Well, considering that radioactivity is a result of subatomic processes that are unaffected by chemical reactions, I'd say that the radiation level is the sum of the radiation level of Sanae's bread and the radiation level of Akiko's jam.

Also, based on the health of Nayuki, Kaori, and Yuuichi, and considering that Akiko has had all three of of them eat her jam at some point, I'm disinclined to believe that the radiation inherent in her jam is significantly above the background level. Therefore, the radiation level of the sum of the two feared foods is likely equal to the radiation level of Sanae's bread on its own.

It would be wiser to fear the chemical reaction that could occur between the two, potentially with explosive results. On the other hand, it is also possible that the two could render each other inert instead.
