Clouds... a famous person in the Grand Cities."

"Ehh... And what does she do?" Ashton asked.

"She's an undine, a professional tour guide of the Grand Cities... tours the city rowing her gondola to tourists and citizens alike."

"A tour guide huh?" Subaru commented.

"She's not just any tour guide..." Cruz then spoke. "She's a Primadonna... the best among the best undines..."

"Cruz..." Rinae suddenly butted in, tsuness evident in her voice.

"Yes..." Cruz replied quickly, dread evident.

"Have you been by chance reading my 'Undine' Magazines?"

"Nice... good work." Kyla managed to comment after the latest training bout, this time with Koji, Maren and Yui. It was quite an exercise, namely trying to hit each other with devices set to training mode. even though it was training, it was like as real as any battle, at the insistence of Kyla. It was just once hour after that session when the PA rang out again.
"Attention Subaru Nakajima and Ashton McDouglas, please proceed to the Training Hall at once! The Admiral is requesting for your audience..."
Minutes later.

"Okay..." Kyla, who was in a karate kimono, began to speak, as the two simply stood up and listened. "Listen and watch carefully as this will become a vital skill from this day onward- your lives will now depend on whether or not you will be able to execute this or not."

From the folds of her kimono, she took out her unpowered device and with a simple throw, managed to land it on the table that was holding her tea. then she assumed a stance, feet apart, legs spread, center of gravity lowered, hands loosely dangled at her sides, head straight.

"Under normal circumstances, an unprotected person like me should have no chance against anything except melee on my level- maybe a knife or some basic weapon but against mages, drones and soldiers I would have only die and run as my eventual options. But..."

And with that, the two began to to feel something in the hall.

"Wind?" they both as the air around them began to pick up.

Then they notice something happening at Kyla's hands, two distinct colors gathering around, green on right and white on left. After a few moments of building intensity, Kyla proceeded to move her glowing hands toward her front, moments later the light turning into balls of energy. And slowly, she began to bring them together, carefully as the energies seemed to conflict.

"I can't hear anything..." Ashton commented. "It's as if the Captain's empty of anything."

And at that point, the energies were brought together and suddenly, a jolt mildly rocks the space, and as it cleared, they see the admiral surrounded by a faint white aura, that crackled and sparked a bit.

"It's been too long since I've done this." Kyla commented as she took a combat stance. "I've learned this from someone way back when I was still a rookie mage- back when Earth was still a relative unknown and was called by the number 98. Well anyways, what is your first impression or observation regarding this?"

"I can hear..." Ashton began to speak. "Two distinct yet unified tones, one clearly is your magical energy, and the other is..."

"Ki..." Subaru commented, being the one being expressly trained by the Admiral on the subject. "It's like the same thing when Bridget links us- from what I see."

"Correct. And now, anyone of you can change into their jackets and attack me."

"Are you sure Admiral?"

"I never give out foolish orders or requests- you should know that first of all Mcdouglas..."

"But it's not standard..."

"First of all..." Kyla began to retort. "I'm a person of almost 5 decades of age. I've spent most of my life for the bureau while it was still learning to walk and so far, it has not matured in my opinion... so will you just dawdle at some nonsense protocol or just follow my call and hit me? just treat it as practice- you never hesitate during practice you know.

"Well then..." Subaru managed to speak, moving a step forward.
"Subaru..." her partner could only comment.
"Make it your best shot..." Kyla mildly mocked.
And with that, Subaru quickly moved towards the ready Admiral, and in the process changed into her jacket and with one bound, managed to close the gap between them and the Admiral, quickly projecting a fist towards her. But at that moment, the perception of time began to slow, but it seemed that it was not affecting the Admiral, as she quickly, with her unprotected (in the sense that a Jacket is tantamount to protection) arm, parried the inbound fist, quickly moving towards her back, grabbing her by the collar of her jacket and tossing her back towards her starting point, followed by a quick dash towards her, projecting a fist just millimeters from her face, flicking it lightly a few seconds later, making her sit down suddenly due to the shock and suddenness of the action. Then, Kyla flipped back and bowed.

"Well, surprised at that?" Kyla asked as the aura dispersed. "Well then, sit down, make yourselves comfortable, watch and listen..."

And so the two followed what the Admiral advised, and so she began.

