I'm not really good with understanding slang. Does that mean like she failed to get in? Like slang for "ochite"?

The verb means you do somethig again and again so that you can digest it to the full extent.

Yes. Okkochiru is a derivative form of ochiru in standard Japanese, often used by those from eastern districts. It is not really a slang in modern sense; rather, I think it belongs to the Tokyo dialect. Other examples of Tokyo dialect:

乗る noru (ride) -> 乗っかる nokkaru
追う ou (chase) -> 追っかける okkakeru

You do not have to learn the dialect, similarly as you would have few trouble in living in London without fluency in Cockney.
Today most people in Tokyo do not speak pure Tokyo dialect though some fragments remain in their parole.

It is 難.
The sentence says 言葉が難しすぎたか [kotoba ga muzukashi-sugi-ta ka], or "were the words too difficult for you?".

You may wanna help us out by copying/pasting the section you want...
or at least describing which parts you want, cause i see kanji and kana eeeeverywhere, (including the comment page, the polls, the titles)

I'm personally tempted to toss it into a website that translates and gives definitions of words for you, since it's so much :\

But that's just me, some of the others here can probably have an easier time translating and romanising the entire thing...

It is surprising for me to have found no programme to romanise Japanese texts on the web. Has nobody created one yet, or is it that my searching method was simply poor?
