Is this winterish enough?

Or do I have to prison her in a block of ice?

Any C&C appreciated before I make this or anything else final.

Well, usually snow is white, if you get what I mean, but I understand. I'm way too abstract for most people around. I'll think of something more obvious.

Its not that you are wrong.. but remind back why do you join such contest? Do you want to win? or do you want to see how your idea is perceived by others? or do you join for fun?

If you planned for the former .. you should treat your voters as your possible buyer and abhore their standard.. even when it clashed with your interest.. Buyers are always right.. potential buyers are kings of the world

@ konstar, if being mean to others bring out the best in them, then I really dont mind I'll follow Chef Ramsey's philosophy :x

In short, he means that those who make things that suits the public taste and not the creator, usually wins out. (I think that's how I would explain it :x)

This is not how I usually do it, I join this for fun and see if I improve over the months but I create things my way. Those who win might go their way too, but often they go after the public wants.

Nah, I don't really want to win. There's too much great competition in here to even think about that (not to mention I wouldn't even know, what to pick as a new month's theme ). I'm doing it purely for the fun of making sigs and of course, to see what others think about my work.

I didn't mean to sound rude with my earlier post, more like the opposite. Sorry for such misunderstanding. Should've put a smile there.

KiNa ain't mean, he's just doing his work.

Judgind by the critics, the best thing would be to convert this sig into a spring version, eh?

Pretty unique there, I love that postcard style sig of yours.
Can't point out that much on what's wrong though. Some lighting on the background like there's a lamp isn't necessary I think.

Wow, like others have said, I really like your idea for this. Great work escimo! The only thing that really bothers me is..hmm I don't know, the border feels kindof lacking. The postcards and table background are great, but for some reason the sudden close-off of the plain black border bother me.

It has nice colors, but right now it feels a bit flat? Try with more depth and some semblance of lighting, right now it's just all bright (one of my regular problems with my own sigs)

I gave it a try again, but this time without animation. Thought spring should also get some attention

Final Entry

That's just lovely Maybe the only bad side is that we have to focus on both renders at the same time. But this has gotta be one of your best sigs ever.

I REALLY like that sig. It's so pretty. The only thing is, that to others it may not be perceived as winter. It's still a great sig nonetheless.

I think you should slow down the blinking some, looks strange with the blinking occurring to often

I think the blinking looks a little weird. It's kind of fast and she seems like she's blinking too often. A frame with her eyes half closed might make it smoother too.
It's cute though. ^^

I agree with these two. One more frame half-way down/up will make it look smoother and slower the speed, the more natural (Heh, natural in anime) it will be.