"What I will teach you is not found in any Bureau manual- not even the Infinity Library has a record of what I will teach you today- also the events that I will say are also off the record. It was after a failed pursuit mission against a terror/smuggling group called the Rosenkreuz. I got separated from my comrades and crashed from an altitude of 50,000 feet Terran. I lost my memory back then and was picked up by a group of wandering adventurers- three men and a young girl. I was in totally bad shape then- according to the hospital records when i recovered them, I suffered multiple fractures, impact injuries and massive internal bleeding."

The two gasp at the mental image of the young injured Kyla, totally wrapped in bloodstained bandages, hooked up to various medical equipment.
"Cut the mental images and listen." Kyla quickly spoke, seeing the reaction. "Then, a few days had passed..."

Some small hospice, City of Istanbul, 98th Non-Administrated World, also known as Earth.
Several figures in white crowed over the still bandaged figure of Kyla, at first glance, they seem to be Terran nuns that were checking up on the Midchildan girl, but a closer look reveals that they were not women, but cloaked men, with their glowing hands hovering over her, speaking in a weird language. At one corner of the room, a single spiky red-haired guy was standing.
"How is she?"
"She's recovering unusually fast for a child of her age." one of the cloaked men replied. "And what did you say happened to her?"
"Fell from the sky..."

A comedic expression of shock came across the cloaked men, as the spiky one just kept his smirk.

"But Mister Sp-"

"No one should have managed to survive that kind of fall, let alone survive in one piece." the redhead continued. "When we found her, she was clothed in some sort of clothing, totally very different from the fragments you managed to recover."

"And where is it?"

"Vanished... poof... gone..."

Again with the comedic expression of shock from the cloaked men.

"I'm not joking... it was like some form of shield or illusion that I've never seen before- might ask the old man back at Mahora about it."

"Must be the portable magical protection devices that we've heard about..."

"Portable magical protection devices?" the redhead asked.

"Heard a couple of rumors of small devices carring protection far superior... possibly providing protection that not even the Thousand Master can break thru."

"A challenge huh? Well then, let me and the others look upon this... might as well something while waiting for our second princess to awaken."

"Rest assured that she'll be in good hands, Mister Nagi Springfield..."

A click and a fizz of electronics, coupled with the scientist's own martial gestures, a key of shining key burst into the air. Aurion snatched the device, spun round twice, then stuck it towards the heavens, prompting the Key to charge with golden mana.

"Let the power of science and magic merge with our combined will!" He then stabbed it into the dashboard and turned.

"Program Drive!"

A pulse of blue swept out of the command vehicle and washed over the embattled gynoids. And to their relief, the Numbagears on their wrists came to life like in the drills.

"Ready!" Cinque shrieked.

The other Numbers nodded as then unclipped their Gears and held them up into the air. "Numbarenger, SET UP!"

"Lunar Robe Driver," Cinque unsealed her device, then stabbed her thumbdrive into the opened port. "SET UP!"

At first the Imperialists thought they had a clean shot at the standing girls, but before they could take it, a explosion of color and even greater blinding light cloaked the Numbers and forced the aggressors back behind their covers.

"The Unstoppable Sentokijin!" Sein laughed as she popped out of the ground in her new armor. "Numba-Sein!"

"The Rumbling Sentokijin." Cinque twirled 2 of her daggers about her hands and stopped them by her head. "Numba-Cinque!"

The girls then stood together, as intructed by Aurion to "fully unseal their armor".

"SHIN KIDOU SENTAI!"

...and reached for one final pose.

"NUMBARENGER!!!"

As an explosion of fire erupted from behind the lined up Numbers, Shari and Mariel could only watch that opulent display with looks of stunned disbelief. Even the Imperialists were too surprised to resumed their attack for several moments.

"They actually... " The younger scientist griped first.

"Everyone still able to fight?"

"Mm!"

"Kha, how timely of you to show up," Skane spat. "I was about to go looking for the next challenger."

"Your path to destruction ends here, Skane." The Cleric glared with an eye.

"Tsk, talking all big-headed as usual, you lousy ripoff!"

With that, the bald Meister charged. But Kha hardly moved a muscle, taking the attack full in the face. Skane's fist crumpled through easily, and the Prophet cursed. It was an illusion. But to his surprise, even the Numbers around him faded out, and suddenly found himself engulfed into a massive beam of pink.

