I was suppsoed to be working on editing Tsumihoroboshi-hen, but my translator disappeared off the face of the planet. Let me talk to some people or something and figure out what I can do.

I love this manga.

Looking on old forums, I discovered some old pictures from unfinished arcs (for example, K1's discovery of Rika's mutilated body from the third one).

Onemanga seems to have all of the translated ones, but is any group working to finish them? Because it seems like the raws are out there--are they?

Apparently they're still plugging away at them, if you're interested in helping out with the process send Benny a PM and he can probably get you in contact with them?

But because THP are still working on them and, more importantly, they're licensed, Gaku won't be picking them up anytime soon.

They should be available for purchase though in the not so distant future, you should definitely support them by buying a copy of the tanks! (~^_^)~

Huh. After looking at them all (not reading them--I don't speak the Japanese), the third arc seems the most visually outstanding.

ESPECIALLY the conversation with Takano. I thought the USODAAAAA in arc 1 was scary--she looks like a vampiric fox.

Very dead, no new site. Unfortunate, BUT all fo the scanlation news is at GGAL and EBL so it's not too hard to figure out what's going on!

For what I know Kataribanashi-hen is a Drama CD series that explains a new arc in Higurashi, I think that they have two cd's for now, and probably, the manga is based on it.
