Event Horizon!???? That movie was good as hell... I went to see it in the movie theater (3 of my friends and about 20 other people in the theater)... We all left that movie absolutely terrified. I watched it again on tv and the terror factor was definitely missing.. and I've asked others and everyone who has seen it in the movie theater has told me that is downright scary but those that watched it on tv weren't scared at all. guess the ambience (no lights, no talking, etc) factors in greatly with this movie. but it's one of the top 5 scary movies in my book... |

This is the way the Matrix should have been: Spoiler:
I didn't care for Event Horizon, but I don't really care for horror movies in general, and I was expecting a straight forward Sci-fi movie.. but still I can never see Sam Neill without expecting him to wig out and start eviscerating the rest of the cast. I can't name any worst movies, I block them from my memory. |

other notable bad movies: Mortal Kombat II (a bunch of sub-par fighting with an absolutely lousy plot) Street Fighter: the Movie (never seen it but I have NEVER heard anyone tell me good things about it so it gets honorable mentions from all my sources). |

man... some choices are rediculous.
Titanic? - Sure it's pretty pantsy and is a 100% chick flick. but if you're able to swallow your homophobic tendencies, it's actually a pretty good movie. Memoriable moment : when theship was sinking and some moron hit his head on the bolted table. Matrix - First one was pretty good. second one was ok, third one was crap. Well here's mine. Star Wars : Phantom and Clone These movies were absolute pieces of flying crap. Horrible acting Horrible Story Horrible storytelling Horrible characters/development Horrible transistions Horrible Choreography Horrible foreshadowing. Man those 2 movies were pieces of shit. |

what i hate about titanic was that it was a mediocre movie with a HUGE budget. honestly the story is unoriginal, the acting is AWFUL (specially leonardo di caprio), the direction is nothing amazing, the only good thing about the movie is the inmense effort (and money) put on making it as realistic as possible, i mean the dishes, the carpets, the whole sets were amazing, i have to accept that. I actually like star wars, but only because of the battle scenes, the space ones, ( yoda vs Duku or what his name is one of the most ridiculous battle i've seen) but the story, acting, transitions etc. are horrible as you said |

i don't know... but for me, I really didn't like Ichi the Killer. That, and the bad acting in Star Wars, Clone Wars. Was it just me or did all of Anakin's lines sound forced? Now... if only somebody shot his jaw off during the beginning of that damn movie...