"I missed," Trieze panned as she floated down.

"Good work, Quatre, Trieze." Kha commented as he dropped the camoflage field set up around him. "That Shimmering Curtain helped me pull the girls out safely before Trieze launched the Heavy Barrel."

"Ah... I'm so glad it worked somehow," the shy pinked-headed bespectacled Number whispered anxiously as she followed suit. The other Numbers followed suit, strangely finding their strength returning.

"Good, good! Not too many injuries, otherwise Kia's gonna be sooo taxed putting you girls back together!" Said the tiny Maki, Kia's familiar.

"Maki-chan...?" Nove voiced, then spun around. "Oka-san!"

Kia, with her bloodline and Knight Armor activated, joined the massive gaggle beaming like she usually does.

"Oka-san! You're alright!" Wendi scampered up and glomped the elder lady.

And just then, Skane dug himself out of the crater he was in. "Who they hell are you intruders?!"

"I believe we haven't been introduced yet, deshou?" Maki smirked. "Trieze, you're the youngest, you first."

"Wagata. The Faceless Sentokijin. Numba-Trieze." Trieze replied quickly, without any expression or gesture.

"The Revived Sentokijin of Burning Wings!" Settie yelled, pulling out the twin beamerangs from her backpack, twirled them around and stopped in Batou stance. "Numba-Sette!"

What I wrote was essentially just the very end of the Mock Battle. Something like, the last minute of a ten minute sequence. The way I plan it, EDI only goes down to Bardiche trickery around minute eight. (And by go down, I mean, tagged 'out' of the fight. Not litterally, goes down as in shot down.) But he's drawn fate far enough from Crash that it's become paired 1 on 1 combat. And with Crash as narrow minded as he is...

As for the pairing... well, SOMEONE has to give chase to a Mach 4 capable aircraft with a quantum proccessor AI. (I've garbled the name slightly. in STEALTH it was E.D.I. U.C.A.V . 'Extreme Deep Invader, Unmanned Combat Aireal Vehicle.' In this story, allthough the Engineer characters will be directly refferencing STEALTH as their inspiration for the design, this will be E.D.I. MADCAP: Enhanced Device Intelligence Magical Autonomous Drone Combat Assault Platform. )

It will be a combination of EDI's purpose, how he was programmed, and Crash's ability to inadvertantly break things that will get the ball rolling in the story. In this case, one will argue that he will have broken EDI's personality.)

If I didn't absolutely despite the movie Stealth, this would be more awesome. But it's a good concept, I think.

@Thread: Erio in Alpha is going to be such a badass. Anyone tried this/got any ideas on how to do it? I've already got some things planned...

- Casting more spells without the need of his Device.
- A spell called Sonic Move EXtend that lasts for 3x the length of your average Sonic/Flash Move.
- His Device (Strada, right?) has been heavily customized, to his specifications. And more red.
- Likewise, his Barrier Jacket has more red in it as well.
- Speaking of 3x, he's now three times faster than Fate is... while she's in Sonic Form. This is the result of having nothing else to do but catch poachers and train. As a counter, his defense is barely higher than Fate's Sonic Form, and he has no other BJ forms to shift into.
- When he does have to bust out his Device... .

On the more crackish side of things for him...
- When Caro helps him with Boost Magic, whatever music was playing is automatically overridden by a TROMBE INTERRUPT as Erio kicks ass:

- And of course, Erio has his mini-harem of two... which expands to three when Vivio becomes a big player in the show XD.

STEALTH was an awesome action movie, but its plot was just, meh. What's a word? CONTRIVED.

I actually learned quite a bit about action presentation from watching, not only the audio commentary on the DVD, but the 'Making Of' extra as well.

Visually, it was a masterpiece blend of live action and CGI. The building implosion scene with the truncheon bomb for example, was 90% model and real world location, with CGI effects tossed in for good measure.
I could swallow pretty much the contrived 'lightning, give my creature LIFE!' bit that put the situation in gear. It was near the end of the movie that it seems to really begin to fall apart... mainly after the huge, expensive real world hanger explosion scene and their trip off to Dark Korea. The stock footage they used for the flyover sequence there just screamed of running out of budget.

