Kenpachi and Yachiru are looking for Ichigo and they end up at Ikkaku's "Bald guy from squad 11) bedside after he was beaten up by Ichigo.
Ikkaku says "It's was nice of you to come and visit me, Captain"
and Yachiru says something along the lines of "We're not here to see you, Kenny had some trouble following directions."

Gotta love Yachiru ^.^
