In your own words, the bond between them is stronger then just simple siblings as Lelouch gave up his title for her and has looked after her like a father figure as well as a brother.
I agree somewhat, but also disagree. The real question will be the state of her mental health after learning about the events. Nunnally isn't exactly known for knowing how the world works. Learning that can just demolish her completely which can be what ends up turning her against her brother. What is logical doesn't matter if your emotions are running wild and your current state of mind is in shambles after all.

Personally, I have always considered the Lelouch/Nunnally dynamic to be a little odd. Lelouch cares about her too much. I even wondered if he was geassed into caring about her at some point. (lol, seriously...his love for her is that extreme.)
I don't think the love from Lelouch for his little sister is that extreme, especially when their mother gets murdered, "supposly" leaving Nunnally blind and crippled and they get exiled to a foreign foreign land where they're the only family they have. Especially Lelouch having to carry much of the burden at their young age.

One thing that I was thinking about was how easily Schneizel could manipulate Nunnally. We know that she's all about peace and harmony, so all Schneizel does is show her (no pun intended) all the terrible things Lulu has done that clearly are at odds for what she desires and stands for. From there all it takes is some simple manipulation as to Lelouch being the head of the "evil empire" and must be brought down.

Then there you have it, Nunnally going against her beloved brother for sake of the "greater good."

Schneizel's way is akin to pointing a gun at someone's head and forcing him to behave. In a way it is like what Charles wanted to do. Nunally wants a different kind of world, where people are kind to one another not because there is a giant doomsday device ready to annihilate them or Charles' lets all merge into one collective consciousness magic plan.

I'm wondering... you think Nunnally would be nice enough to say that Lelouch should redeem himself as the Emperor for all the wrongs he caused as Zero? Sure, geassing the entire court isn't the greatest way to start off, but he still may have a chance...

The only thing I could see that would really break Nunnally is if Schneizel tells her Lelouch killed Euphemia, and he tried to kill her then with the bomb in Tokyo with a lie. I'm sure that would be hard for her to believe that he would try to kill her, but it could help.

Still though, I see it as being a forced resistance against Lelouch personally.

She knows enough to make judgment on things by what she knows rather then what people tell her. Like with Rohmeiyer. Nunally seems to us as a weak character because she had been protected by Lelouch for so long, but season two has shown us the strength that is in her character and her feelings for Lelouch. While she may doubt him the bond between them cannot be broken simply by Schneizel's words.

Ehh... I don't know. For some reason comparing Schneizel and Charles doesn't work for me. Schneizel hated his father and does everything that goes against his fathers views as often as he can. I think waiting it out to hear his plans is a good idea though. Since we still don't know what the hell he is planning or for what reason...

But you have to wonder how many details she actually knows. And there is teh fact that her even fathoming that her brother is capable of that since it completely goes against who she knew will destroy her. Which again makes me go to her mental health after that. It all comes back to her and who her brother was.

I don't see it lasting for more than an episode honestly. Lelouch would get through to Nunnally pretty quickly.

Regarding Lelouch's use of geass to become the emperor...I will give him a pass for doing it in this instance...primarily since he stopped the Ragnarok plot. However, I don't expect to EVER see him use geass again. I might have to condemn him and label him as a villain if he does so.

What good will talking do. Charles had good intentions too but that doesn't mean that everyone will view it as a "good" deed. All these "justifications" are just lies or excuses people tell themselves to continue doing atrocities. If Nunally is resolute about stopping Lelouch, she will see through Lelouch's good intentions and continue to try to stop him.

Once she finds out Schneizel plans on obliterating everyone who disagrees with him with his big toy Damocles I can't imagine her approving of that. If she does.....well then I won't think much of her that's for sure. I mean, she is opposing Lelouch for using bad means so she is siding with someone who is also using bad means to stop him?

It seems that one way or another, Nunnally wishes to save Lelouch.

Well I think Nunally wants the people to choose the kind world. Not have it forced upon them. Yes these people includes those that oppose the kind world i.e. the Britannian monarchy. I'm not saying she would condone Shniezel's way either. I think she is against both Freya and geass

Point taken, and that is, in itself, a major gripe I have with Code Geass. For a final end story boss, Schneizel and his plan had not been developed well. What we have is alot of partially substantiated guess work so I guess we will see. But the fact that Schneizel is standing in the way and that Lelouch has Britannia join the UFN thereby creating a unified world and ending the war has to mean something.

... I'm somehow seeing her getting this line in/ something that conveys the meaning of this line before dying

I'm starting to think that anyone who's going to impact lelouch also has to die in order to do that

... watch out, shipping fans... (whether it be CC, Kallen or even kaguya)

Here is the final version of Kang's Speculation set to be posted before Epsiode 22. I've touched on few parts. The previous sets can be found here.

1. Suzaku takes down all dissidents in the Britannian Homeland. However, the Knights of Round are around, joining Schneizel.

2. Lelouch announces that he intends Britannia to join UFN. The world is shocked.

3. UFN and Britannia agrees to make Area 11 a neutral area and hold a meeting there to discuss Lelouch's policies.

4. Lelouch and Kallen meets up at Ashford Acedemy, where they talk about their "promise" at Ikaruga. Kallen asks the question that she's been rolling in her head. She'll either get an answer that shakes her up, or is interrupted (again).

5. Schneizel comes to trash the party, teamed with most of the Knights of Round. There is a battle around Fuji.

6. Bismarck's Geass was given to him by V.V. or Charles.

7. Schneizel is defeated at Fuji, and gets his ultimate weapon ready. Tokyo is plunged into war.

8. Nina attempts to stop Schneizel.

9. Lelouch wins the conflict with Schneizel, and brings forth a new world. However, he himself will not be part of the new world.

10. Suzaku manages to view this new world, but cannot enjoy it.

12. Bismarck, however, is alive to see the new world.

And here is the Big One:

Spoiler for You've been warned.:

On the number 99:

The number 99 has several meanings in numerology:

Triple Trinity (33 means Trinity), Wholeness, Ultimate Regeneration, Resurrection, Immortality, Illumination, Pure Awareness, Ego Annihilation, Enlightenment

If we consider the meanings of 99, I believe we can safely say that Lelouch will be the last Emperor of Britannia, and that he'll achieve immortality and enlightment.

Why would the writers resurrect Nunally from the dead just to have her die again?

Agreed on teh development part. But that all depends on how they detail his plans in the next three episodes. If we get some glimpses of his reasons why he is doing what he is doing (like maybe a flashback) then I won't have a problem with Tanaguchi keeping Schneizel all mysterious till the end... but they have to do it RIGHT. Or I will be kinda disappointed.

As for standing in Lelouch's way, that could be for any number of reasons. Most of which may be because he doesn't appear to like Geass at all.

... is it just me, or is there some resemblance to Anya in that pic? could just be the shopping effects (and I guess Anya is also Lelouch's sister, if I read the spoilers correctly... no, I haven't seen 21 yet)