The music was pure awesome too. BT meshed conventional movie orchestrals and breakbeats, and it was WIN.

The wings on her back rises, as her entirety was engulfed in flames. Her form loses herself, as she allowed her flames to consume her, her form one of a blazing fiery falcon, like a Kaiser's Phoenix.

Basically, imagine as Agito turning into a mass of fire bird, shooting through the enemies and as the bird's fire slowly dissapears, it flies up, spins around and poof, Agito comes back.

Just imagine... J-Phoenix + G Gundam Shining Gundam + Kowloon Gundam combi.

That works PERFECTLY!!!

This looks like something from Cleric of the Future.

But some people might not take Erio being 3x faster than Fate (and consequently his Meister at that ) very well... I'd reserve it for when Erio's attained the Belka Meister rank at least. How about give it more drawbacks?

As for me, Erio's a rather balanced page relying on both Belka Movement Techniques and spells to DPS, so I'm working him towards being a Enhancement/Elemental Shaman, with him getting basic Lightning mastery in Rebuilt of StrikerS, and gaining the blessing of the Earth element in AfterStrike. Earth Shock is gonna be useful against several spellcasters, including interrupting the infamous Starlight Breaker.

On the device side, I'm leaning towards his Limiter Break. Like Nanoha's Limiter Break Exceed Mode, Fate's Sonic Form, and Kha's Schneiderform, Erio's involves invoking a mountain of mana to transform his device into something he needs.

Erio inherited the right to the Zamber sword from his guardians, but the weapon proved too heavy for his abilities. As such, in the fight against Lutecia's familiar, Erio created his variation of the Zamber by reducing the actual mass of the Zamber to gain even more mana. Along with all that excess mana from Limiter Break, the energy is channelled into Erio's speed, resulting in him almost doubling his max speed. His barrier jacket changes somewhat, as seen in the above BLEACH video.

In future I planned to increase the speed boost to 4x and 6x, right up to 1000x, but that when he grows older. It's gonna be a long war after StrikerS anyway.

I kinda think that Sonic Form EXtend is a bit too much... if you want to make him faster, I suggest that his BJ remain the same as it is, but drop the badass longcoat, so his BJ essentially is his version of Sonic Form... something I'd toyed with for Franz before dropping was a Franz version of Sonic Form, where he drops all his armor and gauntlets and protection and just charges forward wearing BDUs....

As for no protection... we could always have him strap on body armor. Of course, it wouldn't be as lol as body armor being strapped on top of Ghost Armor. *laughs* Still, looks good.

True. The MRAP was designed to answer the military's problem of having troop vehicles that are armored enough to survive IED attacks (of which we have lost numerous lives to due to the lack of protection on Humvees and other vehicles). It might not be light or that fast, but it can take a HELL of a beating and still run due to its armor and run-flat tires (which lets it run if most of the tires are compromised).

"Okay..." Kyla, who was in a karate kimono, began to speak, as the two simply stood up and listened. "Listen and watch carefully as this will become a vital skill from this day onward- your lives will now depend on whether or not you will be able to execute this or not."

From the folds of her kimono, she took out her unpowered device and with a simple throw, managed to land it on the table that was holding her tea. then she assumed a stance, feet apart, legs spread, center of gravity lowered, hands loosely dangled at her sides, head straight.

"Under normal circumstances, an unprotected person like me should have no chance against anything except melee on my level- maybe a knife or some basic weapon but against mages, drones and soldiers I would have only die and run as my eventual options. But..."

And with that, the two began to to feel something in the hall.

"Wind?" they both as the air around them began to pick up.

Then they notice something happening at Kyla's hands, two distinct colors gathering around, green on right and white on left. After a few moments of building intensity, Kyla proceeded to move her glowing hands toward her front, moments later the light turning into balls of energy. But at that moment, the perception of time began to slow, but it seemed that it was not affecting the Admiral, as she quickly, with her unprotected (in the sense that a Jacket is tantamount to protection) arm, parried the inbound fist, quickly moving towards her back, grabbing her by the collar of her jacket and tossing her back towards her starting point, followed by a quick dash towards her, projecting a fist just millimeters from her face, flicking it lightly a few seconds later, making her sit down suddenly due to the shock and suddenness of the action. Then, Kyla flipped back and bowed.

"Well, surprised at that?" Kyla asked as the aura dispersed. "Well then, sit down, make yourselves comfortable, watch and listen..."

And so the two followed what the Admiral advised, and so she began.

"What I will teach you is not found in any Bureau manual- not even the Infinity Library has a record of what I will teach you today- also the events that I will say are also off the record. It was after a failed pursuit mission against a terror/smuggling group called the Rosenkreuz. I got separated from my comrades and crashed from an altitude of 50,000 feet Terran. I lost my memory back then and was picked up by a group of wandering adventurers- three men and a young girl. I was in totally bad shape then- according to the hospital records when i recovered them, I suffered multiple fractures, impact injuries and massive internal bleeding."

At one corner of the room, a single spiky red-haired guy was standing.

"She's recovering unusually fast for a child of her age." one of the cloaked men replied. "And what did you say happened to her?"
"Fell from the sky..."

A comedic expression of shock came across the cloaked men, as the spiky one just kept his smirk.

"No one should have managed to survive that kind of fall, let alone survive in one piece." the redhead continued. "When we found her, she was clothed in some sort of clothing, totally very different from the fragments you managed to recover."

"And where is it?"

"Vanished... poof... gone..."

"I'm not joking... it was like some form of shield or illusion that I've never seen before- might ask the old man back at Mahora about it."

The glow brightened even more that Aurion had to shield his eyes for a few seconds. After a few more moments, the glow subsided. Hayate turned around to face him, her eyes shortly glowing in an electric-blue hue like when she’s in Unison before reverting back to her normal eye-color. The Book was nowhere to be seen; since she has already assimilated it into to herself as per usual.

Aurion smirked as he walked towards Hayate. He placed his hand gently on her head upon reaching her, “Well, what do you think?”

“Hm~” Hayate smiled earnestly as he gazed up to him, “I like her. Thank you.”

“It’s not over yet.”

"Everyone still able to fight?"

"Kha, how timely of you to show up," Skane spat. "I was about to go looking for the next challenger."

"Your path to destruction ends here, Skane." The Cleric glared with an eye.

"Tsk, talking all big-headed as usual, you lousy ripoff!"

With that, the bald Meister charged. But Kha hardly moved a muscle, taking the attack full in the face. Skane's fist crumpled through easily, and the Prophet cursed. It was an illusion. But to his surprise, even the Numbers around him faded out, and suddenly found himself engulfed into a massive beam of pink.

"I missed," Trieze panned as she floated down.

"Good work, Quatre, Trieze." Kha commented as he dropped the camoflage field set up around him. "That Shimmering Curtain helped me pull the girls out safely before Trieze launched the Heavy Barrel."

"Ah... I'm so glad it worked somehow," the shy pinked-headed bespectacled Number whispered anxiously as she followed suit. The other Numbers followed suit, strangely finding their strength returning.

"Good, good! Not too many injuries, otherwise Kia's gonna be sooo taxed putting you girls back together!" Said the tiny Maki, Kia's familiar.

"Maki-chan...?" Nove voiced, then spun around. "Oka-san!"

Kia, with her bloodline and Knight Armor activated, joined the massive gaggle beaming like she usually does.

"Oka-san! You're alright!" Wendi scampered up and glomped the elder lady.

And just then, Skane dug himself out of the crater he was in. "Who they hell are you intruders?!"

After two days worth of class-induced absence(10-hour Thursday FTL), I return, with the simple idea of doing a breaker before...well, it won't be bed, cuz I stay up real late; anyway, I thought for once it might be an easy process.

But what do I find???

I am at a loss for words. How do you compete with this??? In tackling the past few
pages, I have burst out laughing(and I don't do that unless it's really funny), had my jaw drop to the floor, scratched my head in confusion until it felt sore, and generally wondered why I left myself out of the loop so long.

So I therefore take my hat off to the crack-machines, or would if I wore hats, and now am off to...actually I haven't figured that out yet. I think it involves me playing Fire Emblem. Anyway, I'll do a breaker when the crack is more manageable.

If that won't work, attatch it to a character's Point of View. Let THEM talk about it, or think about it.
And don't restate the obvious. In one of the examples I struck out, 'Emili's arm underwent a transformation', you had done just that. You told, and then you had shown us.
It's like watching transformers with the MST3K cast and every time they transformed, and then Crow would lean over to you as the robot was changing in front of you and say "Optimus Prime is transforming."

"Yeah, I noticed."

Now, you don't have to show every single time. But at least the first time something happens, you should show in detail. And when you've moved on, but have to do something again, you can tell to move past it. Just like when Hayate unleashes Hraesvelgr. The first time they show full details of the attack... then they skip away to other events, coming back only occaisionally as an 'Oh yeah, she's still attacking with Hraesvelger. This is like, the ninth set now.'

I just can't emphisize this point enough. It REHEHEALLY helps the flow of a story.

With that, the bald Meister charged. But Kha hardly moved a muscle, taking the attack full in the face. Skane's fist crumpled through easily, and the Prophet cursed. It was an illusion. But to his surprise, even the Numbers around him faded out, and suddenly found himself engulfed into a massive beam of pink.

"I missed," Trieze panned as she floated down.

"Good work, Quatre, Trieze." Kha commented as he dropped the camoflage field set up around him. "That Shimmering Curtain helped me pull the girls out safely before Trieze launched the Heavy Barrel."

"Ah... I'm so glad it worked somehow," the shy pinked-headed bespectacled Number whispered anxiously as she followed suit. The other Numbers followed suit, strangely finding their strength returning.

"Good, good! Not too many injuries, otherwise Kia's gonna be sooo taxed putting you girls back together!" Said the tiny Maki, Kia's familiar.

"Maki-chan...?" Nove voiced, then spun around. "Oka-san!"

Kia, with her bloodline and Knight Armor activated, joined the massive gaggle beaming like she usually does.

"Oka-san! You're alright!" Wendi scampered up and glomped the elder lady.

And just then, Skane dug himself out of the crater he was in. "Who they hell are you intruders?!"

"Wagata. The Faceless Sentokijin. Numba-Trieze." Trieze replied quickly, without any expression or gesture.

The wings on her back rises, as her entirety was engulfed in flames. Her form loses herself, as she allowed her flames to consume her, her form one of a blazing fiery falcon, like a Kaiser's Phoenix.

Basically, imagine as Agito turning into a mass of fire bird, shooting through the enemies and as the bird's fire slowly dissapears, it flies up, spins around and poof, Agito comes back.

Just imagine... J-Phoenix + G Gundam Shining Gundam + Kowloon Gundam combi.

Hmm... personally, I have nothing against this, but this is making me want to reinject Saga into GenerationS as the role he... will have soon in Black of 6 months... It'd be a painful irony, considering that in that role, he works as... Alto's back-up in the combat-control and information-processing role and also as Shari's assistant in device-calibration and service.

Oh what I won't give to have Saga and the gang show up at least once in GenerationS...

This looks like something from Cleric of the Future.

But some people might not take Erio being 3x faster than Fate (and consequently his Meister at that ) very well... I'd reserve it for when Erio's attained the Belka Meister rank at least. How about give it more drawbacks?

As for me, Erio's a rather balanced page relying on both Belka Movement Techniques and spells to DPS, so I'm working him towards being a Enhancement/Elemental Shaman, with him getting basic Lightning mastery in Rebuilt of StrikerS, and gaining the blessing of the Earth element in AfterStrike. Earth Shock is gonna be useful against several spellcasters, including interrupting the infamous Starlight Breaker.

On the device side, I'm leaning towards his Limiter Break. Like Nanoha's Limiter Break Exceed Mode, Fate's Sonic Form, and Kha's Schneiderform, Erio's involves invoking a mountain of mana to transform his device into something he needs.

Erio inherited the right to the Zamber sword from his guardians, but the weapon proved too heavy for his abilities. As such, in the fight against Lutecia's familiar, Erio created his variation of the Zamber by reducing the actual mass of the Zamber to gain even more mana. Along with all that excess mana from Limiter Break, the energy is channelled into Erio's speed, resulting in him almost doubling his max speed. His barrier jacket changes somewhat, as seen in the above BLEACH video.

This sounds possible.

In future I planned to increase the speed boost to 4x and 6x, right up to 1000x, but that when he grows older. It's gonna be a long war after StrikerS anyway.
